We went to eat at 1 PM. They had a sign posted with it being BOGO wings day. Husband and son were happy because they came for the wings. Husband order 15 wings, but was told they only have 10 wings left in the back. How can a place have their special as wings and not have wings?! Son switched to a burger, which he said was good. Fries were ok. I enjoyed my fish tacos. Husband didnt get the wing flavors he ordered and he only got ranch dressing. He asked for ranch and bleu cheese. He got two separate containers, but both were ranch. The Love Street beer didnt taste like it should or possibly old keg. Margarita on the rocks was good.

Delicious burgers! I wasnt a fan of the Mac n Cheese Chicken Sandwich. The Mac n cheese didnt really taste like anything, and the chicken was a little bland. It was still a great experience overall. The waiters are really nice and the prices are decent. They only take cash or cashapp. They used to have more menu items which I miss, but the smaller menu is still great.

This food should not even get a rating it took 30 minutes to get my food and it was dirty bad service and the I did not get what I want i wanted the Mac and cheese extrem but the cheese was not melted and the they had 30 minutes to melt the cheese so I just did not get cheese. To top it all, there was no one, so It should not take this long. And how do you not have tacos on Taco Tuesday you have signs and posters of taco Tuesday might as well not sell tacos If you don want to waste your time and not get what you want just dont go.

I normally don t leave reviews but this is the worst Frankie Flavs I ve ever been to. Only people in the establishment (party of 5) burgers were all overcooked, wings were horrible, fries were burnt. It s obvious they don t change the fryer oil. I ll normally give a restaurant a second chance but not this one. It wasn t Flavn ! Other locations have good food but don t come to this one.

On my visit, there was a Cash or Cash App only sign posted, so I really cant give the place a fair review - but it smelled good inside. I did notice there were a variety of table sizes from booths to high-top tables, as well as interesting decorations on the walls. There appeared to be a bar which opened to the kitchen area. Since no one greeted me at the door, I would assume its self-seating.

Party of 21, pretty much out of beer, only had 2 choices, limited amount, and had to wait over an hour for management to go purchase some beer elsewhere. When they came back, only had one choice of cold beer!! Waited nearly 2 hours for our food, which was edible, one persons wings were very overdone and most peoples French fries were greasy or cold. The restaurant was not at all busy otherwise. The waiter was overwhelmed, but friendly, and did try very hard. This bar/restaurant is terribly mismanaged. We did make lemonade out of lemons with our table of friends by singing along with the jukebox. Great group of friends made it a memorable experience!!

In town for business and wow! I am extremely pleased to have stumbled onto this establishment and will freely admit that if I was local, this would be my go-to spot. The environment and staff were inviting and friendly. Their wings are top-notch, and the onion rings were excellent. If in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by for drinks or a tasty meal. The second visit just as good as they first. This go around had one of their burgers and some fries. Give this place a visit, and you cant go wrong either way. Updated the menu selection. Tried a burger wing combo, while still good, its lost a bit of its original magic.

It was the worst experience went when they had just opened waited so long to get my food and on top of that it was not good at all the burger was tiny and the wings tasted old and cold. This place used to be great. We used to look forward to stopping by when in town, but now its like they gave up. We asked for drinks, and the waitress told us there was no co2 for drinks. Menu is greatly reduced with limited choices. We ended up ordering smash and mc and cheese burgers. A few mins 5 were told they were out of mc and cheese for the day. We found it strange since we stopped by an hour after opening. The only good thing was that the waitress was really helpful.

This was my first time trying this place and will probably be my last. We were a group of five during the lunch hour. The place was not that busy. I ordered the All-American burger which was undercooked. The waitress offered to bring another burger but I told her I was short on time and had to leave. Went to Celebrate my daughters Birthday and this is like the third time were disappointed with the menu. Seems like theyre always out of what it is we go there for. Very very limited menu. Been twice that they dont even have wings. We went Saturday around 7pm and there was only another family there. When we left there was no one left in the restaurant. I think this business is stretching itself thin by opening other locations and thats the reason they seem to have a very limited menu. We usually go to the location next to Dominos. My coworkers and I went for lunch, we only have an hour and our food took almost 40 minutes to make. The order was wrong but we didnt have time to wait to get the order fixed. The fries were cold and soggy and have unnecessary ingredients on top. To top it off there was a roach by our table and the waitress came, swept it into a dustpan and took the dustpan & broom directly to the food preparation area! We wont be returning.

Wow, first time here and wont be the last! My sister (word of mouth) told me about this place, came to eat and it was all that and more! Great meal and I will be back! Ok, that was last visit, just left right now Sunday the 1st of Oct, read reviews since I was last here. Guess I should of listened but did not think it would be as bad as reviews said so, we had burger and wings, BOTH cold, especially the buns, burger meat was dry as heck. Fries were just plain out terrible. Should have known as soon as we walked in it was empty, I knew we were taking a gamble, well once we received the terrible food it was validation for all the other persons who shared their experience. This should serve as a reason to HELP your cook, please get this to him, brother, take your time sir, your food should be hiding just like you in the kitchen, take pride in your job, how can you not know the buns and meal plain out is just as bad as the passion you have to make this a great place to come and hang out, we would have stayed for drinks but not gna happen, not today or in the future. We are from SA, but if we lived here, we would not be back. Im sure this location Sales is down from last visit we came. Owner, you have a problem. Listen to the guest. This should help you realize your bottom line is not as good as you would want to see it at. I can bet you on this assumption. You took my $30 today, but never again. I do not know how you can win back the guest who just will not be back. Should have listened to the rest of those who got it right on target. Bad food, bad vibes. But credit to the waitress, she was nice, but her serving the food did not get her as much of a tip due to the food. Do yourself a favor, and DONT eat here please! Go to any other place and spend your money wisely. This place has the most horrible unprofessional wait staff. We have been there a few times before and have had the same horrible experience with customer service but continue to give a local business the benefit of the doubt, SHOULD HAVE LEARNED OUR LESSON! Today our waitress was not only unwelcoming but greeted us by starting with all the stuff the restruarant did not have available, like really? She looked messy, dirty, and lazy. We waited about 30 min after getting our drinks for her to bring us the fried pickled appetizer that were undercooked and soggy. She never came back after that and instead sent another waitress she was talking to at the bar to check if we needed anything. At that point, we had enough, asked for thr check and left. This review may be pointless to the owners for Frankie Flaves because I see other one star reviews are not responsed to on how they plan to improve or correct the issue, but its worth letting the public know so they dont waste thier time. The sad part is that the Weslaco location is great, been there plenty of times, its just not close to home. Must be different management. Long story short, we will never return to this location, and I will assure to let my family and friends know they should not either. If I could give zero stars I would.

Surprised. It is a craft beer joint. The menu was hard to desipher. Black with small print. Dont forget your glasses. Take a lot of time to read the 20 plus choices. This is not a place for a senior plate or a small appetite. All burgers are double meat. Was shocked at the frito pie. It was not served in a dish as expected. Had a few beers and an appetizer with guys. Great visit as usual 11-3-2022 made our way bay for a bday dinner. Good visit with the exception of sitting under the AC. Not doing that again. Our food came out at a reasonable time but got cold quick. Everyone ordered a different burger and I wanted to try something different. On Monday August 14 2023 We walked in at 12:40 in the afternoon. We should have stopped and left right then. We didnt. We were yelled at by a server to sit wherever. We picked a table. It was almost empty in the restaurant. Our table was dirty. It had been cleared, but not wiped off or reset. There were empty sweetener packets in the sweetener bin and a used napkin in one chair. After a few minutes a server came and wiped the table off. We were told the daily special and ordered two unsweetened teas. The teas arrived with no ice. They were cool.....not cold. The server came back took our order and returned to her phone. It was 102 outside and we drank our tea and waited for a check back from our server. She continued to scan her phone and talk to her server friend. Our food came out. It was cold. And it was wrong. The server took it back and we could hear the cook saying he thought it was another order......finally we received drink refills and our correct order. The server dropped our food and over her shoulder asked if we needed anything as she walked away. The server continued to scan her phone during our whole visit. Service was almost nonexistent. We have been to this location several times and expected the same great food and service. We received neither.

My husband wanted a burger, so we headed to Frankie Flavs. I am not a burger person, so I usually order a chicken sandwich on this visit, I ordered their Turkey burger.. big mistake! It was terrible! The flavor was absolutely disgusting. I think it was passed on the date of being edible. It has a rancid smell, and taste was bad. My husband agreed and I decided just to stick to my sweet potato fries which were really good... my husband loved his Mac & cheese burger and fries. My family and I stopped there on a Sunday evening, there were 9 of us. Upon arrival we were sat and ordered drinks and appetizers pretty quickly. When the rest of our party arrived, about 5 minutes after, we were not checked on for about 30 minutes. We placed our order, about 20 minutes later we were informed by the waitress that they were out of several items; avocado, bacon, mini corn dogs and a few others. The appetizers were great but our main courses were not so much. Fries were cold, our orders were wrong, we were missing one meal, and we kept having to walk over to them anytime we needed something. An adult beverage we ordered when we first arrived didn t come till the waitress was reminded. There were no refills on our drinks either. How is a signature burger joint out of bacon? Half of their menu has bacon in it. No fried pickles. No bacon for their burgers. No bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers. This place sucks, went there yesterday & the majority of the menu items weren t available (wings, no brisket, no fried pickles, no nachos). Sat down with the family &noticed the tables were sticky, it looks like whoever was drinking the night before must ve spilled their shot bcs there was red streaks on the wooden tables. The food took awhile, not too long but I must ve ordered the wrong burger( it had egg, chorizo, &beans in it) strange taste combination. The fries were cold & they sprinkled queso fresco with cilantro & lime (tasted weird too). Only thing worth buying was the mini corn dogs &the lemonade (Sprite came out flat also) Oh, &idk if they know what a Paloma is? I usually make mine with tequila/trechas/half an orange/&some squirt I drank something that tasted like tequila mixed with mineral water.

One of our favorite spots. ------------------------------------------------------------ Four years later, what happened?? This place has gone so far downhill its not even recognizable as the same place!! We went in for lunch with some friends during the week, what a disaster! It look 20 minutes to even get our menus and there was ONLY one other table, and THREE waitstaff. Its LITERALLY like they couldnt see us. The food finally came, after we have been there for over an hour, it was horrible, all of the way around. My wife said something about it and the waitress wanted to argue about how long we have been there. No apology, just that it wasnt over an hour. But it had been because they took 20 minutes just to get us menus. Seriously, God forgive me if I ever give these guys a shot again. This has been the third bad visit in a row, and it just kept getting worse and worse. If you want Frankie Flavs, stick to Weslaco, the seem to actually care over there, and the food is as it should be in Harlingen. Probably one of the best burgers Ive had, Trump border wall. 1 pound of meat with a combination of Mexican ingredients, yum. The customer service was great especially Brianna. She was all over the place but never lacked on attention to all the customers.

I walked into Frankie Flavz last Saturday night, not knowing what to expect, and walked out a customer for life. The food, the atmosphere, and the great staff this place has it all. I was immediately seated at a table and was introduced to what must have been an angel. Tarah was the most friendly and attentive server Ive ever had; I swear it was like she was reading my mind. She recommended Trumps Burger Wall, and when that angel delivered that massive burg, I knew she and I would be best friends. That half-Mexican, half-American giant is certainly the most delicious Mexican-American Ive ever eaten. Im sorry to tell you, Mr. President, but I demolished your wall. Completely amazing experience. I could go on about it all day. Thanks again to the staff and especially Tarah. Ill see yall soon.

Coming from Weslaco Frankie Flavs and we were so excited to try out their Harlingen location. Along with missing a lot of items on the menu they especially missed out on flavor on any of their food. Taste was extremely bland. Cooks really let us down. The only taste was on the salt and ketchup for the fries. Even the beer was mildly warm. So disappointed. Please do better.

The service was terrible. The waitress was extremely rude, she took forever to take our order and there were only 4 other customers. The burgers were ok, and the fries were cold. And 40 min later when we received our food, our fries were cold. We weren t given and silverware or napkins. We had to get napkins and ketchup off a neighboring table. Idon t think I ll be eating here again. All the girls who we re working had more interest in flirting with the guys drinking at the bar; in the middle of the day, then actually working.

I usually get the wing and burger combo which is great. I love the queso fresco thats added to the fries! Im giving a 4-star rating only because food can take a while to come out(so make sure youre not busy or starving when you go) and even though theyre always nice, the wait staff can take a while to check on you.

Food was amazing. First time trying the Taco Fries, which were awesome. My only complaint is the couple sitting right next to me that absolutely refused to parent their child and just let her play videos on a tablet at a disrespectfully high volume. Didnt our parents teach us to behave in public? Those parents should be ashamed of themselves. Not the restaurants fault, but I always imagined how I would deal with these types if I had my own restaurant. Wouldve totally stayed to have a beer, but... oh well. Frankie Flavs missed out making a little more money off me. Just something to think about. Food was amazing, though.

Was waiting for over an hour for 2 burgers, I had asked for Texas twinkies as well but apparently they didnt have any. Was the whole reason I went in the first place. We got there when there was hardly any people at all, then two couples got there sat on each side of us and they ordered and got their food and we were still waiting, when I told the waitress we were leaving and to cancel the order she didnt even question it. Just said ok, and we walked out. Will not be visiting this place AGAIN! Really need to get it together.

I cant speak to the experiences of everyone else, but overall, I dont recommend this place at all. Every time I have gone, they were out of food for multiple items on their menu. The service has also been terrible, typically being ignored by the waitresesses constantly, who are more interested in chating by the bar, and working on getting tips from the single men. The only thing I can say is that the atmosphere is very chill with good music, but whats the point of a bar and restaurant if there is no food and sub-par service?

Please open a location in Dallas!! I visit town for family and every time I make it a point to come here at least once during my visits. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!! I have passed this place on my way to Progreso on many occasions, but had never been able to stop. Finally, this Saturday I was able to stop and grab a bite to eat. WOW, this place is AMAZING. If your from the Valley, you HAVE to come out here and enjoy this place. Everything (food, drink, service, atmosphere and live music) is awesome. Bianca our server was on point, great service by her and shouts out to Eddy the manager. Very helpful and overall a great guy. Will definitely be back with the family and I will recommend this place to all my friends. Parking: Lots of parking.

If you get the nachos appetizer, take note that youll get about 12 to 15 pieces of stale, colorful chips, literally a sliced jalapeño and a light amount of cold cheese and sour cream. The cilantro makes it look nice for $9. Be prepared to pay extra for a small cup of more cold cheese. I guess just stick to the burgers and wings if you get served in a timely manner. The waitress we had was having a bad day and it reflected on her service towards us.

Going to the location at 711 N 77 Sunshine Strip, Harlingen, TX 78550 last night for dinner. We arrived at 730 and the place was less than half full. three waitresses were attending to the patrons. after sitting down for a while and having to flag one waitress down, she took our drink orders and we ordered an appetizer. The drinks and appetizer were brought out to us and we placed our order for the main course. People getting there after we did were getting their order. we ordered a couple of burgers and wings, nothing out of the ordinary. at 855pm I asked where our food was and I was informed it is BARELY coming out. I refused the order and left home completely dissatisfied. NEVER AGAIN! What poor customer service. They should focus on their customers and avoid being on their cellphones in the kitchen where everyone can see them.

The burgers and tacos weve tried tasted good enough. Their fries have an overcooked skin taste, are too soft and no seasoning at all. Their wings have disappointed. Weve tried both bone-in and boneless. They recommended garlic parm flavor for the kids but they werent very good and were smothered in too much sauce. Today we ordered lemon pepper but it was way over seasoned with the lemon pepper. They didnt give me the teriyaki ones I ordered for some reason; instead they gave me extra of the Korean bbq, which was ok. I wont order those next time. Not sure if the oil they used to fry them was already old but I think so because the wings had a bad oil taste and they were extremely saturated with oil! Each bite released so much oil that it made me feel sick. Very unhealthy and an incompetent way to fry food. I cant share my video so I added photos where Im pressing the wing with a spoon and so much oil gushes out.

Nice hidden gem. Heard about this place and it lived up to its reputation. Not sure what blend of meat is used for the patties, but it was delicious. Toppings were great and the Cilantro and queso fresco on the fries was unique, but very good. They also have a 3 slider plate where you can mix and match almost every burger they have available. Great way to try them out if you havent been here.

The menu was the longest burger menu I have ever seen! They had so many different, interesting burger choices to choose from...but the flavors just werent tasty. The buns were super soggy, pretty much melted into the meat patty...the menu items sounded amazing, the taste was ok, but it just didnt deliver. I felt like the menu hyped-me up & we were sadly let down. Sorry:/
