Regrettably dissatisfied with Yazmins services for my daughters 7th birthday. Despite clear discussions on my expectations, the event seemed hastily arranged and didnt reflect the quality I had seen in her previous work. The game room was unavailable, and when I expressed concerns, Yazmin appeared indifferent, having already received payment. Communication on essential details was lacking, and only after I reached out did I learn about the 30-minute early arrival requirement. For a more reliable experience, I suggest exploring other options for your special occasions.

Very saddened to put a negative review but was disappointed with Yazmin. She gave us false information from the beginning, was very rude the day of my baby shower to not only myself but my guests as well, AND we ended up having to pay over $400 EXTRA. That my husband and I were NEVER aware of when we decided on this venue. Please be aware in the future that clients should be told the TOTAL amount prior. Not a false total in the beginning and then a completely different total at the end of the event.

Awesome place for any celebration. I had my baby shower here and the owner did a great job with the decorations. I loved it and had a great experience.
