I absolutely love Hobby Lobby. Im a painter, and I teach an art class. I could spend hours just going through all the cool paint supplies they have, which brings me to the reason for 4 stars. EVERY time Im staring at the paint stuff, they come over the intercom to tell security to record. And I mean every time. Maybe Im paranoid, but they do it even when I havent seen anyone else in the store. I go there often, so unless this is something they do every 30 minutes, I feel like Im being accused of being a thief just because Im indecisive. And to say it over the intercom is like... you might as well send an employee over to say, Hey, were watching you. Makes me feel like I shouldnt go there.

For it being a store way in the back away from the main street, this place is an endless haven for the DYIers out there wanting ideas of home projects! Very satisfied with the inventory which they have plenty of and if you happen to have a question regarding an item or just need help with an idea you have, their staff is extremely knowledgeable. Friendly customer service. Get out there and check out what they have in stock. They literally have something for EVERYONE.

Only 1 cashier with 5 people in line. They Called for backup which was no help cuz she had to count the drawer but took her time while she chatted with Veronica. When I asked about getting more help Veronica was very rude with the cashier also that they had to count before helping anyone. Thats whats sad about hobby lobby is they dont try to provide good customer service. Not in harlingen or any location here in the valley. It is not the stores priority to be helpful to the customer

Very disappointed with Hobby Lobby. They couldnt replace a lost gift card that was gifted as a Christmas present but was accidentally thrown out. Everyone needs to be aware of this! Dont lose your gift cards or youll be out of your money. They need to keep up with the times. There are ways to replace these when it happens.

I stopped going here because of Juany! I have a witness, me and my husband decided to go look for things for our nursery, it was 10 minutes to closing and she proceeds to get in my face, and say WE RE CLOSED girl get yourself some gum. I said okay ma am I need to go see something, don t be standing in my way, with borderline harassment. She finds me 2 minutes later as I told my husband to wait in line, so I can get something to buy. She said MA AM I TOLD YOU WE RE CLOSED, YAH GO TO THE REGISTER! Man was my blood boiling at that point, how are you going to talk to a pregnant woman like that? Customer service is ridiculous, every single staff here gets in MY WAY and doesn t say excuse me. I work in retail, this store ain t it. Taking my business to Weslaco.

This is a great store! Hobby Lobby always has great deals and items you didnt know you needed! The only thing I could really complain about this location would be that it can be quite hot sometimes.
