Mr. Enos did a great job on my divorce. I talked to other attorneys but decided to hire David because he spent a lot of time talking to me and really listened; instead of just passing me off to a paralegal. Before I hired him my wife falsely accused me of domestic violence and had me thrown out of the house. After I hired David she called CPS saying that I was abusive to our kids. David worked with me through that ordeal and got the CPS case closed. In fact, David called the CPS investigator as a witness for me at trial and she testified that my wife was a bad mother and that I was a great Dad. After a two-day trial, the Judge awarded me custody of our kids, and gave me the house and even our dog. David stuck with me through a terrible time and I am so grateful he was my attorney.

I found Mr. Enos with nothing more than a prayer. We had researched so many attorneys and gotten the same story. An astronomical price, for something my son so desperatley wanted. Evan asked for a real dad, every year one that wanted him and that would stay around. Through the help of David Enos, my Evan got that this year for Christmas. I called this morning for a free consultation for a misdemeanor drug case. The receptionist seemed genuinly concerned and got me on the phone with Mr. Enos immediately. He waisted no time getting to the bottom of my situation in which I believe I was being treated unfairly. Just an hour after we got off the phone, I received a call from the district attorneys office and they said they will be dropping the case. This is a guy who actually cares and is extremely competent! I cant begin to express my gratitude for this law office. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend David since he helped me in my case which was a 3rd felony, I contacted him 5 days before my court and he took care of everything, apart from the fact that he has a person who speaks Spanish with him, in the end David got me just pay a fine and 2 years of probation With the possibility of being reduced to 1 year if you have a problem call him

Great man - Great lawyer. He really listened to me and cared about my situation. I was arrested for possession of 5 pounds of pot and David got the charge reduced to a Class A misdemeanor, and got me deferred probation so that when Im done the whole charge will be dismissed and not show up on my record.

I highly recommend David. He represented my mother-in-law in probating her husbands estate. He was extremely patient and spent a lot of time with her explaining things as the case went along. When we went to court it was obvious that the Judge had a lot of respect for David and the hearing went really smooth. He really knew what he was doing.

Would not recommend David Enos to anyone. Got everything situated before court and he ended up sitting with my ex wife before court started. Divorce decree stated for me to pay spousal support to my ex wife, and I did so per divorce decree. One year later they took my income tax money and they were saying I was behind. I had all my documents showing that I was all paid up and current. Mr. Enos told me he would go to the attorney general himself and handle it within 3 days. 3 weeks later he told me someone that was working there no longer worked there so he wasnt going to represent me anymore (state bar here I come). I would only recommend if you want to pay your ex spouse tons of money, sit with them before court, and then drop you to let you figure everything out on your own. Update: This is not a fake review. Look for the name Esteban Ramirez. More than one person saw the whole sitting with my ex wife situation. As for the attorney general I had to do all the work on my own with an affidavit. Keep saying that this is fake but we both know the truth here. Call me if you have problems with this review, Im sure you still have my number.

David does a fantastic job, and his office is very welcoming. He helped me and my family with a bankruptcy after we were unable to pay off significant healthcare debt. During a very uncomfortable part of our lives, it was nice having someone that was honest and cared. He didnt say it would be easy, but he definitely made it clear that there was an end in sight.
