They wont answer even the most basic questions unless you pay for a consultation. So I made an appointment for a consultation at 3:30, even though they refused to tell me if they can actually help me with my case. I show up 10 minutes early and pay $100 for a 30 minute consultation. The receptionist informs me that the attorney has stepped out and should be there shortly, so I sat down to wait. At 3:37 the receptionist tells me that my consultation has started as of 3:30 because she has another appointment at 4, even though the attorney is not there yet. I said no and I asked for my money back. They wanted me to pay for a 30 minute consultation but only give me 20 or maybe 15 minutes. I think thats just a very shady business practice by some money hungry attorney, and it shows a total lack of professionalism. I left and contacted a different firm which answered several of my questions over the phone and made me feel comfortable with hiring them

I had met with a couple of attorneys before meeting Linette, and from our consultation I knew she was the only attorney I wanted to handle my case. Linette was very compassionate when it came to my case and did an amazing job at helping me understand every step. I felt comfortable enough and trusted her with my family court case. Linette kept me informed throughout the entire process and always responded to any questions I had. Ashley and Gabby were also wonderful in supporting me and my questions. Im extremely appreciative of Linette, she was able to meet with me and agreed to represent me as my attorney. She took my case on a short notice, and when I say a short notice it was only a couple of days before I had court for a Child Modification case. Linette was attentive to detail and guided me through the whole process while keeping my sons best interest in heart. She is the best attorney that I have hired by far. The modification went to my favor and its all thanks to Linettes integrity and work ethic.

I m a father to a beautiful 5 year old boy, with concerns of my son s care that were enough to motivate me to seek legal help. I ve never done this before as he s my first and only son, so this was all very new and a little scary. I say scary because you really never know what you re going to get when contracting an attorney. I made peace with this idea and went off of reviews and consultations; I probably had about 6-8 consultations (paid and free) with the pressure to pick one. I decided to try one more; Linette was so impressive with how detailed she was with her questions. A curiosity that I did not experience with any other attorney. I couldn t help but to feel a sense of peace where fear existed before. I can t be anything but grateful for her diligence, intelligence, charisma and amazing detail to my case. I will say that even if we didn t win, we put up a fight with no regrets. Well; we won and again nothing but gratitude for her hard work and attention to detail; because of her expertise I now have custody of my son. Let me start by saying how truly amazing Ms Lynette Aguirre Gonzalez really is. She helped my husband and me do The impossible we were afraid that we were going to have a long drawn out custody case. But with all of her hard work and communication and efforts it was easier than we had expected. She always kept us up to date and always made sure we knew the next steps in the process. If I ever had any questions or concerns she always was available to speak and address those concerns. She has brought my family peace and happiness beyond words.
