We had a birthday party for our twin 10 year olds and the staff was wonderful and attentive to our needs. We were able to celebrate inside which was great due to the heat. Everyone had a spectacular time ages 5-45 enjoyed the rides and 46-65 enjoyed watching from inside. Will for sure be coming back

I was scanning google map to find something fun to do with my 4 year old son in the haltom city area had found go karts and down the road there electric starship arcade. Have to fill out a waver before purchasing, spent $10 for double kart. There wasn t many people there so we didn t had to wait for a long time to ride. The double kart was well maintained, comfortable, easy to steer/drive I like the track cause it haves left turn not like Rockwood go kart track. Me and my son had a great time will be coming back with other family members

Came here with my family, some other chick ended up ramming into us and one of the employees (male) wife was upset that her UNDERAGE children were rammed into at the kart lanes as well as the rest of us. She took it upon herself to go off on my husband for laughing the situation off since he was understanding of the fact that go karts are an ADULT activity & he could end up hurt. I was left bruised from the girl ramming into us since I was right infront of her & the employers children were in the very front. Super uncalled for, I took majority of the hit and the establishment did nothing but yell at my husband for reacting differently than everyone else. So unprofessional, won t ever be coming back here again. Manager/Owner is also super entitled as you can tell by the replies in these reviews Zero stars .

Love the customer service!!!! We showed up a little before closing because we were turned away at Rockwood in FW. They made my daughters night and rode around with her so she wouldn t have to ride alone. Definitely would recommend to anyone with kiddos or a kid at heart!!!!

this experience was awful from the moment we walked in it just felt so uncomfortable we were the only colored group around the area and it was a lot of us roughly 10 of us and as soon as we arrived we were just getting looks and weird energy but yk maybe it wad just a lot of us and we were all talking so maybe we had just yk caused some attention so we brushed it off and continued to have fin so we get out tickets and get in line and we get on our first rounds of the go carts without any rule no one talked to us about what to do or what not yo do in their facility because all go cart facilities are different and they also didn t make sure that anyone was the right hight nor did they make us have any type of ids to drive the little ones around and as soon as we finished our first round as soon as we got off they were mad and was like we have to ho over rules that i didnt think i would need to go over and basically just making it seem like we were dumb for not knowing and acting like we were little kids in school again then on our second ride everything went fine but while we were waiting for our third ride they had this random dog in the inside of their facility with dog treats all ofer the floor like the dog would eat some and spit the rest out very dirty and disturbing and we tried to be nice to the dog but it was just acting like it didnt like us because it hadn t see people like us before but again we discarded it and tried to continue to have fun but since there was a problem the first time because the managers workers didnt do their jobs correctly the manager has now stepped out where the go carts where and my brother had already rode twice but this time she was like he isnt tall enough but we were just saying he ll be fine because he s already rode twice and he wasn t that far from the green he was less than a inch so we just was trying yo get an understanding but the manager started to cuss at us and get in my moms face so of course my mom now feels the need to protect herself so shes telling her get of her face and the manager say she doesn t have to because shes the owner and basically she can do as she please and theres no one higher than her so my mom and talking with her hand and the manager grabbed her arm so my mothers best friend is like dont touch her and she tries to get her off her and it almost turned into a brawl but my brother and father broke it all up then we went back home but she was so rude and unprofessional

Is not worth you going to jail or your kids feeling like they ruined the day.. When she got there looked as if she was having a bad day and completely took it out on my 12 year old son who already rode the go carts several times but the last one she said he wasn t tall enough even tho her other host said he was.. if you go read her other google reviews it s clear she has some kind of anger problem and I m not sure how she is getting away with especially not with them babies or putting her hands on folks.. if she would have done that to any kid I would of stood with the parents just like so many others standing with me.. I will do everything in my power to make sure she understands the importance of treating all them babies with kindness and that she never put her hands on anyone ever again.. I was the bigger person knowing this is an elderly woman but not everyone will give the same grace so before anymore violence happens This establishment seriously needs to be closed down. She don t deserve your money at all

Your employees partner felt like she needed to speak up for someone who wasnt supposed to be driving in the 1st place her kids dont know how to drive plus arent of height to be driving very unsafe and her kids can hurt someone else including themselves. Totally uncalled for on her part knowing what she put her kids into and signing the waiver. No these arent bumpers cars but when someone has a driving license Im pretty sure they know how to drive unlike the underage kids you allowed to drive. Who ever responds to this knows who the people are and its why your giving such a petty responce. Again I reiterate find another track plenty in ftw who follow rules they placed for everyone not just customers, but to include employees and immediately family members . Go elsewhere

Celebrated our sons 12th birthday here. The front receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Environment is laid-back, relaxed, and fun. We didnt have to stick to a strict schedule, as long as, we kept our event within our allotted, booked time. We love that they have a fridge/freezer available for cakes and were also able to bring our own food. Would definitely recommend!

The worker act like he didnt really want to be at work. My jolly 3yr old had to keep saying hi about 5 times right in front of the guy waving and all before he was even spoken back to. Like he a kid and you work at a place where kids come at least be friendly. There were mosquitoes inside the building that attacked me and my son by the race car game and the tickets didnt dispense from the games and machines took quarters and change machine didnt dispense properly it gave me 75 cents when I inserted a $5 bill. My second round on the race track with my son wasnt even the 5 minutes long we made 2 laps and he has its come back in. I have been here before but its been years and the quality and friendliness is gone down the drain. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Update*** Service has gottan better and the employees are approachable and friendly and attentive. We went today and had a great time the games have even been updated. We will start coming back regularly with these changes.

My son usually prefers 377 go karts over Rockwood GO karts- except this past weekend, him and his friend attended and had 3 rides each, and my son had the slowest kart out of everyone and he was super disappointed that the worker never offered to change him to a faster cart!! Guess now, we will think twice before heading straight back to 377

This place is a blast! I got there before everyone else and got to do a set of laps all by myself. Bring earplugs if you are planning on going a bunch of times. The engines get a bit loud after a few laps. Went again and had the best time. I should have brought earplugs but it was worth it.

Not bad for the price. Go-karts went probably 15-20 mph, certainly fast enough for this track. The track layout is good. Karts themselves appear to be kept in decent condition. Expect worn-out tires and sliding through each turn. A quick safety demonstration by the employees is recommended but Don t expect it. Otherwise, Good fun for the money.

Came with a whole youth group 20+ and only have 5 operating karts which was unfortunate. But we made the best of it and inside was great. Beyond rude. Asked why the my daughter was told she couldn t ride anymore to understand, and they said she was ramming the wall like it was Intentional. Brakes don t work well in any kart (not my first time there, and as an experienced driver I almost couldn t stop myself when something happened in front to not hit the person in front) When just asking to understand The lady behind the counter got loud, and then told us we were raising our voices. Even our kids said neither of them are raising their voices it s only you. Told the kids cmon let s leave, and we will spend our money at a better establishment that values our business she aggressively follows us to the door yelling LEAVE pulls the door out of my friend hand and pulls it close holding it like we were trying to come in. Someone forgot their meds this morning, and it showed. Guess you can t inquire to understand why your child was told something without them being defensive with the remark.

We were asked to leave because someone spun out in front of 2 other people and was hit by my son and myself. Tires are looking very bald and unsafe. One cart started smoking with my son in it and his foot was not on the gas, like it was about to catch fire. The attendants are very rude and cussed at a 15 year old who was just following instructions.

I like the track and the go karts were pretty good, but they run single and double karts at the same time so you have to watch the line to see who you will be racing against. They also cut the karts off a lot and kept us from passing the double karts that were on the track with us. One of the kids commented that some people dont know how to use their brake so they have to cut the karts off, and if you dont like it go talk to the manager.

We recently booked a party for 10 people (min) but only had eight people. The party allowed for two hours with unlimited rides and two drinks per person. No preference was given to party attendees and thus amounted to only three rides per group. The place was disappointingly dirty, not well organized or staffed. There is no specific advantage to paying the party price. One table inside and two tables outside, (not reserved or cleaned in preparation for our reserved party). None of which were large enough to accommodate a party of eight. There was no VIP treatment for a party group at all. My suggestion would be to check out this location before booking any kind of event.

My sister and I took our kids to ride before they go back to school. We had an amazing time the staff was friendly and funny! The kids enjoyed themselves and us adults had a freaking ball! Feel free to go have some fun its worth it we had 5mins per ride and they felt long! We enjoyed a nice minute maid frozen cup afterwards to cool us down after drifting all ova that track lmbo

Had a group of about 7 adults and 2 kids, there was 1 indoor table and a few outdoor ones. Prices were reasonable at $8 per ride or the packages that could get down to $6/ride. The track is nice, with lots of twists and turns. The go karts are in good condition. Only issue we had was there were a couple games indoor that didnt work. Otherwise we had a blast.
