I worked with Mr. Weaver a handful of years ago on a bankruptcy case. He and his staff were very knowledgeable and were very kind and understanding about my...delicate and slightly embarrassing situation. I will always be thankful for their service! Their prices/fees are reasonable, and they will walk you through the whole process. I highly recommend them!

I suppose they were close enough when I in actuality wanted a bankruptcy lawyer in Coppell but it wasnt required to go to the office so that worked very well.

This firm and everyone I spoke with were great. They were all very professional and responsive. I had a bunch of questions and they took the time to answer each one of them. Not to mention that Richard Weaver has over 36 years of experience, and it definitely shows. I would recommend them in the future for sure.

I contacted Weaver and Associates to help me with a financial situation that needed chapter 13 filing. This process was new to me . I meet with Mr. Weaver once ( at my hearing). The only conversation I had with him was sign this affidavit). As I needed questions answered it was only conducted via text never a phone call from his office. I payed them 810.00 up front. I didn t understand Why I would pay the trustee Before my hearing!!!!!!!! I was also told my fee was would have been more. Their communication with me was horrible I was just another client who took my money... Cost for filing Chapter 310.00 2 courses (Weaver & Associates paid) 100.00 20.00 I should received a REFUND!!! Yes, I did make a mistake ..

Our Father God, sent us to some amazing Angels! Our situation stems from 2013, mid thru our circumstances our Attorney retired due to medical issues. I was at my wits end and didnt no where to turn. Because of our situation we were concerned that our case would not be taken; however Richard Weaver and Associates along with their Paralegal Melina and with the Grace of God they took our case. I asked Father God for his guidance and triumph. On Sept 24, I received word that we had won our case! Due to their commitment and due diligence they pressed on with confidence. I put $300 down on a bankruptcy however as it turned out I didnt need one but I was told no refunds not even a partial. Thanks for such a fast response the fee was paid at the office at 5601 Airport Fwy, Haltom City, TX 76117 I did call Friday at the 5929 number but was told that it had been to long ago to get refunded, But my concern now is that you have no record at all. I will call you Monday at the number you provided here. Update very fast response to complaints they found my information in their old system as they had recently been updated and were able to resolved my issue, Thanks

To say I was terrified at the prospect of declaring bankruptcy at 71 years old is an understatement. Calling Mr. Weaver s office was a random thing . I liked the reviews, so I called him first. It was the absolute best decision I ever made. Every person in Mr. Weaver s office is amazing. Every member of the staff is very knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and truly understands the stress that every client is going through. Every time I called, my questions whether large or small were answered very patiently. Richard Weaver and Associates... I understand the world as cultural place or field for competition between the people who live in it.. I know everyone has some history violent or not sometimes we are guilty of being too kind to people that catches up on us financially and emotionally. From the beginning my experience was bad. I continued on with them as my representation thinking it was my own misunderstanding of the process. Since filing I have not been able to contact very many people with the questions I had. The paralegal that was supposed to be helping with my case quit answering emails after my case was filed. Ive tried several times to call and many times dont get an answer and when I do the person answering doenst provide their name and leaves me on hold for ungodly amounts of time. I was not told full details about reaffirming either my car or home and when i ask Im told they advise against it but if I choose to do so I have to pay them another 400 bucks!!! I was never told there was an extra fee. My situation Im sure is not like everyones but I do believe the reasons you hire some one to represent you is because you need help understanding everything. I feel like I was treated more like cattle and hurried along with all their many other cases, acting too bothered to answer questions. Also its very rude to put someone on mute without them knowing and not come back and check on the line if they are on hold for long amounts of time!!! Basic customer service!!! I wish i could give negative stars because I sure would very bad experience and i would NEVER recommend them to anyone ever!!

My financial situation was very stressful and emotional. I was receiving several letters in mail about me being sued. I called at 7 a.m. on a Monday morning and spoke to Pete. I really didnt know where to start what to say. He was very sweet, compassionate, and understanding. I set up an appointment to meet with Pete. He explained the full process looked over all my documents I brought in. He let me know if I have any questions to call anytime. I receive follow-up calls from Taj checking to see if I have any questions also seeing if any creditors are contacting me. The whole staff is very pleasant. They were so hopefully and let me ask all the questions I wanted and never seemed to get annoyed or bothered by them.
