I rented this venue in April,the lady I talked to very pleasant,,later on communication with the owner just as pleasant as the lady before,.. great place and price!!!! Love the every minute of the party!!!

I have rented The Party Venue for about 5 years now. And it s still my favorite place to host my parties. Great space for the price and the rental communication is fast and easy. Deposit is returned and have never had an issue!

My sister had her party July 1 and we pay a deposit of $500 they didn t return the deposit and we leave everything clean after the party. The lady never reply to my messages or calls. I just spoke to aleja and it was totally a misunderstanding. They had my number wrong and everything got fix . We were satisfied with everything and planning to book again In the future.

Super happy with this venue! I booked it for my sons birthday and it was perfect! They have a full stove, fridge, tables, chairs. Booking was easy and the communication awesome. Highly recommend!

I Celebrated my BIG 5-OH THERE LAST SATURDAY, THIS IS A VERY NICE PLACE TO RENT FOR AN EVENT. THE OWNER WAS REALLY NICE ABOUT EVERYTHING!! THE ONLY THING WAS IT WAS EXTREMELY HOT INSIDE THE BUILDING! BUT OTHER THAN BEING HOT IT IS REALLY A GREAT PLACE TO RENT!

Had my daughters 16th Birthday at the party venue. It was the perfect spot. Also they provide table and chairs. And very affordable. Would definitely recommend to other people and I would rent it again.

This place is awesome! So roomy and beautiful! We have had a family reunion and now a gender reveal and will be back for other events. The price was very reasonable compared to others in the area. The owner was very accommodating and super easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I just had my wedding here, and this was the perfect place! There was enough space for everyone and everything we needed fit with spare room! The kitchen, restrooms, backyard area had more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable! The owners were super helpful and responsive, making the process easy. I d recommend anyone that plans to have a big or any decent size party to have it here! Loved this place!

We coordinated rental of this venue from out of state for a rehersal dinner for a wedding. It was exactly as pictured on the internet and FB and did not disappoint. Owner was easy to work with and refunded our deposit in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend. We would rent again if need arose.

I rented this venue out for my husbands 50th birthday for two days. I loved the space of the venue and the fact that the venue included table, chairs and a kitchen was a bonus. The owner was a pleasure to work with made it so easy. I will definitely rent this place out again. I give it two things up. Awesome place and everyone had a great time.

Update:New owner gave us our money back , he did offer us a new date but we can t because of all the other contracts we already have with dj, photographers and catering ppl . We booked with them almost a year ago with the previous owner We got a called from the new owners saying They rented the venue with some other people that paid them more money , Our party is 3 months away and he canceled ours POOR POOR EXPERIENCE I DONT RECOMMEND THEM might happen to you next time

The venue was dirty and there were no bathroom supplies. Air conditioner didn t work besides a very small unit for the restrooms which kept it from getting warmer than 80 degrees but still a lot warmer than it should ve been. Was given no heads up about the air conditioner and only got refunded $50 of rental cost. Their reasoning is they rented it at a discounted rate to get bulk business so they won t refund more. Poorly ran business and I m extremely disappointed that it made my daughters graduation party pretty miserable.
