Bev & Brad were simply great from the initial meeting to the close of our home (actually worked with her on the purchase of our new home as well). - Bev is very (very) knowledgeable & professional and what most impressed me with her was her follow-up skills... - I really appreciated being able to text, call or email her, and get a response very (very) quickly. No question was too dumb, and she never gave me the impression she was anode by my contacting her. In my past, I have worked with relators that totally shut-down at five-PM = not this team; they are there for you. - the price she suggested for our home is what the offer came in at (not luck, but experience at work). I used Bev to list my home while in the midst of a turbulent time for my family and while the Fed was rapidly raising interest rates, making buyers skittish. Bev was an amazing resource. She called the price, marketed the house well, gave me spot-on advice about when to consider a reduction, and promptly answered all of my questions.Five stars, excellent experience. I also suspect that her tenure prompted other agents to give feedback after showings, because the vast majority did.

As a first time home buyer, I didn t know what to expect, and nervous about the entire process. Bev Young and Associates really put us at ease, and provided excellent customer service! She walked us through the process and made us feel comfortable. Bev and Brad are very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. They are also very honest and didn t pressure us in buying a home that was not the best fit for my family. We told her exactly what we were looking for and she went out of her way to find us the perfect home. Bev s response time is quick and questions or concerns are always welcome. Bev Young is absolutely the best! We had Bev as our Realtor 12 years ago when we purchased our new home. Come full circle, we were so impressed back then, that we had to have this professional help sell our home this time. Bev and her team were the greatest, from the photos and video and the brochure, all were top notch! A couple of bumps along the way, but Bev responded quickly and they were smoothed out and we were on our way to closing. Dont waste your time, go with Bev Young, she gets it done! Too bad she wont relocate to Florida. Thanks Bev, Clarita and I appreciate you and will miss you!

There are thousands of real estate agents, but Bev Young is truly one in a million. I do not normally write recommendations, many times I have been sorry for the recommendation I have written. However, I have absolutely no reservations with this recommendation because I have known Bev for over four years now. She is honest, ethical, truly caring, kind, hardworking, and always looking out for your best interest. These are characteristics I am finding in short supply anymore. She has put up with my meltdowns, tantrums, frustrations and always dealt with all of that with complete grace and patience. Even after your transactions are complete, Bev continues to follow up with you. She is someone I will continue to stay in touch with because she is truly special. I truly consider her a friend. And her partner and husband Brad, is just as great as Bev. You could not find a better realtor and person no matter how much research you do.

Bev Young was a fabulous real estate agent for us. I chose her based on reviews from neighbors, and I m so glad I did. We had a rough road over the summer with various issues popping up with house after house, and she was always a knowledgeable and caring support system. When Bev was unavailable, her husband Brad stepped in and didnt miss a beat. She even worked while on vacation to ensure that the seller was true to the contract and she pushed so we closed on time. Bev is an excellent agent from start to finish. She was there for us from start to finish when we bought our house here in euless 7 years ago. She will let you choose the house you wanted, not the house they wanted you to buy. And I think thats what makes them different.

Over the past 15 years we and my in-laws have used Bev for various real estate transactions. We have never seen or used a more knowledgeable realtor, ever. She is always looking out for our best interest and she has the answers for any questions we might ask or is already checking in to them. She has done and seen virtually any type of transaction i.e. land, building lots, condos, houses you name it. When we decided to move out to the country we weren t 100% sure where we were going to move, she took us to some beautiful areas and once we decided on an area she already knew a fantastic custom builder in that area. We have our best, most beautiful home ever now. Bev set us up with the perfect land and builder for our needs. 100% recommend Bev and we are happy to call her a friend as well!

Bev Young and her team go above and beyond. I am very busy, like most, but I travel all over the US so my time to look at houses in the DFW area has been very limited. Bev was on top of my every demand - and trust me I am demanding. The market is so hot right now and of course I only wanted to live in one building in Fort Worth, so when any condo in that building would come on the market, she would immediately go there - even if it was 9 pm on a Saturday night (which she did). She would send me a video and go home and write up the contract that night. I am happy to say that worked off because I have a pending contract on a condo in that building that, in both of our opinions, is below FMV. Couldnt recommend her more!!

I transferred to Texas in 2014 and knew nobody. I was referred to Bev Young through a colleague. I called Bev the evening before I was flying from Michigan to Texas to house hunt. (I had 1 week!) When I arrived the next morning, Bev had several listings already set up to start our search without delay. Throughout the week, Bev listened to our needs and provided valuable information on different area neighborhoods and expert analysis on every property. Within 3 days, we had looked at 40-50 homes, and we found our perfect house. Bev was able to successfully negotiate the deal as well as help with finding a lender and offering recommendations for inspections, appraisals, insurance, etc., from her vast network of business associates. Sure, there are many realtors out there. This was not my first purchase and Ive worked with many. I have never encountered the level of care that Bev and Brad Young put into this experience. I truly felt like I was their only client. You too, will not be disappointed. Thank you
