We come here every Tuesday for the great deal on movie tickets. We ordered Buffalo fries then we received bacon fries. We started to eat them in the movie theater and realized they were incorrect. Went to get them replaced and they said we had too many of them and couldn t replace them. Assistant Manager Kathleen did refund but refused just to remake them. I was very disappointed.

Love this theater, but, this is the 3rd time my husband and I have visited only to encounter the nasty restrooms!! I want to continue to come here, but this trend of literally being terrified of a visit to the ladies room is only going to happen one more time and I ll be canceling my movie lovers subscription and seeking a new movie theater! I like this theater, but their concessions are not that great. I paid $7.75 for nachos and was handed a small tray with chips in a bag, a small covered container of cheese with a bag of jalapeños to put together myself. Why do you have employees at the concessions if Im putting my own food together? What happened to handing me a boat plate with hot nacho cheese and jalapeño peppers over a small mountain of tortilla chips? Like a high school football game...those are nachos! Oh yeah, nachos, 2 hot dogs, 2 slices of pepperoni pizza, sm drink, large drink=$49 and some change. Tickets were $43 for 3 tickets with discount code for an XD theater. XD theaters are great. Should have taken a picture of the nachos because they sucked especially what I paid for them.

I recently watched a movie at this Cinemark and I must say it is one of the best movie halls in the vicinity. More or less most of the Cinemarks are good location, no doubt. But this location had comparatively bigger screens with limited number of seats making it more personalized experience. The available food options were also slightly more as compared to few Cinemarks around. We went for a 9:15 pm show and didn t feel any security concern as well.

Ive been frequenting the grapevine mall movie theater for 2 yrs and wish I found this one sooner! Its way cleaner and way better quality theaters, both audio and seating. (The reclyner seats are so comfy) But NONE of this would have mattered to the average customer if there was a rude staff running the place. That kind of stuff leaves a bad taste in ones mouth, no matter how great the place is. I will be coming back bc the staff here actually treats you with respect and courtesy. Hard to find these days! the GM needs to throw a pizza party for the staff !!!

My husband and I frequent this location. Staff is always friendly and fast. This past time, they ran out of popcorn at the time of us ordering and offered to deliver it to our seat when it was hot and ready! And thats exactly what they did!

It is a great place to watch a movie. The sound system is awesome. The chairs are very comfortable and fully recline. Expect to pay a lot of food and drinks. Join the rewards club if you go even twice a year to save on food. Also, it is really cold inside the theater.

This is my favorite movie theater. It is the closest, as well. They keep the theaters clean. The bright color and decor is conducive to preparing you for movie watching. I love all the photos of movie stars from previous decades lining the hallway walls. The seats are relatively new and very comfortable with seat warmers (love it), and some of the theaters have seats that move with the action in the movie. The movie theater popcorn is the best. Many candy options, as well as drink options. There is the opportunity for burgers and fries as well as hotdogs and pizza. So, snacks, and/or a meal are available. There is a gaming area where you or the kids can entertain themselves while waiting to be seated for your movie.

I have been a loyal patron of this theater for the past 4 years and have always appreciated the quality of service provided. However, during my recent visit, I was disappointed to see a trailer for a Christian propaganda film shown before the movie I had paid to see. I believe that such content is inappropriate for a movie theater setting, where diverse audiences come to enjoy films without being subjected to religious or ideological messages. This incident has significantly impacted my perception of this theater. Due to this experience, I will be reconsidering my choice of theater for future movie outings. I like this theatre. I love the way the seats recline for comfort. I will say the restroom I went to was on the smaller side. While waiting for a stall it s narrow moving past people. Once you come out of a stall if the restroom is crowded it s hard getting to the sink. The stalls also need a good mopping as the restroom smelled of urine. More space an adequate cleaning would seal the deal.

We hit the theater each day we were in Dallas and chose Cinemark over the others in the same area. Theaters were clean. Smelled fresh. Saw three movies in different sized theaters and all were the same! Good work force. Seemed happy, at least content. Nice change from the current business environment so many other places. My family and I were racially profiled today. It started at the concession stand with a manager asking for my ID while using my phone number to gain points. Also inside the movie a Caucasian lady complained and lied and called my husband a big black man. Then the manager Zac did not ask us any questions but instantly went off on my husband looking for a reaction which my husband did not give. I will be calling a lawyer to get the cameras pulled to sue.

I am a manager at another location and I would be absolutely appalled if my employee treated a customer the way i ve been treated by Justin who works the box office every single time I come to watch a movie here. He not only is blatantly rude and seems annoyed at any request, even one as simple as getting a refund, but he consistently demonstrates disrespect and bad customer service. I am always polite and patient with any employee anywhere I go but from the very beginning of attending this theatre he, without fail, shows me a bad experience and discourages me from returning every single time. If you attend this theatre please be wary of this employee because I have seen other guest grow frustrated with him who are ahead of me in line. I love this theatre and hate to see it complimented with such a rude employee.

Best theater in the DFW area. Awesome screens and sound. All suites have the reclining sofa chairs. Always clean. Bathrooms are not so great and theyve seemed to never have been updated. For the guys, be prepared to have stranger urine splash upon you as they dont have splash guards and the guys who use these facilities seem to think its a carnival game to see how big a splash they can make or treating how far back they can stand to still hit their target. Popcorn is usually A+, though.

This is a nice theatre. Weve been there a couple times now. We saw Dune in the DBox and that was great. We also saw Kung Fu Panda in the IMAX theatre. The chairs are comfy and they even have seat heaters. If you get there a bit early theres also a little arcade and a Starbucks in there. They have a lot of food selections. I can never give theatres a 5 since they are always soooo expensive.
