So far so good First initial inspection today and got some procedures scheduled. Everyone was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions. Prices for the work we are having done just about blew us away but we were expecting that from our limited research. We were fortunate they had finance programs available that would work for us.

I like going to this dentist office because theyre the only dentists who have been taking care of me in texas. But its so inconvenient that they only have 1 hygienist, and i just called to reschedule and the girl who answered my call was very rude and talked to me like i was stupid. I canceled my appointment, Im pregnant and need my teeth cleaned, i guess Ill just look elsewhere.

Everyone I had the pleasure of meeting yesterday was so sweet and kind. Not one person made me feel embarrassed about my condition. Each person made me feel comfortable and helped me calm down as I have anxiety over going to the dentist. I would recommend aspen dental to anyone looking for help with their situation no matter how bad you think it is or if you feel it s worse than anything they have seen, you re wrong. The sweet young lady that first took my X-rays and scans was so kind to me and right before they called me back after checking in I was so scared I almost walked out just because I was freaking out so bad and could not stop crying. She helped me through it and never did I feel like anyone was judging me or looking down at me. If you have dental needs that you ve put off like me(17 years) try aspen dental. They are truly kind hearted people

They sent me a request for review before sending out medication to the pharmacy, and they stated they could take care of my cleaning when i made the appointment, but were not able to until nearly a week later. As a result of the medicine not being sent out promptly, my spouse was late for work.

My husband and I drove from Tyler to Longview to see Dr Kassabji since he was the closest in network Endodontist and our regular dentist in Tyler said that the infection around my husbands back molar required a specialist. Upon examination Dr. Kassabji informed us that the root canal planned for that day could not be done since the infection was severe and the tooth had to be pulled. Instead of doing unnecessary work and charging us for it we were told we would be refunded most of what we prepaid and that we should see our regular dentist to have the tooth pulled. We appreciate his honesty in his evaluation. As far as the office itself goes, we were checked in promptly and politely and experienced no issues with any of the staff. I had read some reviews that made me a little nervous about the office but they all seemed fine.

With all the dental work I had to get done, they treated me like an equal. Have a service dog that went with me and even he made a few buddies. They went as far as helping get my smile back when I really couldnt afford it. I would recommend the Longview, TX office to anyone at anytime.

Do not go there. You will be treated like a herd of cattle at the sale barn. They do not care about patients. Just about dollars. Dont call in meds unless you pay for the next appt first. But they dont tell you that upfront. I d rather see a different dentist so they wont refuse to send a script they told me in.

Very professional and one on one. Wait time was little to none also the establishment was very clean. Sorry but I have to change this to a not so great review. I have had to go back since I got my teeth filled due to headaches ever since I went there also I have received a bill for 416. On top of the 900 worth of credit I opened with them and the 1600 my insurance paid. I was blindsided with the 416 bill. Plus my wife has had to return due to cavities not done right. She also just went to the Va and had a xray of her teeth and the said everything looks good ahead of time goes back to aspen and they say she has a few cavities that need to be filled????? The staff is great but that s all I can say.

My first time going to the dentist office speaking to dentist Amy was amazing had the best experience. Seemed like she cared about her people she took care of but the new dentist I took care of was saying that the bone was connected for my wisdom teeth when the other said it was not was extremely rude because I asked her to remove the one wisdom tooth she could remove that day and she stomped out of the room out of anger for the simple fact of her not wanting to do her job then I had a question about the treatment plan I had the second treatment plan they were making up for me and it was missing one of the teeth that I was supposed to get worked on after my initial agreement and I was told that she was busy taking care of another patient and when I was leaving the facility I saw her through the window chatting with her co-workers. And then the person I was speaking to asked me if I wanted a refund and I said no I want to speak to your manager and I called the 8100 number and I was just told that I was getting the refund when I told them I did not want it and I wanted it to speak to the person over them

I told her cancel it and right after without asking anything she hung up on me, too bad! For more years than I care to divulge, Ive had a huge fear of dentists. I would have panic attacks just sitting in the waiting room. 7 years ago, I went to this Aspen. They pretty much eliminated my fear. I had a LOT of work done on my uppers and no pain. I recently went back to get my lower dentures and I would only go to them because of the previous work from them amd my upper dentures still looks new and they care and do great work. Right after my treatment, I flew to San Francisco to see my girlfriend. I was in a lot of pain, so I called Aspen in Longview. He called in a prescription, but California would not take a prescription from a Texas doctor, so reception told me to call the Aspen in California. My info was in their system. They checked my dentist, and the California location called it in and saved me a lot of pain. They are a nationwide chain, and that worked out well for me. Getting lowers done with the new dentist, his main concern was that I didnt have pain during the extractions. It took several hours! And no pain, just pressure. Im so happy I found Aspen Dental. They are the ONLY dental place I recommend. And I got the best dentures available, and they were still cheaper than some I have seen since they make their own dentures in-house. Im looking forward to getting my permanent bottoms. But even the temporary ones look great, and my smile has NEVER looked so good. Thank you, Aspen Dental. You guys are awesomeness!

I. Came to Aspen dental about 4 months ago to get my teeth pulled out into dentures.Id already gone to other competitors and the dentric.And the densher field and they had told me my tour.I needed to be removed so when I went to ask The financing lady at Aspen. She said that she would ask them. Or they would tell me if it needed to be removed now. Its 4 months later, my top venture fits fine. But now theyre telling me that I need to refinance and go through another 3 weeks of pain so they can pull out the Tory, I asked them, why didnt they? Put this all together in the finand they couldnt tell me really nothing. Very, very inconvenient.

I went there for about 2 years and will never go back. Their billing office is awful. 1. I just received a bill for 2 years ago. Going thru the insurance, since they are in my network, they owed me money back but I got tired of fighting it. For a year I didnt hear from them and then I get a bill. 2. Also my insurance only pays for 1 set of xrays a year. They insisted on doing xrays. I didnt realize it wasnt time yet, they should known by my file. I had to pay out of pocket for the xrays since insurance did not cover it. 3. My visit to them over 2 years ago was for a crown. Apparently they assigned a dentist in training to handle my care. I was in the chair with him drilling for over 2 hours. The numbing meds were wearing off. That crown has fallen off 3 times since getting it put on. They did put it back on for free but its rediculous to go thru that over and over. Im in my 60s and have had plenty of crowns, Ive had them break and need replaced but never fall off. 4. When I called my insurance speaking to the rep even they admitted there was a problem with Aspen Dental. They need to get thier office in order and their billing department. Its more of a franchise. Ive always had a dentist that I knew and I knew who was doing the work and could talk with the office about any issues.

I called a week or so ago needing to schedule a root canal appointment. I spoke to L which took my Insurance info and then told me Endodontist comes once a month and May he had already been there and gone. I asked to get on June schedule. First off, I think some, not all, but some dentists need a tooth of their own yanked out or busted up so they can feel what its actually like to have tooth pain. Then go into their practice like Aspen Dental and listen to multiple technicians tell you about implants and periodontal disease and flossing and on and on while your holding your face in excruciating pain after theyve x-rayed, poked and prodded. Oh, and then they give you the numbing agent. My wife then needed Ativan to calm her down, due in part to her own anxiety of dental offices, compounded by the lengthy sales pitch also. We then drive across town to the pharmacy to pick up two Ativan, 16 cents worth, and we are to come right back to the dental office. We get there, no ones called anything in from there, and I have to call and remind them, and 45 minutes later we get our prescription and head back over. We get there, my wife takes the meds, and an hour and a half later they pull a wisdom tooth and the tooth next to it. We started out with a 9qm appt and was not finished until 2:30. Went back to the pharmacy on the way home to pick up the pain meds and antibiotics they prescribed, to which, the pharmacy had not received any requests from them. So once again I call them, they forgot to send it through, just like earlier, and I took my wife on home, had to come back after 5pm to finally get meds. They requested a review via my email multiple times, well, there ya go. Never again will we go there. If they put half the effort into ensuring meds are actually phoned in promptly, and immediate attention of the pain is addressed before the sales pitch, it would have faired better for them. The assistants were awesome, as were the front desk help. The bill wasnt bad either, about the norm.

Highly recommend!! Amy was my dentist And her assistant Abbey Were so amazing. I was very scared to have my wisdom tooth extracted. Went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and made sure I was numb with 2 tests on my gums since it was an awake procedure. I was very nervous about after care pain, And she made sure I was taken care of with proper medication. Overall this was a really good experience Much better than I had anticipated. This was my first time using them and I will definitely be back for all my future dental needs! Amy is amazing And very experienced. 10 out of 10

My dentures never fit. I asked for a refund which was guaranteed however the dentist talked me into making a second pair. Same thing. Bottom teeth were TOO SHORT, TOP NEVER FIT. TOTALLY USELESS.

I see all the nice review and wonder if you all are talking about the same place. They were nice people but the lady doing the billing did her best to spend ever cent my insurance covered. Thats fine I guess but please consider whats needed to be taken care of and what causing all the pain. I was in pain and had to tell her 3 times the extraction need to be done first. I felt like she was after as much of my insurance as possible and not worried about situation. And the dentist was in a race. 3 teeth pulled and I was back in my truck in less than 45 minutes. I not sure if he and his husband had one hissy drag out cat fight that morning or what. But he took out his frustration on me. I have had teeth pulled before and never been in that much pain as I was after leaving that office. I have had teeth pulled in prison that was less painful. And done with more compassion and professionalism. Hell no I will never be back to Aspen or affiliate. Not even if the dentist office start with the letter A. Thats a done deal but great office staff and that xray lady yeah she was alright.

We did not wait long and the first visit and exams were free. They have state of the art equipment, they offer a dental insurance plan that works same day. Moved from Houston and was not able to find a dentist in this town .. My sis has been here before and she did not have good expetience but unfortunately with my insurance ,I do not have many options .. I had braces done in August and needed night gaurd . Mentioned to whoever made the appointment that I have Braces on and she said we can do it .. Came to my appointment and mentioned it again to the lady at the front and she said they are aware and charged me $271 and waited 30 min in waiting room . Was called to go to the back and again I said I have braces , only to be told by assistant that they can NOT do it bcuz of the braces .. After 3 times and almost an hour of waiting ,they actually listened .. they can not refund my money till after 7 days . will be going to my dentist in Houston for my cleaning and dental care at least they are consistent ..

Total waste of time. They took a TON of X-rays and pictures, then told me a bunch of stuff they wanted to do to the tune of $1200. Dentist (Dr) asked what I wanted them to do for me. I said I just wanted a cleaning twice a year. She said, okay, then that s what we ll do. But when they took me up to talk to the finance person, she said that they can only do the whole package, so they won t even do a cleaning. Save your time and money. Go some place else.

Forced to go here due to being broke, and they are cheaper on extractions than everywhere else. Havent even had an appointment yet and already feel like nobody Ive spoken to has any compassion or will to help. I am already dreading the appointment because its a dental appointment, and now I dont feel like it will be a good experience. But Im desperate and in incredible pain, havent slept for 2 or 3 nights, and havent eaten in 2 days, so Im taking what I can get. I feel like a pair of pliers would be a better choice. Im really disappointed about how hard it has been to get an appointment. They say they take walk-ins, but they dont. The call center says one thing, the office says another. Very stressful. Once my problem is taken care of, I dont foresee ever going back. Which sucks for them because my husband needs new dentures, and since we have no insurance, we pay out of pocket in full. We will find another dentist, even if they charge double. Just cant believe someone in tears and hurting cant get any help. Hope they dont treat everyone like this. No compassion or empathy.

Was happy with inplants until I found out 6mths down the road you have to replace o-rings ever 2yrs which didnt even make 6mths. Was not informed of this maintenance at time of service. No charge on your part. Next set barely made 1year again no charge on you, now they want to charge me $500.00 for work done a year ago. a year after it was done.

If you want to have some unneeded expensive dental work done, this is the place for you to go....... So I just finished getting a second opinion about cavities on the side of my teeth. Three of them and cost to fix it as quoted by Aspen. The cost is over 1k. Knowing how well I take care of my teeth, I was stunned. I went to another (non-corporate) dentist for an exam WHO FOUND ZERO CAVITIES. Remember, this is out of 3 possible cavities! So if you go here you are walking into the lion s den.

My first visit in several years to Aspen Dental. I stopped going because I had to wait an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment time. Decided to give a second chance and today all went smoothly and very timely. Have my next two appointments already scheduled. From the x-ray technician to the dentist to the office manager all were very helpful and did a fantastic job getting my plan in place and making sure I was well informed about the procedures and had the urgent care I needed today.

The doctor and staff were friendly. Dr was going to call in a prescription. Advised to give 15 minutes. One hour and 45 minutes and no prescription was sent to the pharmacy. I called Dental office, no answer only voice mail. Drove back to office which was supposed to be open until 3pm to find they were closed when I arrived at 2:45. I would not recommend this office. So irresponsible. And they want to do oral surgery. I think not.

Im very pleased with the services I received. A little background, I had gone to a different dentist who told me I needed a crown on every single tooth for $17,000. I was floored. Decided to get a second opinion. Went to Aspen and they were able to fill and save all the problem teeth and offered 3rd party financing. So instead of spending $17,000, I only spent $3,300. And my teeth look GORGEOUS! I had to go back a couple days afterward for a couple of the teeth to be tweaked a bit but wasn t charged for the extra appointment and EVERYONE were SO nice and very caring! I m so excited that I found Aspen and got that second opinion!
