This Olive Garden is the only Olive Garden me and my wife eat at. Mansfield and Burleson should take lessons and notes to be good as they are cause we will not eat at one of these. Ive had drinks spilled on me two different times at Mansfield and the last time, never got waited on and we got up and left went next door to Applebees got seated and waited on soon as we got there. The Olive Garden in Grapevine is the best.

Olive Garden has been around for ions now and yet their salad is my favorite salad of all time. I always enjoy the salad with a soup. I think everyone is crazy about the salad. The exterior of the restaurant is timeless in design and theme. You are always greeted when you walk in. Seated quickly with a menu and drinks, if you are looking for more than the salad, it is hard to make a choice between menu items to place an order. So many exciting items, one hungry gut. You can only eat so much. Too bad you cant order a sampler of EVERYTHING on the menu, then take home leftovers. The service is perfection. The interior is always clean, and the lovely music provides ambiance along with the decor. I always enjoy going to Olive Garden.

Who doesnt love the endless salad and bread sticks at Olive Garden? We went in for an early dinner on a Saturday night. We were seated and served quickly and out the door in less than an hour. The servers were all friendly and kind. The food was delicious and consistent with other Olive Gardens weve eaten at. Pro tip: eat only half your meal (because thats typically large enough to be one full portion) and bring the second half of your meal - along with the salad and bread sticks - home with you, and you can get another full meal to have the next day, making the higher-than-need-be prices closer to $10 per meal instead of $20. If you have an air fryer, thats the best way to reheat the bread sticks and not have them be hard as a rock the next day.

Oh, Olive Garden, when you re here, you re family. I mean, who doesn t want to be part of a family that serves endless breadsticks and salad with your chicken parm? Speaking of which, let s talk about that Chicken Parmigiana. It s like they took a chicken, made it dream about becoming the juiciest version of itself, and then breaded it to perfection. It s so tender, you d think they had to give the chicken a massage before cooking it. And let s not forget the spaghetti on the side, because nothing says I love carbs like a plate of pasta with your breaded chicken. It s the comfort food equivalent of a mom hug, which is to say, it s pretty darn great.

Would have given 3 star because they don t really have any vegetarian options other than 1 item. But kids loved the chicken items. All the 3 Alfredo varieties we ordered were pretty good. What made it more special was the server. We had Sam and he was exceptional! We had 4 kids in our party and plenty of additional requests like ketchup, cheese, sauce, extra bowls etc etc but he was so patient and got us everything we asked for. He even offered us refill for soup and salad which we didn t know was even an option. Vegetarian options: Except for Eggplant Parmesan you don t really have any vegetarian options. Kid-friendliness: They have Table video games and kids menu but the issue is there is no warning that games are $3. Of course they took it off once requested but they should either place a sign or just don t charge.

Shrimp fritto misto was good portion and delicious. Chicken parmigiana was ok, the pasta was below average, I can cook better pasta than that. Chicken Alfredo was ok too. Chicken & Gnocchi soup was good. The best one for me was the house salad, tasted very fresh and the dressing was on point. Our server, I wish I knew his name, was phenomenal. He was courteous and friendly. Also, people were right about the smell, the moment you walk in the smell greets you but besides that the restaurant has is well kept.

Service was too overwhelming, we were served by several waitresses, and in every 5 minutes, someone came to our table and asked if everything was fine. Thats too much, one of the worst services I have ever experienced. The whole restaurant smelled like expired cheese. Someone in the group wanted to go to this location because they had a flight and to this place is relatively very close to the DFW airport. Anyway.... It was great. We were a large group that called ahead. The staff were very helpful and kept refills on drinks.There are tons of options that you can add meat to if desired. Personally, I got the lunch sized fettuccine alfredo with broccoli, and it was lovely. The never-ending soup or salad, though, is a great deal and tons of great options. The vegetarian options are labeled, and the various options will please a varied crowd. Vegetarian options: Most of the menu is vegetarian with the option to add other vegetables if desired (for a charge, of course). The alfredo sauces are a great option, though heavy on the dairy *Double check on the red sauces before ordering. Dietary restrictions: Tons of vegitarian options with the option to add meat. The house salad is always a great shared option for groups, and toppings can be ordered on the side. A great option for brunch or lunch with friends. Parking: The parkimg lot is about average with those in the surrounding areas. There is plenty of parking up front and on the side with clear access for a wheelchair to a ramp and some on the other side with minor steps and parking in the back with some minor uneven and dips in the concrete which is typical for the area.

We had Zuppa Toscana and salad then decided to share the shrimp Alfredo. It was wonderful ! Our server, Grady, not so much!!! He acted like he was above working at a place like OG, snubbed his nose at us when we didn t want the wine and kept saying this evening although it was 3:00pm. When we asked if we could take a soup to go, he hesitated like it would hurt his pocket if we got a soup to go! And then he ended up charging us for the soup without telling us! My family and I dined at this location one evening recently, while visiting the Grapevine area. We had a most pleasant experience! Our waiter, Faharty, ( spelling? ) was fantastic! Great place to go with family. We have visited this location several times, either for lunch or dinner. Soup, Salad , breadsticks, spinach artichoke dip, create your own pasta options are great. Kids menu also has options of pasta, pizza,Mac and cheese. Tiramisu and strawberry cream cake are tasty dessert options. Service has always been good. I picked up a couple of orders to go. Both were excellent, as usual. The bread sticks and salad are very flavorful as well. I pulled up, let them know that I was there and within a few minutes a very pleasant employee brought the food to my car. It was the first time I used the car pick up method and it worked very well.

Grabbed a meal before flying home. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The server was absolutely great. I wish I could remember his name because he deserves to be recognized.

We had 8 adults and 4 children in our group celebration of a dear friend graduating nursing school. We got drinks at the bar while waiting for our table. When we finally were called that our table was ready two servers took our orders. We each had our own tickets and on ours we had drinks and each an entree. Two friends at our table ordered the same drinks and I ordered a different one. The drinks came out and the blonde lady server gives me two drinks one the same as the two friends, which I didnt order the other was suppose to be a frozen margarita which it was a margarita but not frozen. I explained I didnt order the same as them. She said oh I am sorry I thought you said same as them . I explained no I ordered a frozen margarita which you brought a margarita plus the other drink I didnt order but this isnt frozen . So she said okay, I told her she could take both those drinks back and I order another drink. We had to ask for anything we needed during our dinner. My son was drinking Dr.pepper which we paid for at the bar and when she sat us down she asked what was he drinking he said dr pepper but He said he already had one and I said yeah we already paid for it at the bar.I asked her what was all these charges on our bill she replied your four drinks . So we were charged for his Dr pepper again and three drinks that one I didnt order and the other that wasnt frozen like I ordered. I didnt drink them and was charged. I paid cash as I didnt feel I wanted to hand over a credit card and get more charges. So I gave cash and asked to please fix my bill , she said okay. She asked do you want your cash back , I said yes . She never came back everyone in our party had paid we got up I said you never fixed my bill nor brought back my cash she said she had to charge for the drinks. Ridiculous is the only thing I can say and we will not be back to this Olive Garden.
