The service is always wonderful but the food itself is another thing.... This isnt the first time this week this has happened but the food portion is ridiculous. I ordered an ADULT 3 COUNT STRIP and the size was extremely small like the length of my finger and super thin. I just dont understand how someonecan bag that up and be like Yup this is going to feed an adult even tho it looks like a toddlers chicken strip. I just think it would be nice to receive a meal thats actually worth the money instead of still being hungry....

I go to this chick-fa-la frequently and at one point I stopped going because a manager hung up on me after my delivery got canceled and I was asking for a refund. Every single time I have attempted to order delivery it has been cancelled. Today I went through the drive through and waited 18 minutes while they helped 10 cars who got there after me, before me. Plus they weren t even that busy the cars that pulled up waited less than two minutes to be served. On top of that wait I had to go back because I didn t get one of my drinks. I m very unimpressed with this location. It seems it doesn t have the usual Chick-fil-A customer experience. And there s never a correction for the issue. I m very disappointed.

Terrible location. It disrupts the flow of traffic from the main road. Parking is confusing and difficult to access. This location doesn t allow you to order on their app to take-out; you only have the option for drive-thru and car delivery. Car delivery is pointless because the parking spots are just inaccessible.

I got wrongfully terminated from this location a couple of weeks ago because of a rumor that was completely untrue said between me and another person who I had no contact/ communication, or interaction with and I am NOT HAPPY. I never got written up or anything like that, I have been on time for my scheduled shift, was dedicated to CFA and it was my life. Good job CFA, you lost an AMAZING employee and a customer. I will be taking my business to the north side.

The person who was driving this Chick-fil-A car literally almost killed at least 10 people they short stopped directly infount of me in my family in our rv then continued to switch lanes back on forth, then cut off a truck making an illegal turn from the straight lane. This place is always pretty good. However there is always a significant line. They seem to do as much as they can to mitigate and it moves relatively quickly. Staff are friendly and helpful, never had any issues with customer service, I guess that is what happens when you pay your staff well. Food is good for fast food and the cost is reasonable.

So it s been 5 bad experiences in a row that got this bad review for Chick Fil A south side in Abilene Texas. From raw chicken to messed up orders, to bad service to Hair in our order. Then we re told that they can t do refunds for anything. So they offer us a free meal that s like $8 when we spent $70 on food. We just wanted the refund. They have bad management and bad customer service.

I ordered lunch for 4 person and they gave me first small drinks instead paid large ones. After i showed them the receipt they fixed the issue. Well ... Lets see. The past several times we have been to this joint were less than stellar. Last time, in particular, was infuriating because not only was the order wrong, but the entire staff was indifferent and lackluster. There was a girl at the window who was rude and had the gall to tell my husband that there was a napkin at the bottom of the bag when he asked for napkins (plural)... AND THEN there werent any napkins in the bag. Then, this time, the staff were less than friendly again, AND our order was wrong. I am unsure why it is so very difficult to put cheese on a chicken biscuit. It is but one extra step in a straightforward process, and we pay extra for it. However, your people, of which a gaggle of them is always standing about, cant stop talking to each other long enough to pay attention and slap a slice of cheese on a piece of chicken?!? We dont even come during your rush periods ... ARE THEY THAT BIRD BRAINED? Your company spent millions hiring Horst Schulze and other top-notch consultants to help ensure that your employees provide excellent customer service skills so that your company would stand out among the rest. This garbage is worse than I would get at Popeyes, and Im not too fond of their chicken flavor. Your team, and I use the term loosely, should get it together.
