My stay was decent. However I did have an issue with the man who picked me up at the airport in the hotel shuttle van. Hes said some very misogynistic things including women shouldnt speak in front of men and god intended men to be leaders in their homes, not women. He then went onto preach about his church. I couldn t believe the way he spoke to me. The next day I got a text from Lainey asking how my stay was going. When I explained what happened in the shuttle she responded with I m sorry to hear that and nothing else. I wouldn t stay here again due to this experience.

I book this hotel through Expedia to find a pet friendly hotel. Upon arrival, I was not informed that they were going to charge me $150 for a pet fee for my two little dogs. Some of the staff are not very friendly and even though they refunded half of the pet fee after complaining, I am still very displeased about not being informed of the pet fee before I checked into the hotel. I would of made other arrangements if I knew I was going to have to pay $75-$150 dollars extra.

If you dont have enough power - forget about shower 2) toilet flush works sometimes. 3) the personal didnt explain you how to reach to the room and breakfast. Well, it is what it is...

We only use Hilton, and use their hotels at least one a month. I m beyond disappointed in our stay. We scheduled check in for 4pm. When we arrive our lock wouldn t work. When I talked to the front desk women she was almost hysterical, and claimed that she had no other rooms available. She told me that she would send maintenance over, and compt us a free drink. After a couple hours I approached her again asking about the room. She said that maintenance had to get the part for the door lock from another building, and comped us another drink. By the time they finally decided that they had another room that they could give (despite being told hours earlier that there was no rooms) it was after midnight before they got us another room. If that all wasn t bad enough. They ended up charging $80 worth of alcohol to my room. I have no idea why because I was comped drinks, and paid the rest with my debit card. This whole stay was awful.

1 star, the shower was not cleaned or the floors. Leaving hair in the shower is disgusting. If i wasnt stranded id pack up and leave. The cleaner needs to be replaced. If the shower wasnt cleaned then i know nothing else was. This was a last minute emergency booking. The hilton brand has dwindled and the prices certainly dont match the rooms. The pillows are the smallest ive seen at a hotel and uncomfortable for my neck. The heavy set girl with tattoos at the desk seem like shes bothered. Shes not welcoming at all. One instance i asked about breakfast and she briefly tells me its menu items. I then asked about the buffet that hilton normally provide but ig it was to much for her to mention in the first place. The buffet isnt free and she has no clue whats served. Good thing i only needed for one night. The covers are thin so if you get cold easily then be prepared. The cleaners dont mop floors, disinfect and sanitize the bathroom or bedding. I expect more from the hilton brand but...the morning crew at the desk was definitely better.

Starting off with my shuttle service from DFW airport - the operator who answered my call seemed frustrated when he told me where I was supposed to go to meet the shuttle. It was my first time actually getting off at DFW instead of it just being a connecting flight so a bit more patience and understanding would have been appreciated. Regarding the hotel itself - I was able to check in on the Hilton app and also choose my room and obtain my digital room key. I was very pleased with just walking in and heading to the elevator. Personally, after flying, I just wanted some time to myself. The room itself was great and seeing my TV welcome me with my name was a very nice touch. I slept very well, although, I was able to hear planes outside. I guess that comes with being so close to the airport. My stay was only for two nights and I do like to have service after my first night at hotels to be able to return to my room to a made bed and fresh towels, however, Im not sure what qualifies as service at this hotel. I informed a housekeeper that was outside my room that I would like service and she said she would inform the housekeeper in charge of my room. When I returned later that night, I did have fresh towels, but the bed was not made and it looks like when you are in a rush and just put the cover up to cover the bed. Its not a huge deal of course, it just was not what I was expecting. Regarding the food, it was my first time at a hotel that actually charges you for the buffet and has additional meals you can get at a huge upcharge - but you are paying for convenience. That being said, that coffee for the buffet was so bad. No one that I was with enjoyed it and we are avid coffee drinkers. Overall, despite the minor things that came up, I would definitely return to this location the next time I am in Dallas. It is a very modern and well kept property.

A hidden gem! Our power went out during these storms and we needed a place to stay for the night. When I go to a hotel I am a light sleeper. I look for a quiet, clean hotel with an accommodating, caring staff and thats exactly what I found here! I expressed to Luis my concerns with the airplanes (I live in the area and hear them at my home) he assured me I would not hear them and I DID NOT! The room was super clean, the floors shined and everything was clean and sparkling! Thanks for a great place to stay! And thank you Luis for being so understanding and accommodating!

Rooms are VERY quiet. With this hotel being in the path of the airplanes flying over you do not hear them until you go outside. They are dog friendly, and my dog was loved on by so many people. The mini fridge was issing the nob to adjust the temp and it seemed to be left open a bit so it was not cold when I opened it to place water in it. The water pressure was okay, but I think it woudnt hurt for each little sprayer to be cleaned. The one cabniet was missing a handle to open. I think al hotels should have free breakfast for guests, all others should have to pay.

Quick trip with the family at the end of Spring break. I ve stayed here multiple times and always have a great experience. The site is well taken care of. Location is very good as well. Unfortunately, the morning/ overnight front desk attendant needs to find another job. She is obviously not happy and miserable. I know everyone has a bad day but good lord. I watched her destroy 2 folks for nothing. I asked a simple question afterwards and was verbally assaulted. Fortunately I understand she is a miserable human being lashing out at innocent passers by and let it go. It did, however, tell me customers aren t first here anymore. @Hilton, screen your employees better. They are running off your customers. I was afraid to ask her name. Hopefully she finds something she enjoys.

A previous review mentioned the poor attitude of the front desk staff, and the owner said it would be used as a training experience. Well, somebody should get a new trainer because it had not gotten better by my stay. I only saw 1 staff member greeting customers in a manner that could be called pleasant throughout my 4-night stay. I got the feeling that this site gets so much airport business that they don t care about cultivating repeat customers. The good points: The bar was well stocked, and the service was good. The restaurant food was pretty good also, but I m basing my judgement on one meal. The other night I ate at local restaurants. The premises were well-kept and clean. Elevators were fast and reliable. There was plenty of convenient parking for both Diamond members and the handicapped. The other bad points: They have the older style spring mattresses, so get ready for a lot of squeaking. Because of adjacent construction, accessing the parking lot isn t as easy as it should be, and the first time you will probably miss the entrance. The one thing that I consider inexcusable, was the lack of coffee in the rooms. The first night there were only 2 tea Keurig cups in my room upon arrival. No coffee whatsoever. When I went down to the front desk to get some, I was told they were out, and it had been ordered. The third day I came back to my room to find coffee has finally been restocked with all decaf. The fact that they had run out was bad enough. But the lack of effort by management to resolve the problem is inexcusable. There are other Hilton properties in the area, and we live in an age where you can get items now delivered by Amazon the same day. The Hilton Garden Inn Promise (Guaranteed!) apparently doesn t mean anything at this location. I m a Diamond member and have been for several years. Hilton properties are usually my first choice. This was not the experience that I have grown accustomed to. I ll be coming back to the DFW area next month for another business trip, but I won t be staying here.

The only problem I had was operating the shower door as it was out of adjustment. Someone with less raw strength would ve been stuck in the shower. Breakfast buffet ran out of ingredients and silverware although they did have a big business group there. I think they were a little understaffed to handle it. Rooms: Very clean, but the shower door needs to be repaired Walkability: 15 minute walk to Bass Pro shops

We( me and my husband) stayed 4 nights, and I was very disappointed with the staff who worked front desk. There were 4~5 people who were working, and nobody ever said good morning or good night and never shiwed even a glimpse of a smile. Most times, nobody was at the front desk. The room wasnt vacuumed and the shower did not work properly. We did not request anything for the room (except toilet paper), but once again, the staff gave the impression that they were bothered or inconvenienced during any interaction with customers. So, they certainly werent proactive in asking if anything was needed. Breakfast was not included, this was a surprise. So much for the Hilton properties that I remember offering at least free coffee and cookies ( couldnt even get customer service so I guess my expectations were unrealistic). We do recommend that the property management should provide some training to the staff to communicate the mandatory minimum expectations for customer care and common courtesy (starting with simple greetings and perhaps even a smile). Is this too much to ask to accommodate your paying customers and Diamond members? Might think about staying at a competitors property next time. You can do better.

The good: The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The handicapped accessible room was enormous. There was an excellent desk with chargers and a desk lamp. The bad: A handicapped accessible room should not have a platform bed. My husband could not get down onto the bed or up from the bed without assistance, because it was maybe a foot and a half off the floor. It was also incredibly soft, which didnt help. The shampoo dispenser was empty. The breakfast is a separate charge and was just a continental breakfast. It was very dark in the room. Definitely a 2 star hotel posing as a 3 star hotel. Service leaves something to be desired. Anytime we went to the hotel bar we would have to wait for 15-20 minutes to be acknowledged. The outdoor pool and bathtubs advertised are nonexistent. Only bar soap is provided, and room service is inconsistent meaning you are left with a sloppy mess if staying multiple nights. There is a lighr switch but no fan in the bathrooms either, meaning condensation is always present. AC unit would either blast cold air and make the room too cold or not turn on at all and leave the room too hot. Some minor adjustments would make this a fine place to stay, but I cannot say that I recommend this over any other hotel in the area.

Hilton Garden Inn really saved the day when we had a water outage at the hotel we were staying at that would have severely affect our wedding plans. The water outage happened early in the morning on our wedding rehearsal day (Thursday), and we were told that the water was expected to come back after 1PM. When we transferred to Hilton we were so stressed out as we had so many wedding related things we needed to move with and rehearsal plans. However, Spencer Nguyen, an assistant general manger was a life saver. He was so kind that I was in tears thanking him for going the extra mile to assist and provide the best room and service. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Our room was great and very clean. Even after our wedding night, we extended our stay till Mon. Great hotel for just about anything. Close to all types of dining and minutes from DFW. Awesome friendly front desk staff. Only reason for 4 star service is the bar staff in the evening is absolutely ridiculous. The female bartender clearly had no customer service demeanor..period! Besides that great property!

Clean, nice hotel. Front desk employee was rude upon arrival, but the other was very nice. Parking was full, we were tired and had to circle around for 30 minutes....not fun. We liked the hotel, but no free breakfast which used to be Garden Inns signature perk for Honors members. Many hotels to chose from in the area, wont likely return to this one.

There was no signage that indicated that the breakfast was not included. Breakfast was slightly nicer than usual, but the simple layout appeared to be like any other complimentary hotel amenity. The breakfast cost $40 for two, and I felt scammed. This colored my whole experience at the hotel, and I won t return because of it.

I chose this property so that I could charge the EV that I rented and its location. I arrived late my first evening needing to charge the car. I could not get it to work and tried all of the charging stations. I went inside to ask the woman in the front desk and she let me know that she had no idea about the charging stations. I have done this at other locations so I thought something was wrong with the car I rented. Then next morning I asked the woman at the front desk if the charging stations were working. Again, I was told that she didnt know anything about them, and then a man (employee) walked up and asked if I was prompted to pay via my phone. No, I dont own the car so I dont have an app for it. Yes, he replied, I have to pay for a charge. This was not communicated when I made my reservation for the hotel and I wasnt even given a chance to add the payment on my room. Very dissatisfied as I had to take extra time on my trip to find a location to charge the vehicle. Then I learned that coffee was from a machine and I had to pay for it. Again, Ive never been charged for coffee at a Hilton location and just felt like I was being nickel and dimed for all incidentals - definitely not used to that. And my status was not acknowledged at all, but Im not sure if that would have made any difference. I am in this area once a month but definitely will not be back to this property!

Stayed here for two days for a business trip. Very clean and in great condition as it is rather new. The service was a little slow for breakfast and night time drinks but I would stay here again for sure. The only thing that kept it from being 5 stars is the slow service. It literally took 3 people 10 minutes to get my receipt as only one person could get it from the register. Rooms: Spacious and new. Safety: Remote on side street, lots of parking and no riff raff near by at all.

Poorly Trained Management Unfortunately, the management, while somewhat friendly, is badly trained. After handling me a breakfast voucher, they charged me in the final bill. I called to have the breakfast removed ($12.00) and to request a revised invoice. They never followed up with the email. It took three more calls to get a new invoice. When it finally came, the bill had increased by $174! Called back again, and the person answering the call swiftly pulled up the rude attitude card on me rather than helping. Still waiting for the call to explain the overcharge. I will have to pass it to our travel personnel hoping they will sort it out and to save me time and grief. This made it a rather unsatisfying experience at this specific hotel. Other Services: The breakfast service is simply mediocre due to understaffing and lack of training. Awfully slow. If you are pressed with time, skip this service. The bar and restaurant are a little better and the lounge area is neat (the place is new).

Before I got here I began looking for restaurants, because there wasnt an in hotel restaurant listed. Food and drinks: Vine 52 has really good food. They have a breakfast buffett but I ordered from the breakfast menu. TEXAS BREAKFAST TACOS SS Scrambled Eggs and Cheese, Fire Roasted Salsa with a choice of Potato or Bacon or Chorizo

Hilton Diamond for Life here. This hotel was outstanding. The hotel is exceptional clean, well maintained and has a nice new layout. Location is perfect of wanting to be relatively near stuff and DFW though you have to drive 5-10 min. Hotel staff is super nice, especially those who work breakfast. My only needs improvement observation is that the shuttle bus to DFW doesn t support early flights, busy starts running at 6am so maybe 8am flights are on the table if you have precheck and priority status. If not, be cautious chancing it. Breakfast as well since it starts at 7am on Sat and Sun. Hotel is near DFW and could do a little better supporting early morning passengers. Other than that, zero complaints (that wasn t really a complaint either). I ll stay here again. The stay was on point

I left my purse in the cupboard in the room and they weren t concerned or in a hurry to help me locate it and return in. They charged me over $50 to get it back, through a different company so they didn t have any accountability to assist me. Not a good experience at all

The hotel facility and the room is great. However, their cleaning protocol is questionable. I stayed here twice. Each time I found somebodys hair left on the wall or the floor of the bathroom. The second time, I even spotted many stains in the bathroom (sink and floor) and around the coffee machine. I had to ask for a room change. The gym is nice and spacious. The mini store is next to the reception. The restaurant is just ok. The portion is huge. Theres not much choice with breakfast. I would go to a coffee shop, which tastes better and costs less.

The room does not have carpet and the hotel looks modern and clean, on the other hand I didn t like to stay at this hotel for many reason and they are: 1 - The room was supposed to have 2 queen bed, but it was smaller Than a regular queen bed and seemed like a full. 2 - They don t clean the room every day and even when we asked they didn t on the first day and in the second they left one of the bed behind messy. 3 - The bathroom has poor air ventilation and and they use a toilet paper as soft as a nail polish. They have shampoo, conditioner and soap on bathtub but since the check in the conditioner bottle was empty and even after complain no one refill. 4 - check in wasn t welcoming. The person on the front had a hard time to find my reservation. 5 - we stayed at the second floor with a ugly view of an abandoned moving truck, probably of the hotel owner. 6 - breakfast choices are very poor. Eggs with bacon varieties and it was very hard to find a healthy option. We had breakfast included in our rate, but the restaurant system didn t talk with the reception and in the first night they invoiced our room and had to open a ticket with the manager. Reception said he would call us, but never did, but we were not charged so far and he left vouchers for the next days. Also regarding breakfast, waiter were flexible in serving us toasts, fruits and milk (healthier choices that were not in menu) but they were so slow to bring in the table.. it robbed us almost one hour every day to take breakfast. Fruits were good, but one day they forgot bringing as they were slow we gave up waiting. 7 - on checkout there were no luggage cart available and receptionist said she would call us as soon one was available, something that of course she forgot and recognized it. 8 - the hotel does not have enough staff. Some are nice and smile, they try to help but they are limited. Things they requested for us never were made as I stated before and other half just walk as zombies and gave up trying. I chose this hotel because of the great reviews and the photos were nice, but it was a huge disappointment. I would avoid this hotel and the same 2 on the facility as they are from the same owner / management. This hotel clearly does not meet the minimum standard I would expect of a Hilton.

Easy check-in and the rooms are large. I immediately noticed that everything was so clean and smelled fresh, no mustiness or other funky odors that hotels in the south usually have. The bathroom has a pocket door, which is a cool touch. Love the Kuerihg and the extra large TV. My husband didnt want to leave the room! I also appreciate the pull-down window shade in lieu of curtains, which effectively keeps the morning light out when you want to sleep in. Loved this place. Well be back next time were in Grapevine.
