No more Wylie Target. I was so mad when I left there and I wish Id taken pictures. Theres a display of sweatshirts and pants in the boys clothes. BIG SIGN says $8 and I picked up several. Got to the register and they ring up $15. I asked the lady that was working self checkout about it and she checked her phone and said yes $15. I handed two of them back to her. I would have just left without them but it was for my grandson. A phone charger that was hung below a sign for $5.99 rung up $10.99. I didnt question that one because I figured it was wrong to start with. Out of 4 items two of them were not what we expected to pay. Whats the deal here? I was so mad I walked back to double check the sign for the sweats and sure enough it said $8, but it said boys tees. They dont offer to make it right or go look at the sign either. I wont be back.

This store is horribly managed. Every time I visit the self checkout is closed and the 2 or 3 registers open all have lines that are a mile long. The sale items never ring up correctly either so it takes even longer just to check out. Not wasting my time at this store, will shop elsewhere from now on. Glad to hear they are putting a HEB in right across the street. They know how to run a store unlike Target.

Very upset with my latest Target run - it may well be my last! I came in to possibly buy a Stanley cup for Father s Day. The first team member barely stopped & let out a big sigh when I asked for help - she pointed in a general direction over her shoulder (I did not find one); then I asked another team member - same experience. I did ask a front end person & he was helpful but I was already over Target by then. Target was in the past very user friendly - upsetting that your store no longer is.

I loved coming to target for the convenience! I even got a red card because of it! But today wasn t so convenient for me! I went in an tried to priced match some items! My cashier Karla from the start made a face and said we can t drop the price that much. I was patient with her while she tried to get her equipment to work, she couldn t. She went to ask an a co-worker and she came back saying they were unable to do that for me. Even tho i was following the target guideline for price matching! And not to mention that there was only on lane open! A whole line build up right behind me while she walked back and forth trying to get help and her equipment to work. I will be cancelling my red card and I hope soon target gets there things together. It is really disappointing when our favorite stores turns into this.

This location has lost my business, permanently. In addition to the 20+ checkout lanes that are frequently not open, the store shelves here look like my 15 month old organized them. That is if they even have anything. Many of the other photos from other reviewers were taken years ago, when this was still a good store. During my most recent visit, I needed only bath tissue and paper towels. Guess I should have gone to Kroger instead. Or Walmart. Or Tom Thumb. Or even Aldi. On top of this, my donuts and soft drink were placed upside down in the bag by the cashier, which didn t work out well for my Krispy Kremes. I made a formal complaint about this location months ago, but apparently the management team simply doesn t care.

When I lived in McKinney I never had issues looking at this one. Anytime I have a pick up order. I feel like I am the last one to get my order. And I m always waiting at least 20 minutes in the parking lot. There is no reason for that ever. There were four of us waiting for at least 15 minutes, and no employees ever came out. And then, once I finally start seeing employees, all of the orders are being given to the cars that were here after us.

Dawn in the pharmacy department is very rude. I came in and purchased some items near the pharmacy department and the store was packed with long lines almost out the door. The pharmacy department didn t have one customer and I asked her if I could check out my 4 items and she told me that she can t check out anything from target at the pharmacy which o know is false! She was very rude and very lazy as it wouldn t take her 5 seconds to ring up 4 items when no one was in-site at the pharmacy! The lines at target were sooo long with only 4 registers open!

Ive had good and bad experience with Target in Wylie. This past visit wasnt ideal. I was returning items under Cat & Jack Warranty Policy as stated online. My items did qualify, but I was informed this location will not honor the 1 year warranty as stated on Target website any longer. The manager was not able to provide any written proof of the change nor tell me if all stores were not doing this. Only stated she knew Wylie and McKinney stores were.

The Target itself is a terrific store with a tremendous amount of assortment of products at great prices. It is also very clean. Now that I have told you why it should be rated a 5 star, why did I rate it a 2 star?? SERVICE Service is inaccessible at this store-either on the show floor or at checkout. Last time I was there they had two of 20+ lanes open for checkout with a line of 15 people. In summary the store is not bad if you have another 15-20 minutes available for service and check out. UPDATE- During my 12/4 visit they had ZERO cashiers working. only self checkout.

Avoid this location at your best if you need to return or deal with customer service. Worst experience in my life. An elderly lady at the customer service was extremely rude for returning. Not asking the reason for return. She made me feel bad by asking is this worn? Well we can t resell those anymore! I also had to look for the exact same product in the entire store to find barcode for her. It is ridiculous! Go to fairview location. They are way nicer and helpful with returns or exchanges.

Went into this location a couple of days ago to get a bunch of supplies for my work only to be accused of looking like a thief. After spending what felt like forever to find all of my items ( not once was I greeted by an employee or asked if I needed help when I very obviously looked lost) I finally get to self checkout only to be met with the security guard who coincidentally showed up there as soon as I did. He then waits until its my turn to find a station and comes to stand right next to me. After im done checking out all of my items I leave out of self-checkout and stand to the side just to see if he leaves. And what do you know, he leaves immediately after im done. So Target the next time youre going to be prejudice try not to make it so obvious.

I recently bought two gift cards from this target, and got scammed. One was for visa and one for apple. They were both gifts for a family member, though my receipt said activated, when my family member went to use it, it had no money in it. After speaking to the assistant manager , and wasting my time sending pictures and proof to their asset protection department, I never heard back from them. I then had to follow up myself, and was told by assistant manager that target is not responsible for the loss. Im extremely upset at this situation, how am I as a consumer supposed to know which one of your gift cards is tampered with? After this incident i did many searches regarding this scam , and it was also mentioned by the assistant manager that this kind of scam has been going on for years!!!!! why is target not doing anything about it? ITs the customer that is at the loss of their hard earned money, and target simply washes their hands off and tries to pass the buck, they lack the decency to even call the customer back. From this incident I learned never to trust any target stores or its corporation. I will never ever step foot into any target and spend my hard earned money there. I will pass this incident on to all my friends and family so they are aware of the scam that is happening at target and the lack of responsibility they take making customers suffer.

I always order on the app for pickup. I ordered a bag of oranges & most of them were old and had fruit flies inside. Now my house has fruit flies and they re very hard to completely get rid of bcs they lay 500 eggs a day. This wouldn t have happened if the target employees actually examined the fruit they re giving customers.. I also didn t know fruit flies can live inside fruit and be brought home with you from the grocery store, but according to google it s pretty common, I guess you learn something new everyday.

Had the worst experience of my entire life. Bought a car seat with CASH, went back same day to return as it was too wide for my car. Lady who was manager per her statement decided to give me gift card that I refused to take as I couldn t use that anywhere else besides target. While I have returned the item in its origins condition just 7 hrs later after I purchase along with a receipt yet I can t get the cash back that I can use to by car seat elsewhere. The lady said we can deny a returned product and can or can t issue refunds despite of receipt or the items. So, essentially they have my money along with the item that I returned . I have escalated that to corporate and waiting on their response but I have never experienced something like that .

I was here when the store was built in 2010 or so and back then it was the greatest thing since sliced bread. Its really gone downhill since then. The staff is friendly, but the stock is spotty and the floors are dirty more often than not. They only have 4 self checkout stations and there is frequently a long line. Seems like they could either fully commit to self checkout (like Walmart) or have more cashiers on duty. The place just seems sad and tired and on the verge of going out of business. Dont know if this is a corporate thing or the result of a management change.

I went to Target this evening to pick up a few things and could not locate a specific item I needed which was Signature Organic Vermont Sourced Amber Maple Syrup. I walked up and down several isles and was ready to give up when this nice young man noticed I was looking for something came up to me and offered help. He said that I looked like I might be looking for something and he asked if he could help. I welcomed another set of eyes. But in no time at all, he had my syrup in his hand. I was thrilled, especially since I didn t have to go to another store looking. Thankfully this nice young man took his time to come up to me, when he could see I needed a little help. I told him I wanted his name so I could let this company know what a nice young man he is. With kids these days one nice young man helping this older lady, really touches my heart. Avoid this Target at all costs. Kyle the store director is rude, and has rude staff. When we went in, the person who was behind the counter for the food service was rude and while we were checking out, walked away while we were paying and said You re good to go over their shoulder while bagging up the popcorn machine. When we asked for a receipt, they didn t say anything. They didn t greet us, say good night, or anything. Then when we went to go pick up an order, four people walked by us. When we were talking about how it s been four people and no one has helped us, a gentleman walked over and asked us if we had been helped. We got our item and I checked it. There were black marks on it, and they didn t come off when I tried wiping it off with my finger. We spoke to a woman and she did a return and marked it as offline defective . When we asked if we could speak to someone, she said that there s no store manager but a store director named Kyle. When we spoke to him, explaining the issue, he shrugged, said that they don t inspect items before they bag them and that they can t inspect every single item. We said we understood, but we had one item, that it was an obvious problem and this happens every time. We expect items to be clean and not damaged when we buy them. He said that it was a simple fix and that it could have been a customer who did it. A customer isn t going to the area where they keep pick up orders and mess with it after an associate has bagged it. When we said we were leaving, Kyle shouted Have a great night . When we were walking away, he shouted again Have a great night , as if he was trying to embarrass us. Every time we go the carts are dirty and the parking lot is littered with trash. The staff s attitude reflects the poor appearance of this premise. It s sad when Wal-Mart has better customer service.

Havent been here in a while and needed a particular item of clothing. Floors needed vacuuming, clothes racks were in disarray, only 1 register and self checkout was open with long lines. I was trying to find plus size clothing and there was not any clear signage. The signs in the very front clothing were all in Spanish. I have no idea what they were saying. Never did find what I needed. Very disappointing experience. I dont plan to return.

I work close to this location, so I often run over on my lunch hour. Todays experience was almost a zero star, but Hayleigh has restored my faith in retail operations. I choose not to go on Amazon or other online retailers, because I like Target and like to go in-store. More and more, retailers are getting lazy and entitled and treat every customer as if they are a Karen and the staff cant and wont be bothered to deliver the customer service that is inherent in working in retail. Thank you, Hayleigh!! My experience was world class. Target is so lucky to have you! And hey Target, any way you can get them to get better cell phone service on 544?? ;-)

Do not come here if you want privacy to change your infant or toddler, the family restroom is locked. I will take my business to Wal-Mart where they have a family restroom and a private room for mothers. Target doesn t care about motherhood.

I come here all of the time. This last time I ordered regular sprite. Well, they gave me the white bottles AGAIN!! I explained that I had just came the week before and got the same thing. The previous young lady said they must have pulled the wrong bottles and went back and got the green bottles. This young lady on this last order was like we don t have the green bottles. I went to a whole different store and what did I see, green 6-pack bottles. I won t be ordering sprite from you all again! If you ve changed to the clear bottles then that s what you need to advertise when someone is placing an order. Thank you! Signed a frustrated customer!

Love this target. Just want to share a problem with their promotional gift cards for spending a certain amount on diapers.. if you use the store or drive up pickup and have to pay online.. they charge you for the gift card. Looking back it seems like this actually happened every single time. Obviously my fault for not looking at my credit card statements more closely, no money lost but it s supposed to be extra free gift cards. Not purchasing it. The staff member at the front desk was amazing, he tried to get his leaders help but she didn t do anything. He tried calling the 800 number for me and they wouldn t do anything. So just beware and look out for that.

This location is spot on with service for drive up and in store customer service. I will point out a specific event that happened recently with drive up. I m a mother of two young crazy kids. Going in is usually out of the question so I order drive up. In the world of COVID children are going bonkers learning and growing in such an isolated environment. I digress they know how to unbuckle themselves so when I was stopped at pickup they proceeded to use my car as a jungle gym. I m tired folks. Cue Jeremy asking for my number, but because my carbon copies were screaming I couldn t hear much. Jeremy walked away and I thought I needed to wait a bit longer. I m sitting there looking dead to the world I bet. Jeremy goes out of the way to check on us. I then realize I had all I needed. I truly appreciate the judgment free zone and the extra step of service. It s always like this at this location. I am never missing any items with drive-up and everyone inside (when I brave it) are amazing. Yay to all the mom brains. You are safe at this location. I drive out of my way to go this one. Now I know it s worth it. Thank you!

Wanted ID for buying cough drops - cepacol throat lozenges. Tried to get store manager on phone, spoke through their chat. Their chat person asked if I had a Prescription! for an over the counter medicine. smh - after I asked if they are aware of their product Tracy stopped the chat. I had already spoke to the pharmacist asking if there was some new policy. She laughed - said no and advised that I speak to the store manager.

Target is awesome, the store is always nice and neat and everything is easy to find. The curbside pick up is amazing as well. I tried Wal-Marts curbside pickup and waited for over 25 minutes. Called and was told that they are splitting orders to re-organize and my order was placed at the customer service counter. Not happy! Never any issues with Target pickup. Love them!

I had to wait for someone to come to the counter to serve me. They treated me like an after thought. The guy went to get my order after some time brought it out and it was only half the order.
