Absolutely thrilled with this office space! The modern design and sleek amenities have completely transformed our work environment. The secure and accessible location is also a huge plus. Great offices and really like this location. The Admin & facility staff are AWESOME! Krista is very professional & pleasant with greeting guests and super responsive to tenants. Facility is always kept very clean with modern decor areas and conference rooms. Tenants are very nice and help support others. Parking gets a bit crowded at times but you can typically always find space.

I have officed at this location for over a year and absolutely love it! The space is well maintained and kept clean, and there are a variety of options for individual offices as my needs have changed. The tenants I have met are all really kind and considerate of their neighbors, and I love that there are regular mixers put on by the office to allow for us to meet each other. I also appreciate the attention to safety, and knowing the building is secure is nice on nights I work late. I will say the thing that sets this location ahead of any I have used in the past is the onsite manager. Rachel is the most thoughtful and attentive person, and she has gone above and beyond to help out in ways that make my daily business tasks run smoothly. She follows up on things quickly and makes sure to walk a situation all the way to resolution. But the thing that makes her a treasure to me is how she treats my clients. She is so courteous, and greets each of them with genuine joy, often by name if they have been to the office before. They often comment on her warmth and kindness, which means clients have a great experience from the moment they step in the building. Knowing my clients are in good care prior to their appointments puts my mind at ease!!

Ive leased an office with Lucid Privat Offices for over a year and find the staff to be wonderful. The office is in a great location allowing for easy access from major highways. Pricing is competitive for the Grapevine/Southlake area. When there were issues with A/C unit and required several days to repair, building management was prompt to keep tenants informed of progress and supplied portable A/C units to help with keeping the building as cool as possible. Overall, the location, price, and front office staff have made it easy for me to continue my partnership with Lucid Private Offices.

So I dont think they realized that Im not only their client, but an avid Google Reviewer. So lets have some fun on this one. The building is tucked nicely onto Northwest Highway just inside Grapevine. Located jumping distance from Tommy Tamale (and lets be real, who doesnt love tamales? Great location!), and with enough tree cover that you wont regret parking in the Texas sun. Looks like nice normal shaped building from the outside. Once inside, you see that the entire first floor is Worksuites, which means plenty of space and options. Sami runs the front and keeps everything looking nice, and is a great gatekeeper (Id never met her, so when I stopped by recently, she was ready to go Mama bear on me for loitering, I could tell hehe). The layout of the building inside is very unique, and very artsy. Great look, great atmosphere. Ive only been here for a month so far, and am using their Virtual Office services. Luke, the community manager, met with me one night to give me a tour personally. Everyone that Ive seen so far is nice, courteous, and happy to be of help. I have a unique situation which has required a lot of back and forth via email, and we are working out something that works for me. Im very thankful for that, and as my business grows, will gladly employ more services from WorkSuites. Great place to be, and right on my way home from my day job.

Looking for a quick no hassle office, this place is great. They manage your mail, keep you informed of events and other clients within the facility. If you need a large conference room it is easy to obtain / schedule. The staff and Sami sitting at the helm / front desk is warm and welcoming to anyone coming in.

I just joined worksuites Grapevine in August. There are so many things that I could comment on in a positive manner but the biggest areas that impress me are the attention to details that Sami is always on top of. Everything from the reception to conference rooms are inviting and professional. When I need assistance with anything, I can email Sami and she is right on it, not to mention she keeps me alerted of deliveries that arrive, and if Im not in the office, she will put the delivered items in my office. I do not live in the Grapevine area, yet I chose this office space because of the central convenience to any area of the metroplex this provides for me. I cant say enough to express me gratitude.
