The variety of flavors available from classic Buffalo to tangy BBQ ensured there was something for everyone. Each wing was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside while remaining juicy and tender inside.

Best Wingstop in grapevine. Been coming here for a while now and I have had no issues the staff is nice and the food is good quality. Parking: There s about 20 ish parking spaces which is plenty of room even when there s a lot of people eating inside. Kid-friendliness: There s kid friendly music and there s no loud tv s or anything like that. Simple and nice they also have high chairs for babies.

Had delivery from 2150 northwest hgwy #101 grapevine TX and service was terrible!!! Had the wrong order to begin with then no fries and wrong drinks then we called to let them know thinking they would do the right thing and make it right but the guy that answered was no help then he wanted to argue that what we ordered was correct and we were over charged. Was very disappointed in the food and service as we had eaten there before but wont return unless I hear from someone with an apology for their behavior and quality of food. Till then Ill be eating wings from Buffalo wildwings. DO BETTER WINGSTOP!!!

Make dashers fill drinks up. Thats the issue. Not too lazy to do it, but its a bad healthcode violation. I keep my hands cleanish but Im working outside touching my phone and keys and car that are probably covered in bacteria and then yall make me fill customers drinks up to deliver them. Pretty stinkin gross. Dont eat here.

Do not ask for Medium here it does not exist and it will be explained to you 15 different ways they dont have medium and that they dont know what you want. They will also tell you they dont know what youre referring to if you ask for one step higher than mild because THAT doesnt exist either. You will be constantly interrupted and over spoken so you might as well just let them say the 18 things then ask the question you want to ask. It is likely they will interrupt you while you are asking the question and answer a completely different question and you will have to reask the question. If you call, do not take too long or they will hang up on you. If you get frustrated they will intentionally take longer preparing your food.

6/17/24 I went into Store#1065 @ 6:35pm and ordered 10 pcs of boneless wings with two flavors, Madison mentioned that it would be priced per piece, at first she said it only comes with one flavor, then corrected that it can be with 2 flavors, after I texted my son. Then I ordered 8 classic for myself. I was a little puzzle when she gave me the total of $25.20, when I thought it would be around $20. I was in a hurry so didnt said much or checked my orders before leaving the store. Anyway, when I got home & realized she has put in both orders as classic instead the 10 boneless ones. My son doesnt like bone-in at all. Very disappointed that I paid more for something that my son didnt enjoy.

Placed an online order. When I arrived 25 minutes later it was still not ready. It took the cashier 5 minutes to even greet me. They weren t busy at all. When I finally got my food, it was horrible. I hate leaving bad reviews, especially at a place I usually enjoy...that said this place served me the worst chicken sandwich of my life. With chicken sandwichs being all the rage these days I thought I would give one of my favorite chain wing joints a chance and see if their chicken sandwich could stand up against the likes of other chains in the area, I was greatly disappointed. The biggest issue of the sandwich was with the rubbery nature of the chicken, it was rubbery to the point that it was hard to chew. If youre craving a good chicken sandwich unfortunately this is not the place to go.

This location has been the best Wingstop I have ever experienced! They are always smiling, always so kind and go above and beyond to make sure the customer experience is top tier. I had quite a large order and drinks to carry and mentioned I would come back in for my food bags once I drop off my drinks, the team member without hesitation said she would help carry the bags right to my car. That meant so much and made my experience so effortless. I appreciate people that care about their customers. This is my favorite location!

Avoid for now - Major Service issues. Have done two large group orders in the last few months. Both online, first one Online says ready in 21 minutes - so I go to the story and its not ready. Young lady at the counter says another 5 to 10 minutes. 50 minutes later its ready. (Would have asked for a refund - but it was a large order and had my Nephews waiting) So give them another change - this time I preorder that morning. Come to pick it up - no issues. Its ready at the time requested. Get home - and the food is cold! Until they get new Management I would avoid them for now - especially for large orders.

Walked in to place a $50 wing order for take out. Ordered and began waiting . . . and waiting . . . and waiting in full view of the front end staff. After 30 minutes, I asked about my order. Was told it was given to the wrong person. The wait began again as the order was remade. When I got home with my order, the garlic parm wings were incredibly dry and the regular wings were tiny, almost meatless and an unusually dark color. Strange texture to the wings. Stopped eating the wings because something just wasn t right about them. Carrots were almost whole in the veggie mix. Good for a horse but not adults who want to keep their teeth.

Placed an online order and waited in the restaurant to pick it up. This was not a busy afternoon so the workers were having conversations about their personal lives which seem to be in shambles but I digress. One of the workers brought me my food and when I got back to the office I told my co-worker, who I was splitting the order with that the food was here. He selected his portion and commenced to eating. When he alerted me that the wings were boneless, I called wingstop to tell them they have given me the wrong order. The young lady I spoke to on the phone wanted me to bring the half eaten order back to wingstop and she would give me half my money back sense half of the order was eaten. I told her I would not be leaving work a second time and that I would need my full refund of the order. She placed me on hold and left me there for at least 10 minutes. I did not receive my refund and will likely stop visiting wingstops due to this poor service.

I m not one to write negative reviews, but I placed an order online to be ready in 15-21 minutes. I show up and food is not ready. The whole point of ordering ahead is to at least work around a busy schedule to an extent. To make matters worse, there was no real sense of urgency to get food out. Left almost an hour after all was said and done. The service industry right now is tough I understand, but customer service doesn t have to be a lost art.

I called a few times and the same thing happened. Then I figured I would drive to the store and order there. As I was waiting for my food the phone kept ringing. It rang probably 4 or 5 times with people trying to place orders. The employees did not care at all they just let it go. When I was ordering the manager was walking around not doing anything. I had a very frustrating experience at the grapevine location. Although the food was pretty good, just expect a longgg wait.

Horrible made an order by phone at 1:25pmgot there around 2 to pick all my order was wrong I asked for a 10 pices wing well done wings were not well done Ask for 2 piece tenders atomic and a 2 piece tender Cajun they gave right the 2 piece atomic but gave me Cajun fries When ask them to make right they cook the 2 tender and I guess re cook a new 10 piece Again And took them another 30 minutes any where gave me the order in pices well everything else got cold and the end ask them for a refund because it s been more then one hour since I order I left there around 2:40 They were around six employees there and all of them we re doing nothing One of the cooks just started screaming at me if I wanted my food well of course that s what I win there in the first place horrible experience don t go there

These wings were far from extra well done. They were barely cooked. The chicken was tough and rubbery and the skin chewed like bubblegum. There was hardly any seasoning on them as well. So disappointed Im removing the app from my phone. Dont know when Ill go back to wing stop. Code Duffs or Pluckers instead.

A complete disaster, the administration of the place attended to me in a hurry by phone and they did not know how to explain the menu in detail. The worst location I have been to. The staff is rude and the General Manager is useless unfortunately. I placed a delivery order on December 5, order was delivered but the half gallon lemonade was not with the order. I called and spoke with Brie who advised she is the manager and told me she was unable to give a refund for the drink but stated I could come up at a later time to get the lemonade. I show up today and speak to none other than Brie. Brie advised she doesnt have a note about this and also stated she didnt work on Saturday December 5th. She texted the General Manager, Ramon and Ramon stated that he did not have a note and that they couldnt give me the lemonade. I then ask Brie If I could speak with the GM directly, Brie was rude and stated he is not in and cant speak on the phone. Essentially lying to me about this because they just spoke earlier. All this trouble over a half gallon lemonade...its absolutely ridiculous. Why does this restauraunt refuse to give discounts and continues to employee rude people? THE GM INCLUDED. Now I am going through DoorDash to obtain the picture their drivers take when an order is delivered all over a lemonade this location refuses to give a refund for.

I called once and the phone was picked up and immediately they hung up. I called back and the phone rang until someone picked the phone up and placed it on the counter and left the line open. Im not far so I drove up to place my order in person. I left the line open the whole time. When I went in I saw the phone on the counter and the lady told me no more orders right now. Placed an online order at this location by mistake. Called to let them know that I would be unable to pick it up because this was the wong location and 300+ miles away from me and the woman told me they couldnt help me then she hung up on me. I called back and told her there was no way I could pick it up the woman said her manager would call back tomorrow then started speaking spanish to a man so I couldnt understand what was being said. She then told me there was nothing that could be done and hung up on me again. I called the corporate office and they said the location would be unable to give a refund but that the location shouldve directed me to contact the corporate office and shouldnt have hung up on me.

My last order of 30 wings from this location was a disappointment again. I asked for my order to be extra crispy and again my order was not cooked as I asked. I dont think they even read my order at all.. They just cooked all orders the same way. When i brought those wings home, my wife did not even touch it..She looked at them and told me not to go back to this place again. I am VERY MAD and very disappointed and will not spend any more money at this WingStop again.. I will drive to Euless or Keller ones for my wings next time.

I arrived at the location and the lady had the phone in her back pocket, she said pick up or dine in? I replied well I am still on hold from when I called you . Her reply was well then place your order now . What I should have said is hang up the phone and I will. She never took the phone out of her pocket. Not all wingstops are created equal!

Over an hour before close and all the lights are out and the floor is covered in soapy water... it took about 20 min after I arrived for them to get out an 8 piece wing that was ordered online. These people are just lazy. Honestly, just go somewhere else for wings. Duff s is only a couple blocks away, and has VASTLY better service.
