Went through the Grapevine drive- through and spent $40.00 on 3 meals. I discovered they forgot BBQ sauce after I got home. Not the first time they forgot. Don t want to eat dry chicken, so I drove back to the store and Juan the shift manager was rude, so I called and asked for the area manager. Turns out all I can do is send a text message to complain. There is not a live person to talk to Just Juan the rude shift manager. I guess I will find chicken somewhere else. I m sure it will be cheaper! If you ever ask for sauce, better check your bag. They are stingy with their sauce.

A very well managed Popeyes! First, Popeyes I have visited that is this together! Plus facility does not look dated. Even though it still has the old style decor it is still in almost new condition! That alone goes a long way. Even the bathrooms were clean and in good condition. We walked in and all the tables were clean so we had the pick of the dining area, which is a rarity in the fast food field!

The lady that works at the cash register is the nicest. It seems like a family owned Popeyes chain and they do a fantastic job. So friendly, clean and great service. Because the wait was long for my takeout order, the lady gave me a free drink! Where can I get service like this at a Popeyes in the US?! Haha the lady is awesome, the people who work there are all really nice.

Details say it closes at 11, and while there are workers inside, if youre in the drive through they will ignore you till you drive away. Arrived at 10pm and sat in the drive thru for 21 minutes before leaving. A worker opened the back door, looked around then promptly closed it when they saw me.

Went through the drive thru Monday around 12 pm and ordered some food. Was not very pleased with it so went back and asked them if I could get it exchanged. They did, but the girl working the window was very unprofessional. As soon as she turned around and gave her back to me she started talking about me to the rest of the staff. Just know I could understand every word you were sayin in Spanish and it s very rude to speak about costumers. I definitely won t be back to this location.

Exactly 10 days ago from today, I placed a mobile order and found that it was missing a chicken sandwich. I tried calling the phone number listed on Google but no one answered. I didnt want to drive back to the restaurant so I filed a complaint via Popeyes website. Today I placed another mobile order and this time they had a chicken sandwich inside of a fish sandwich bag. Again, the phone number listed on Google was not answered. The restaurant was empty when I went to pick up the food so I dont understand why these people cant get these orders straight. They definitely need some serious training or need to pay closer attention to the orders!!! Filed another complaint via Popeyes website. Maybe its time I stopped going to this restaurant.

Ordered Online and arrived on time to find the doors locked and had to pull through the drive thru to wait an additional 45 minutes. We were then told they were out of half our order. Only two younger girls working trying their best in a bad situation. On top of that, they couldn t refund the money ($25) for the product of which they were out bc we ordered online?? We were told we had to chat with someone online to get it?! With all of the online ordering and tech today, that seems insane! Those poor girls were super sweet though! I went to this location to order 2 #2 combo meals and sweet and spicy wings. I had to repeat my order three times at the drive-through then when I pulled up to the window to pay, I had to repeat my order again to a different person. And I was told it was going to take 2 to 3 minutes for my food which I was ok with and I pulled forward. Once the employee brings out my food, I notice that she did not bring our drinks for our meal out. I informed her of this mistake, and she waved her finger in my face telling me no repeatedly. She told me I did not order the meals so I do not get a drink. I was trying to tell her that I asked for to number two meals but she kept walking away and waved her finger saying one second. She came back out, telling me to pull around back up to the drive-through window for a refund and my drinks. Once I got to the window, the manager was sitting there and did not address me or greet me or apologize for their mistake. I told her what the drinks were expecting to just get them and be able to pull off. Only for the managers turned to me saying its $28 instead of 27. He did not inform me upfront that he was refunding my card and going to re-charge me. And was very unclear on why the dollar amount went up. Once I reviewed my receipt after paying and getting my drinks, I was not informed that a medium was an up charge because when I initially ordered, I was asked if I would like a medium or a large drink with my combo meals. There was no small option. I was very disappointed that I had to pay for the drinks, considering I had repeated my order a total of four times. I received no apology, and made them aware that I would be contacting corporate, but still no apology even after that. This Popeyes always has the worst service and messes up orders. This is not the first time Ive experienced something like this at this establishment, but it will be the last. I will not be returning to this Popeyes until staff is changed, or some thing gets fixed. On top of all this when I got home to eat my food, my blackened chicken sandwiches were burnt, and difficult to eat.

One of the worst drive-thru experiences Ive had. Got my order wrong in multiple ways. Thank goodness I checked my bags before driving off. First off, they had zero Carbonated drinks. Then I asked for mac n cheese instead of fries as side for a meal, told me I said fries when I indeed didnt. So gave the small fries back to get that changed. Then I asked for a large fry on my meal, instead got a large drink. Said I didnt, and had the nerve to ask me to pay for another small fry to make a large. I said here, take my large drink back Id rather have the large fry I ordered. Actually took my drink back (which I already drank out of) and poured it out (wasteful!). Couldnt believe they made a whole deal about such a small swap and to even ask me to basically pay for their mistake. Food was pretty terrible. Ive had better from other Popeyes locations. And at almost 20 bucks for my meal...Went up to the cashier who prepared my meal and she ignored me, so a girl from the back came out then and only then did the old rude lady come and say thats how our chicken comes. Then Goes to break sits right next to me and eats some big juicy pieces of chicken. Wow. Nope sorry popeyes you all are gonna lose a lot of customers.

Bought a medium lemonade. Gave drive thru person a 20 dollar bill. Got change for a ten , I told him I gave a twenty but he insisted I gave a ten Im not going there again drive thru is always slow and staff not friendly. It stinks! Service

I will never come back to Popeye s. Got two orders of popcorn shrimp, which was a total of $21.73. They were basically small worms. Mashed potatoes are fake and Mac n cheese was soggy and gross I tried to get a refund, but they couldn t because it was from last night at 9pm. Okay, can I at least have a gift card or something? No, because there was no manager there. Then they asked me to come back in an hour or so when she was there. Well, I have to go back to work, so that s not going to happen. What a waste of money and time. Forewarning either don t eat here, or at least stick to the chicken. Awful experience for both the food and customer service. Lobby was closed by 9pm on a Saturday. Door says 10pm. Tried ordering 36pc nuggets and they say they are frozen cant cook them. Sounds to me this location has a management problem. They have the food so its not a logistics problem. They have workers. Then why the hell cant I get my food when I order it? its on the menu pulled into the drive through around 908 pm because the lobby was closed for 36pc nuggets (they have 46 online only makes no sense). Second issue that I have is with the website. You have to create an account to order food cant check out or order and pick up as a guest without logging in Im tired of creating accounts and logging in for the service to be horrible I would like to come back but if you cant make the food then whats the point...

Should have known it was a bad idea to go to this Popeyes with a 3.7 avg review. The drive through server was way too bold to argue with my husband when no one was arguing. She seriously made my husband who is a very hard to anger man, get mad after being very patient with her. What took the cake for him was that she took the order and when he corrected her that it wasnt a 2 piece that it was a number one spicy She literally raised her voice at him to tell him that she kept repeating the order for him and he kept telling her yes, yes when all she was saying was okay what else and never repeated anything until my husband caught that she was not taking the order he was placing. She then started speaking Spanish talking about us not knowing that we too speak Spanish and thats when he lost it and told her she needed to not do that and to listen to the costumer instead of talking about them.

Purposely gave me more chicken breasts when I requested not to get any, and he was very aware that I did not want chicken breasts. Went through the drive thru and asked if they had any dark meat chicken combos and the drive thru guy said NO. (there was a pause) Then I went ahead and ordered the 11 piece mixed chicken that was posted on the store window. I asked if I can substitute to get anything other than chicken breast. The guy said NO, it is mixed chicken!......I said its fine.... and ordered. I was quite surprised that he purposely gave me 4 chicken breasts when the receipt said two. I ate them all so I am sure they are chicken breasts... two smaller and two were bigger. Dont know if he was having a bad day, he did not like me asking questions, or he plainly just did not want customers going back.

We went to the one inside the grapevine mall, and the employee got upset when my husband asked him for sauces; he said if people are upset they shouldnt do it because they shout and they dont like it when the customer doesnt give up and tells them that Lower your tone.
