We haven t been to the mall in a long time because we live in Fort Worth, we loved the bourbon chicken but today the chicken was really dry like it s old and the rice taste very nasty. I think they are under new management. In the past the meat was in the sauce but this time they were in separate bins.

The staff were friendly and they were letting us try a number of samples. The food was good and filling. We got one plate for the both of us to share. Their rice with beans is good. They did charge an extra $1 or so for extra meat. I do have to say it s kinda sweet and oily though. The mango drink tasted like the Jumex Mango Nectar.

Not cajun or even close to. Should be called Panda Express. Lo mein, fried rice, egg rolls, and bourbon teriyaki chicken are NOT Cajun.

This food was absolutely horrible. I dont recommend for anyone to go here. I had eaten 2 bites of the food to try it and then I went to go talk to staff about a replacement or some sort of refund and the lady looked nervous and just called over the manager. On top of that, the manager took a long time until she came up to us. I explained my situation, and she opened the plate and laughed. She said that since I ate 2 bites she isnt able to do anything. It was $30 and a w a waste. The food tasted bad,the service was horrible and I hope no one else goes though such service.

$15 dollars a plate for some pretty bad food. Felt like a waste of my money. The samples were AMAZING! but my meal had bones and didnt taste like the samples. The flavor was awful. At one point idk what I swallowed but it was horrendous terriyaki chicken. I was hoping they would deliver on the orange chicken but they failed with that also. The rice was not bad but all my entrees ruined it...

This is just Panda Express with lots of cajun spice on top and an emphasis on shrimp. Expensive, too. What would be $10 at any Chinese takeout was $17. Food was good if youre expecting spicy panda express and only want one specific food.

ok so first yes this not CAJUN food. This place has been herefor many many years. Usually decent service and good hefty helpings. Well things have changed. I havent been out to this mall since right before the world changed into the twilight zone. Food still good in my opinion but the bourbon chicken seems different. Cant put my finger on it though. Seems more like teriyaki chicken. The portions are about half of what they used to be. Im sure this is a result of the twilight zone were now forced to live in. Service was ok. Not very friendly or welcoming. I asked for a 3 entree plate and got out to my car and realized she didnt give me my orange chicken. She must not have heard me say it because upon checking the rcpt I see she only charged me for two entree plate. That was disappointing but guess that was also my fault because I was texting as she was packing my food and I clearly missed her not including the orange chicken in with the rest of the food. I dont know when they added plantains and cornbread but it was a nice addition. I did enjoy that.

This place is Cajun only in name. It s cheap Chinese food. I got the blackened fish which was served over fried rice and Asian-style veggies. Had to wait 10 minutes while they cooked the fish. My wife got the blackened fish Caesar salad. They handed her a carton with lettuce. She had to ask for croutons and dressing. There was no cheese. The service was terrible. We were treated like an inconvenience. If I wanted Chinese, I could have gone to three other places next door.
