I was in a horrible accident on September of 2022 with little to no memory of it happening. I was in a coma the next month afterwards, not being fully aware of my surroundings until November. My mom was told to contact Witherite Law Group from a relative and I m glad that she did. I had Victor Rodriguez as my lawyer and I have no regrets. He understood my situation, having the decency to allow me to get better as I was in the hospital and therapy before we met in person. I immediately knew he was for me and not against me. He explained everything to my mom and I in great detail, making sure we understood the case before moving on to the next step. Victor was very thorough while handling my case, sending me to doctors and specialists on his team to make sure nothing was missed. He answered all of the questions that I had with no problem. I didn t really care about my settlement, just hoping all the medical was taken care of because it was a lot, but Victor made sure that I was walking away with something in my pockets. I am thankful for Victor and his team for fighting this battle for me.

I had her to defend me on my accident and I choose her because what I heard on the radio but one thing about it is everything she says on the radio is fake I heard her say she will never she her client to another law firm but guess what she lied about that to she sent my case to another law firm and that law firm she sent me to is just like her I havent heard from that law firm in 8 months so what hear on the radio about this law firm dont belive it read the reviews before picking this attorney

It has been a WONDERFUL experience being served by WLG. From day one when I made my first initial call they have been there for me. These people will not give me an explanation as to why they won t accept my case. Its fishy, something is going on and no one will tell me what. On February 27th 2023 I was hit while standing outside of my vehicle. I was leaning over to get my dog out of the backseat. The caucasian woman was speeding down a two lane road possibly not looking and knocked my door off causing debris to smack me and I fell into my car as well as dropped my dog in the seat. I was shocked scared and frightened. I eventually contacted Simon & Simon in Philadelphia who told me my case was a clear win. They instructed me to go to a chiropractor and physical therapy. They told me that they would get the person who hit me insurance to foot the bill. Fast forward to a week ago. They dropped me out of nowhere saying there is no way to prove she is 50% responsible for injuring me . This is now my issue I am now in debt because of a lawfirm. At the time I was already homeless living out of my car and fleeing an abusive situation. I have no money so there is no way I can pay the medical bills. So I seeked help from Witherite law. They took so long to even answer me back never called me back on time. Super unprofessional and they make you feel so little like you aren t worth speaking to. I was very patient with them because the lady on the phone proceeded to say that she was sick so she forgot to call me back. Not only that she wasn t paying attention to the details I gave her. She proceeded to say oh you were hit in Georgia when I clearly said I was hit in Philadelphia. So after we got past all of the confusion, I proceeded to wait over the weekend for a call to see if they would accept me and they didn t, they denied my case and nobody is giving me an explanation as to why they won t accept my case! What is wrong? I need an answer because this makes no sense and it s starting to feel like racism and may want to make my case a civil rights matter. Everyone involved is white the perpetrator, the police and the lawyers vs me the victim (African American) is being mistreated. No one is protecting me the lady who almost killed me didn t even check to see if I was ok. HOW AM I BEING DENIED THE RIGHT TO SUE SOMEONE FOR TRYING TO KILL ME?! How?!

I called in asking about the scholarship that Amy Witherite gives out each year and learned that it is only at a certain school. I am glad that my son was granted a scholarship when he attended Dunbar High however I recieved vital information on scholarships by simple making a call to the community partner who works at the office. I get sandwiched in a five car pile up, and after years of hearing radio commercials from my radio station @104.5, I finally call. Im told by her staff member (Steve) that they wont be able to win my case... Hes been doing this for ten years, and because I dont have uninsured motorist Im probably not going to win and I need to wait until Monday to meet him when my accident was Thursday.... My accident was May 24 2017. My settlement still isnt finished. I have to call them for updates. Now Im told because everyone else( it was a multicar wreck) finished their claim that there is noore money and we wont get anything. Ive lost days at work and still now in pain constantly. Im taking meds over the counter which dont help, but I refuse to go to the hospital for them to add more cost and I end up owing more money. I will never deal with them again after this.

The process of dealing with an accident, especially one that is not your fault can be so mind wrecking! However, they made everything so much more simple than I ever could have expected. My calls were always returned promptly and they kept me well apprised of all the steps involved, so there werent many surprises. I was in an accident in LA. on July 3 of last year and quite natural we didnt know what to do. So while I was laying in the bed I could hear Amys voice saying call them first before the insurance company. But our car was totaled and we were out of town and needed a car fast so I called the insurance company for a rental then call and spoke with Frankie and I let him know we were out of town for the week and he faxed me some papers to sign so he can get started. When he came over on Monday I explained to him all the trouble Id had with previous lawyers taking advantage of me because Im disabled and if thats what they were about he can leave now he assured me they were not. Ok he explained everything to me had us sign some paper work etc. set us up with a chiropractor. The first visit was awful. They sent us to get X-rays and told my spouse he had a cracked hip and to set up an appointment with our PCP because it looks like he has cancer on his hip. What are we suppose to do? So we did and we use our private insurance. So Angie got mad at us because we did we were only doing what we were told to do. Lack of communication! The word Cancer would scare anyone. So our PCP set him up with a dr that gave him some injections in his hip for the pain and an MRI. No Cancer! Me: bad neck injury I went to the dr and he gave me pain Med for 10 days so I called back and said I was out and he told me to come back in and he wanted to do some injections in my neck and I asked how much nobody in his office new how much they cost Lies!!! Now because I refused the injections he decided he wouldnt give me anymore meds for pain. Angie want and avoids my phone calls she never calls me back. I have become Suicidial all because of this car wreck. My life is a mess. I have no help or money my husband forced hisself to go back to work hurt because were facing losing everything its October and we havent been back to see a Dr or chiropractor in 2 months and they still havent started on my case. Im just asking the Lord to let me live long enough to see my child graduate. I cant live like this too much longer.

After my accident, I was in so much pain and did not want to deal with the insurance company or anything else.
