Our first time going here. We spend $80 for 2 game cards. Half of the games take your money but they don t work. The ddr game doesn t have sound and the steps don t work. The basketball games don t work either. Some of the VR games don t work either. Literally about half of the games just took our money. The nachos were nasty. Totally not worth the time.

This place is fairly new in an upcoming area but when we went there were teens running into us chasing each other around like as if it was a play ground. They dropped drinks on the floor and didnt report it to anyone. They would lose balls to the machine games so when I came by and swiped my card the game would turn on but the balls were missing. Tried one of the VR games and one of the VR was broken as I imagine unsupervised teens can be destructive even though we went late at night around 11pm. I think this place should require supervised teens after hours. Did not like place seemed like everything is broken , missing, and is dirty. It was like a drop off your kid type of place. I did not try the bowling or anything else and not interested to try it either. If you wanna drop off your teenage kid and go somewhere else maybe this is place.

Some of the arcade machines were not working, and a lot were not working but didnt not state it so it took our money and we couldnt play it, others were missing parts like balls to play the games. The place as also very messy and dirty, Food on the floor, spilled drinks on floor and machines. Restrooms was nasty with no paper and trash over flowing. Wont be coming back here

This location was pretty clean, inviting, and full of smiling faces. Everyone was eager to help, and efficient. We did bowling and the arcade games. They have amazing deals for both and you could even choose combo packages that include multiple activities and food. The reason I didn t give them a full five stars is due to the restroom being out of hand soap, it s a place of children of all different ages hand soap or sanitizer should be available everywhere. Nonetheless we do plan to return for another visit.
