New restaurant. Very clean and modern dinning room with plenty of room to walk between tables. Great food - fresh and crisp salad, outstanding appraisers (I had the stuffed mushrooms), and great main courses (I had chicken fried steak and my son had a Greek salad). The meal was excellent. The staff are great. I went on a Saturday evening at 6:30 pm, very busy with a 15 minute wait but the staff handed the rush very professionally. There is a well appointed bar in the dinning room, in my opinion this is one of the best restaurants in Padre Island.

Worst experience I ve had in a long time. Waited 15min at the drive through to take my order with no cars in line. One worker literally refused to work and said he wasn t going to help us. Was told to pull around the front to wait for our food. Waited 30 minutes and decide to go inside. I go inside and our food was just sitting there, not even hot or even warm. Our order wasn t even right to top it off. Wouldn t recommend coming here. By far the worst place I ve been to!

This is the first time a leave a review. Ordered at the drive through simple order- -Chicken fajita pita combo curly fries -Smash burger combo- curly fries -3 egg rolls -Loaded tiny tacos Peach teas with 2 combos And an extra purple power Aid After waiting 20 minutes for our order . Young man came to the parking lot to give it to us. -as we looked at it they gave us 3 regular fries Plain tony tacos, and no chicken fajita pita. Regular tea instead of peach So I walked inside and asked for them to exchange the things for the right order. A girl waved her hand and called over a man who asked me what the issue was I just told him the order was wrong and I wanted the right items - He rudely grabbed our bags and threw them in the trash . They scrambled and said that the prompter didn t say that and wanted our receipt. At this point I m getting frustrated - especially when a tall girl with long black hair turn and looked to me and said they couldn t make the loaded tiny tacos because they were out of sauce - I looked down on the counter and said - isn t this taco sauce? My daughter was fuming at this point so we left - Without a refund and without the food. My daughter said that they were going to do something to our food and didn t want to risk it. You can view the video so you can see yourself The incident occurred on Sunday June 30th approximately 12:15: PM The only time I ve ever been disappointed with Jack in the box is when you changed the raspberry ice tea recipe Needless to say, I will never visit the Corpus location ever again. Drive thru order, tacos and breakfast jacks. The window was a little slow, but when I got my order it was hot, and perfect. Seriously, the best Jack tacos AND breakfast jacks I have gotten in 40 years of eating them! I have ordered these items exclusively my whole life, but the last few years its been hit and miss, some are terrible and some are ok. These were EXACTLY like theyre supposed to be. I wont even bother to stop at another location anymore, Ill just head to the Bluff!

Absolutely ridiculous, this is the way I was handed my shakes, shake all over the outside of the cup, no whipped cream or cherry and when I asked if I could have napkins the associate was annoyed. I believe JackInTheBox has the best Oreo shakes out of all the fast food industry and I don t go anywhere else when I want them, but bad service always ruins a company. The burgers were ok but the curly fries were on the soggy side(no crunch at all).

They always close early. Wish they were consistent. Came back to Corpus to visit family for Easter 2024. Had HORRIBLE service at this location 3/31/2024. Drinks were served without ice, Sweet tea was basically water and the root Beer and dr pepper were hot and flat. We asked if we could get a refund for the Drinks and Melinda refunded our whole order instead. We continued to wait in the drive thru for our order that we waiting on for 20 min, and she told us to leave. Please shut this place down or do better!! We need better options for Flour Bluff. I am looking to find someone to contact about the horrible experience. Its Easter, why are you so rude?????

I ve been very pleased with this establishment, at least as far as the drive-through goes. They have good food and the weight is acceptable. It s not quite as fast as some other places, but I imagine it s no longer than it takes to prepare the food. The only problem I ve ever had is even though their hours state that they re open Until say 3 AM, often I ve gone through the drive-through, and they explained that they were closed for whatever reason. I ve dined in once, and I didn t have as great of an experience eating in the dining room but as far as drive-through takeout it s great.

I won t be going to this location EVER AGAIN!! My food was clearly made in a hurry and done so sloppy. Sauce was EVERYWHERE and all over the bag. I don t think I ve ever felt secondhand embarrassment for a fast food establishment before but tonight/this location and experience YIKES. Do better. I felt gross for eating my food but after a long day and spending $ I wasn t going to waste it but seriously ugh,ew. 11/19/23 9ish pm. (I don t recommend going late evening.)

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a drive thru at a fast food restaurant. First off, I was trying to order the 2 for $6 Supreme croissants & i loaded breakfast sandwich & the person taking the order had great difficulty processing my order. It too at least 5 minutes for her to get it processed. After pulling forward to the service window it was at least 20 minutes before I got my order & the person serving me had a very blunt, rude demeanor. I drove away vowing never to visit Jack in the Box again.

If I could give no stars thats what I would do this is going to be a long review very detail but you need to know. First thing we noticed when we got there was the front door was swinging open and closed, the hinge was busted. Waited at the register for a good 5 to 7 minutes waiting for a worker to come and get our order when finally a heavyset white guy with broken glasses came to take our order. We only ordered 8 tacos, a cheesecake, and a large drink....we waited 42 minutes!!!! During the time we waited we saw one of the employees sitting down at a table vaping right there in the store then we noticed his eyes were very droopy and he was high as a kite. The heavyset white guy had his butt crack showing about 4-5 inches while he was cooking the food with sweat rolling down his face. Once it got dark outside there were homeless people and drug addicts flooding the restaurant. It was the worst experience I have had at a fast food place. Also the restrooms were out of order and there was no paper products, the fountain drinks didnt work either. It was a very bad experience, actually very scary once all the drug addicts and homeless people started coming in. Avoid this place!!! It was absolutely horrible.

We got the rest of our order made after returning but that does not make up for the low quality food we got. There were homeless /tweakers everywhere. Some with gardening tools. Some passed out in booths. Couldnt find any employees for 10+ minutes so I went to the mens room to find both employees male and female in there together. The drink machine has been broken for months. Service was decently fast but my burger tasted funny and I tried asking if I could exchange it and they denied me, I tried talking to them in a calm manner but the cook (big fat tall guy with a beard) started raising his voice at ME, I ignored it and accepted my loss and went back to the table but as I was started eating my bad burger my mom was eating her burger and she found a whole hair in her burger. Not to mention there was a homeless guy taking a shower with the sink in the bathroom. All the tables were even dirty and none of the workers even tried to clean up and they were all just chilling at a table together when they could be cleaning the tables, and NONE of them wore hairnets.

Went Friday night, I spent EXACTLY 1 hour here after I placed my order through drive-thru! The cooks (1 fat guy and one girl with half bald head and ponytail) were so slow. The only actual good worker was the cashier, she was great. The cooks were lazy and so slow, Id replace them immediately. Without fail I have gotten a nice and neat bag without fries falling out or sauces dripping/leaking everywhere. Waited in the drive-through for over an hour to come home to find out that I did not have my burger was missing my chicken everything with soggy and cold. No, ice in any drinks. The staff had no idea what they were doing when confronted about the missing food and we had waited over an hour. All they said was it was a busy night I will never go back ever again, other than to get my money back after spending nearly $100 for a meal that I waited an hour for that I m going to throw in the trash.

me and my mom ordered chicken strips WITH ranch ans she ordered a burger with NO pickles and NO cheese and she paid for bacon and they gave us NO ranch and they put cheese and didnt give us any bacon and pickles on it. and we ordered a girl scout and brownie bites and it was a vanilla milkshake.

Joke in the Box! Three strikes and you are out! Not sure why they even bother to open the doors of this place in the morning. This was my third, and last, visit to this JitBox location. I m quite the fan of those little mouth-blistering, lava filled mini tacos. I enjoy them most, loaded with the imitation nacho cheese, lettuce and that delightfully vinegary taco sauce which isn t really good but is the perfect complement. Today I was going to venture outside the little white box and try one of the touted burger selections only to be informed the grill was down and no burgers could be served. Mini tacos and a delicious old fashioned shake it would be! Except the shake machine was down. Will third time be a charm? Let s trade out the shake for just a large water. Nope!! Can t do large. Out of large cups, buuut they were happy to substitute a medium cup of water for the large and still charge me $2.69 for it. Oddly, the last time I hankered for a burger, the grill was also down. Both visits were drive thru orders shortly after 9pm about 3 weeks apart. Had they not served a burger in 3 weeks?? I settled for a tasteless fried chicken sandwich and fries that were cold, lifeless and seemed like they were cooked the week prior. I drove back to the window and asked for hot fries and was told .you guessed it the fry fryer was down. I had waited 15 minutes for the chicken sandwich that was hotter than French fried Hell, but fresh fries were just too much of a stretch. My first visit was just typical fast food disappointment, incorrect items in bag and soda water instead of Sprite. Nothing to rant on about but still an annoyance. This being said, McDonald s, Taco Bell, and Burger King are all within spitting distance of this location. You may be money ahead by hitting up one those places for your after work feeding.

We got 2 breakfast meals and 2 orders of the tacos. There was no one in the drive thru or eating inside, but the drive thru host had me drive around front to wait for my food. I already thought that was weird. Got our food. We drove off the eat our brunch at the beach, open the bag and search around. Theres no tacos. We go back to Jack in the Box, they print out the receipt (that I never got); the tacos werent even put on the ticket. Huge waste of time. If we werent made to pull out of the drive thru with no one behind us, this whole thing couldve been avoided.
