Each time I have placed a Togo order the staff is not friendly. They don t smile or acknowledge you. When I asked for my order they huff like I m inconveniencing them. Not welcoming at all. The food is awesome! Just wished the serviced matched it.

I love Rounders. The reason for 4 stars is for phone in/pickup orders. I feel akward when ask for a tip when Im calling in an order and picking up my order. I feel if I dont tip on a pick up order will my food be less fresh or compromised. I am a tipper, I dine in alot at Rounders. I do tip when I feel service workers wait staff, buss boys etc earn that title. Anyone else find themselves in this akward situation?

Time to make for a Togo order was 1hr past initial time worker said they will cancel the. Wouldnt argue about what they said, then end with a sitty day and hung up. This is how employees do jobs. Apparently, 1st last time, go here or ever order. Pick up 640, then 730-750 is ridclious. 1st one to answer had to get another worker to Handel call 2nd worked rude argue about what they had just said about canceling. Rounders is garbage

The worst experience! I will admit that the manager was polite but did not take responsibility for dropping the ball tonight. We were given 2 marinara sauces when I explained that our pizza barely had sauce and toppings and received a refund for my cinnamon sticks that never made the table. The only reason we received the ranch was due to requesting it but it was paid for on my ticket. Customer service is getting a little better but the quality of the food was a miss tonight for sure.

The pizza is SO SO GOOD. Their ranch, *chefs kiss*. Im a ranch snob! If youre the same, its worth the extra change they charge. Im from Dallas area and come here every time I visit my sister. Its perfect every time!! You wont get skimped on toppings! Only say extra cheese if thats all you wanna taste lol (coming from a cheese lover) I have only dined in ONCE of the many times Ive gone and it was just okay. Nothing to write home about. Dont care to donit again. Not rude but not exactly nice either. There werent many people there when we dined. Weve always picked up, so I cant speak for the delivery.

The customer service here is horrible. Servers are not trained at all. They were so rude. They glared at us when we were trying to ask them something. The manager seemed like he hates his job and wanted yell at us. Staff here are very racist as well. Without a doubt would never come again.

while the food was AMAZING (got a pepperoni deluxe) and the lobby and music were calmingly grunge, the staff were incredibly rude. the girl that took our order seemed like she wanted to yell at us and said if we were gonna take so long to go to the other counter. and the girl that brought us our plates literally slammed them on the table and angrily said here. there was ONE nice staff member. i definitely recommend getting it to-go if youre going to buy from them.

Awful experience. Mngr was too busy passing the blame on why we got the alert to come get our online order and it was nowhere to be found. 3 people later they finally decided to make our missing order. No apology or even an attempt to let me talk without cutting me off when i asked questions about what had happened to the order. The guys in the back cooking are using derogatory language, as if everyone out there cant hear that! Unprofessional, Immature and just plain rude. What a horrible 1st experience and that sucks because the food wasnt bad. The people working here this Friday night, will be what keeps me from ever giving them my business ever again. Not so family friendly based on the employees lack of respect for others around. Just ridiculous is what is was.

They won t give the order to a delivery driver(Uber eats, Door Dash..etc) if they don t have a heat bag, which most do but sometimes do not. Because of this you will get your order cancelled if the driver doesn t have a heat bag. It s their choice not yours. In Uber Eats this requirement does not show to the driver until AFTER the order is accepted. Very Petty

I ordered a pizza while looking at the menu online. $10.99 for pepperoni deluxe. I ordered two. Gave them my name, phone number. Then was told the price was $38 and some change. When I asked how the price got to be $38 , I was told the prices change. I asked what that meant, was told because youre coming to get it and stuff. I responded, so theres NO pizza for 10.99? Click. Disappointed in the customer service and care. I was asked to drive back for an error in my order, the missing jalapeños and missing desert sauce. They wanted me to show them my pizza didn t have jalapeños on it. Very strange and no apology at all. The pizza was good, but not worth 2 errors in my order. Overhead another customer with the same issue.

Called in 2 Xtra lg chicken bacon ranch Pizzas and 2 orders of pepperoni rolls for dinner for my family and I drove 20+ minutes one way in the rain to pick up the order. I got there and was told to wait because they hadnt started it yet. After another 20 minutes, I was given my order. I got home opened the pizza box and I was given the wrong order. I called and explained the mixup. Was told because of the inconvenience my order would be remade for free. I drove another 20+ minutes in the rain and arrived to pick up my order a second time only to be told Id have to pay full price. I talked to the manager and explained what happened and the arrangement that was told to me. I was told that he didnt care and wasnt going to do anything to fix the problem. If this is the way Ill be treated I probably wont be back.

Ordered a XL pizza to-go with bacon, beef, and onion on half. When picking up the pizza saw all the toppings were on only half, told them the pizza was wrong and the response was well that was how it was made. Then it was dismissed no offer to fix their mess up or anything. Just pay them to make the pizza how they want it to be I guess. Tried calling over a dozen times to the phone ringing and a couple times they picked up just to hang up the phone. If the pizza ordered is not made they need to fix it or refund the money not ignore problems.

Pizza was good, had to improvise for a kids meal for a 1 year old by getting sauceless wings, not boneless mind you, but the chicken ended up being too greasy for me to feel comfortable feeding to my child. You never know what kind of crust you re going to get, I often get deep crust without asking!!! The first time I had this pizza it was really good, guessing they must ve lost a cook b/c I ve gone back several times and it hasn t been anywhere as pleasant as the first time, the crust was perfect, not thin but not too thick/doughy like I got tonight. Save some $$ and get you a hot and ready, you won t be able to tell the difference. Updated review 10/2023: The crust and pizza overall has been what I initially remembered. Tremendous improvement, keep up the good work and thank you for making eating pizza pleasant again.

We were there past Friday night. Party of 12. My daughter and I ordered a large Pride and salad. Obviously to dine in. While waiting I went to the counter to get another beer. I ask for a really cold beer because the beer they were serving wasnt very cold. She spoke to a young man who I thought was going to the back to bring me a colder beer. Im waiting and another young lady comes to the counter and said she could ring up my beer. I ask her how long would I have to wait for someone there to turn 21 to serve it to me. For the fact that the first young lady was under 18 and couldnt ring me up. I did realize to sell you only have to be 18. Thats great! So the underaged young lady goes to the cooler gets my beer and hands it to me. If she cant ring me up, how can she be old enough to hand me a beer!!!??? Is this even legal??? In the mean time were waiting on our pizza, check on it and, well they had put it in a Togo box. They did finally bring it to the table.. it was cold. Just all around bad customer service! Something needs to be done. Start at the top with proper training and standards. I pay for a service and I expect it to come out to my standards. Work on your employees!

The pizza here is really good. Great tasting tomato sauce for the pizza, and options are plentiful. I recommend their original Hornet. As far as pizza in Tyler, it is probably one of the top 3. However, the service can range greatly. During peek hours, its extremely hard to order to-go. Sometimes the phone call wont go through, youll get put on hold, or even hung up on. Which is fine on their own, but twice all three have happened in succession. But if you are patient and determined, the Pizza is ABSOLUTELY worth it. Its probably why they are so hard to get ahold of anyways. Top 3 in Tyler forsure.

We stopped in as we were traveling through. We sat out on the patio since we had pups with us and had already been refused service by two other restaurants in town advertised as dog friendly. This place was ACTUALLY dog friendly and the pizza was excellent! The wings were good too. Also, all the staff were very friendly and welcoming! Thanks Rounders Pizza! I went for lunch early in the week and ordered a large Pepperoni Deluxe (with whatever the default cust type is). It was everything I love in a cheesy pepperoni pizza. The outer crust was crisp with a bit of chew and the middle was soft and bready enough to hold the ample toppings, but not too thick. Very similar in taste and texture to what I remember Pizza Hut being like 20+ years ago. The service was friendly and prompt.

We just seen two girls bring outside food in . Never ordered from this restaurant. A girl took her outside cup and filled it with fountain drink. Why didnt they eat at chic FIL a ,where they got the food? Maybe they work here, we dont know. Employee seemed to know them. But this shows others you can take outside food in and get free drinks.

Worst customer service I ve received at rounders. Not a single sorry was said in the whole 1 hour I was waiting for my pizza. I get 20-30 is understandable for waiting on a busy day but every time a person came to our table it seemed like they were only concerned about the pizza they had in their hand. Not a single person updated us on how long it would be after we mentioned multiple times we had been waiting for awhile. When I went up to the front, I still didn t see my order coming out the oven, nor did any employee offer to fix the problem. That being said, not even a person of management went up to apologize for the inconvenience. We even gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now, today , days later I finally spoke to a person of management and they still couldn t do our full refund. They only refunded us for two drinks? Unbelievable. They even lost our contact information along with our order that needed to be refunded that an employee wrote down that Saturday night. This is the 3rd time I ve had a bad visit with rounders, but this has been the worst.

Great group of people here. The food is wonderful and the atmosphere is welcoming. They accommodated our group of 20 or 30 people with a reservation and were very helpful. Parking: Parking is ample for most events and evenings.

Didnt get part of my order but I didnt notice until I got home and opened everything. Called to see if we could just go back and get it, but because the worker told the manager that she gave it to us, obviously I was lying so the manager refused. She first offered a percent off of my next order, but when I questioned her on that, she just refunded the order for me. Incredibly rude manager and lying staff. I wont be back

There is NO Pizza business in the City of Tyler TX that has a crust as good as rounders. 1/2 a pizza is the crust. After I finish my pizza at their store, I then proceed to eat the crust edge Id left behind. Great amount of sauce and cheese.

The pizza and salad are delicious. Its our first time here and I plan to return. The price was excellent for my family of 6 and we all ate very well with 2 large-sized pizzas. And we paid less than $50

Best pizza outside Californias pizza dough (enriched with natural spores and molds only the Pacific Oceanside can create. A.k.a SanFrancisco sourdough. Favorite pizza in Texas. Dietary restrictions: Pizza is a chore for many denture wearers. A pasta salad would be nice, but the cheese pizza is the best I have had.

We had a mixture of salad, pizza, wings and pizza rolls for dinner. The pizza, pizza rolls and salads we delicious. The wings didnt have any flavor and the chicken seemed watery. I will not order wings on any future visits.

Usually all I have is good things to say about Rounders, however tonight I ate in disappointment. I called in & placed an order for 2 things of pepperoni rolls(which comes with sauce for each order) I made sure to tell the boy I was speaking with that I wanted ranch for both of those orders. Not only did the boy try to charge me for the sauce, when I arrive I made sure to inform the lady at the front counter about the sauce to make sure it wasn t forgotten. When she repeated my order back to me she only mentioned 1 ranch sauce & I repeated to her that it s supposed to be 2. Me trusting that the team had it right drove back home only to be disappointed when I opened my bag & the 2 boxes not finding ANY ranch or sauce of any sort at all. I call up there to see if they could make it right but Jaz ( the manger on duty, so so she says) tells me that her team said they put the sauce in the bag & being that there was no proof she would not be able to help me. Jaz gave me a hard time with her sarcasm & smart tone over sum ranch so I said I ll juss like for my money back. She said she wouldn t be able to give me a refund because the team put the sauce in the bag & to call back in the morning to try again with a different manager. This all could have been avoided if the team was actually working as a team instead of chatting. I lost my appetite & don t think it ll be coming back for Rounders again. Do better.

Been to rounders multiple times. I absolutely love the pizza and the staff is very nice normally. Today I went in to order a pizza for to go, normally they give me a number and bring my pizza out or call my name when it s ready. After 30 minutes of sitting at a table and having not been given a number I went to the counter to check on my pizza. My boyfriend and I stood there while two members of the staff (blonde younger lady, and a young boy with glasses and a baseball cap) just looked at us and walked away. They kept looking at us and I said excuse me and was promptly ignored. Thankfully a very nice staff member (she had long braids that were blonde and brown) stepped by and helped. I am very disappointed in how my boyfriend and I were treated tonight. I really enjoy this place and this experience has made me extremely frustrated.

My family and I absolutely love their pizza and the consistency of the pizza, it s always good!!!!! The only problem we have been having lately at the Tyler location is when we call our pizza in they will not answer the phone , or we go in to order and see that the phone is off the hook and the service in the store isn t good.
