I recently visited this restaurant and was very disappointed with the quality of the food. The pozole was watered down and lacked the rich flavor it used to have. Additionally, the chips were stale and tasted old. It feels like this place is losing its touch. I hope they can improve and return to the great quality they once offered. Really sketch part of town, inside an even more sketch store, but the food is really good. After you get over the stock of this building and the prison type bars in which you order thru, the proprietor is extremely friendly. I had a large breakfast burrito, which needed a pinch of sal, but was tasty. They throw in a couple of delicious house made salsas, which have some spice. If youre not afraid of sketchy towns and businesses, stop in to get some good Mexican grub.

I went to this joint because the person I was shopping with that day, my contractor, wanted to have authentic Mexican food and he suggested this place by looking at his phone search. He thought, this place have a place that we can sit and have some tacos may be. Alas, it was not the case. It is a run down convenience store in the middle of a warehouse district. The store was dirty as hell. Walking in and out was a problem if there were other patrons around. Prices for the food they are serving is outrageous. $10+ for a bean burrito with a few strands of gristly meat sprinkled around and a sub-par horchata is preposterous. ANd the icing on the cake is, around half of my burrito eaten, I had to pull over to the nearest gas station and use their restrooms for a long-looong time. Can you say food poisoning? Yeah, not going back to this place. Ever!

They overcharge $2-$3 from the menu price. The taste is just not the same. Meat is always under cooked or burned. Burnt torta bread. Beans taste expired and rice was hard . This is the 3rd time we try and hate it. 2tortas, 1 quesadilla was $46 when it should ve been $30-$35 don t recommend. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 more minutes to Dallas for something better.

The worst experience Ive ever had in my life, to begin with, when you enter it smells a lot of chuquia and a lot of flies but thats not the worst. I ordered some Río Verdenses enchiladas and they really are something to throw in the trash. They tasted like burnt oil from a week of not filtering it. Apparently it looks clean but it is not at all.

I give it three stars. For the first time I went, it wasnt bad. I ordered the green enchiladas and they were very delicious. The only thing was that the food was lukewarm. If it came out well, it would be very good. My child ordered barbacoa tacos and they looked passable, the meat was a little dry. But I think they can improve. The waters are not natural, also if they were made from natural fruit it would be much better, the food would taste better and with natural waters. Everything else is fine too for the tacos and flour burritos you can make your own tortillas and that would be top notch!!!! I hope the owners read my comment

I ordered tacos de trompo and carnitas, both were excellent. The meat has a good flavor and texture, and the rice and beans are also very good. The order included a serrano and red and green salsa, both were delicious. Staff was friendly and attentive, this taqueria is definitely one of the best places to get authentic Mexican food in this area.

The most delicious authentic Mexican breakfast tacos!!!! I did make it a little Tex-Mex by adding cheese, but these were delicious!! The place was clean, the service was super friendly and with a smile!! The horchata was fresh!!! Amazing little taco place attached to a gas station. Normally I would steer clear of a place like this, but I was very pleasantly surprised!! 4 tacos and Lg Horchata for less than $10 and it was plenty of food!!! Well worth it

So let me start by saying, yes the tacos are good!!! But the customer service is horrible, I ve always been hesitant to give a negative review but they ve been unpleasant too many times, and every time I ve had a bad experience its in the afternoons! In the mornings there are some ladies working, and they are very sweet and attentive. However, in the afternoons (weekends) theres a guy who always seems to be bothered or annoyed (his attitude seems as if he was the owner) although I enjoy the food we wont be back nor would I recommend. I understand good food is important but so is good customer service and unfortunately they lack it.

Awsome tacos and they even have Trompo which has been hard to find in the South Irving-GP area. They greet you when you come in,tend to you as if youre in their home kitchen, and say goodbye once you leave. All around awsome food and workers.
