Delivery order--First time to order. So terribly disappointed. I wont return. I love hush puppies, so I ordered extra. The ones I received were so burnt and inedible. This was not a pleasant food experience. Seems like I wasted a lot of money.

Upon eating my crawfish I came across sticky pieces in my bag. I didn t pay it any mind at first thinking that it may have been cheese from another food item that was accidentally mixed in. As I continued to eat I came across more sticky pieces. I decided to smell the pieces & it was gum! All throughout the crawfish that I paid $108 for. Disgusting. I called the store & the young lady put me on hold & never came back to the phone. I grew frustrated so I hung up & called back after awhile. Just to get put on a long hold again. No one ever came to the phone. I drive from Orange to Beaumont all of the time to get crawfish from here. But this time was my last time. Gum in my crawfish is unsanitary! & for me not to speak to anyone about my issue was unprofessional. I won t be back.

Wasnt pleased with service, employee had their baby girl seated on top of serving food counter with dirty socks on, watching movie on tablet, ask for extra spicy crawfish, crawfish was bland to taste of spice, no season, customer service is terrible, I think its a family working environment to where kids can be at work with you, dont think I will be going back, I like seasoned crawfish. Parking: Parking wasnt a problem not to many customers.

Called to get details to plan a business meal. First call went to a voice mail box that had not been set up. Second call was answered by a young person that struggled. When I asked if the manager was available, I was told that she was not available. Unfortunate, it would have been a sizable order.

Fish strips was hot and Fresh! However they didnt do our fries Correctly like we asked. We asked for 1 of our orders with NO Seasoning on them side ny grandson thats 7yrs old Dont eat them with Seasoning on them and the other 2 orders with Seasoning. However they gave us ALL 3 orders NO Seasoning whatsoever Not even Salt!

I happened to see some reviews on this place that were good so I decided to stop in and Im glad I did. Super friendly staff and excellent food! I had the salt and pepper shrimp which was great, as well as some crawfish which were tasty as well. I will definitely go back when Im in the Beaumont area.

I have been a very loyal snd good customer for sometime . Eating there sometimes twice a week. I was treated poorly and unfairly after spending 88.24 in one week. They got my order wrong and didnt want to fix it. Than they gave me extra hot food thst was almost unbearable to eat. Didnt fix that either just poured some of the sauce hot. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and because of it today they loss 6 Customers. Ladies at the university heard how they spoke to me and treated me.
