This restaurant has to be one of the worst customer service restaurants I ve been to. We ordered a menudo and once we had received this plate we had asked for flour tortillas and never received until we were getting ready to leave. I had to ask four different people for an order of tortillas That wasn t the worst part I had to also bring up to all four different waitresses that we had found a piece of plastic in our menudo and not one waitress knew what to do. When asking for silverware their answer was that they were having trouble getting them out and there was nothing they could do so I couldn t even eat my food. The service here definitely shocked me and will definitely not be returning.

When I walked in I asked for 10 taco plates to go. I was looked at like I was stupid because I didnt ask for it in spanish. They found somebody for me that spoke English to take my order. She should be getting paid more than the crew thats working there now since shes able to assist somebody that speaks English. Its a shame that Im looked and discussed when I dont ask for an order in Spanish from Spanish people. I do realize its a Spanish restaurant but they should have English-speaking workers to assist customers that speak English.

So glad someone told me about this place food is so good and every Tuesday they have 1$ street tacos. The green sauce is soooo good. Service is very nice the girls who run is are very patient and helpful when ordering due to language barrier. Today there was a bad storm and they did not have power but they had gas so they could still cook they remained open and worked around not having power. They are definitely worth your time to try here and spend your money at.

They charged us for 1.5lb of Barbecue and they didnt even give us 1lb and with excess fat! Today I visited the Birrieria Aguiñaga restaurant with a friend, as we have done on many occasions before. We always order the beef quesabirria instead of the goat one, and this time I also wanted to try a cake. The service we normally receive is excellent, but today the manager attended to us and seemed very rushed. We barely had time to talk and explain what we wanted and how we wanted it prepared. When our food arrived, the cake was acceptable, but the quesabirria had a completely different flavor than the other times we had visited the place. We politely asked her if she was sure it was beef and not lamb, as it had a strange taste. She assured us it was beef and we tried to continue eating, but it just tasted weird and wasnt right. I kept asking to speak to the manager and politely requested that she change our order to something other than the quesabirria, since we didnt like it. However, she kept telling us that in the morning all the staff had tried it and that there was no problem with the taste, and that if we wanted to change it for another dish we would have to pay both for the quesabirria and for the other dish we wanted (it is possible mention that we had only taken one bite of the quesabirria). Then I raised the tone of my voice and became frustrated with how he was treating us, without respecting the customers opinion about the food. If you thought we were going to get something or gain something from saying our food wasnt good, you were wrong. I will never set foot in this establishment again and I suggest you do the same, because his service and attitude as a manager gives me no hope or desire to return.

We had been coming to this spot three times before after games and they were able to make cheese tacos ahogados, this last time, they did not want to make them even though they have those two ingredients in the kitchen according to waitress they have a new cook and management was not present at the time. Literally sitting here in the drive thru and for some reason ALL four cars that were behind me got taken care of, and all of the cars in front of me which that is a given. I feel like when I raised my window down, because a worker was approaching my car and asked me to go to the second lane, they saw what I looked like and just totally forgot me. The lady came up to my car to ask me to move it, but no one has came to get my order! Update I ended up calling and asking for the manager and she came out and expedited things.
