This is a great place to rent for various events, they have a space for every occasion. The personnel friendly and professional while meeting the needs of the surrounding communities all at a reasonable price!!!!

This is a great facility for a Hamfest. The lower level has lots of items you cant find any where else. I always wish I had bought things I failed to buy! Large enough for medium sized events and well maintained.

The worst room I have ever rented. They tell you that you have to take out the trash. And I took all the trash out and swept the entire living room with my own brooms. And anyway they didnt return my deposit. According to why I left the garbage outside in the dompe. Y. They do not specify in the contract. K. Take your trash. To your house. Never. Im renting again. It must be seen known. It didnt unite cleaned. Nothing. And I didnt sweep the entire room together. Pure scam.

Great event center.... you can book different times to use their facility for all your events from birthday parties, ministry events, weddings etc... awesome place! The receptionist is very nice as well...

My wife and got up early Saturday morning and went to the Sub-Courthouse in Mansfield to vote. The line was completely around the building. We decided to drive over to the Civic and Convention Center in Forest Hill. The line was about 100 deep so we decided to park and take a chance. Our total voting experience was about 30 minutes. This was one of the greatest voting experiences I have ever had. I don t know who was in charge but they had a terrific operation and their plan worked to perfection. They had to have 30 or 40 voting stations and volunteers were everywhere to assist you and assure you that the voting line would move fast. Great Job Forest Hill!!!

Very easy voting process. Not like what the news will try and make you believe. Very professional smiling black women showing me the way inside the voting building. I spent 20 minutes total inside, and 18 of those minutes was actually picking my candidates. Great job .

Venus the owner is extremely rude and non Considerate. The conversation was about the venue and their Alcohol rules, I mention that I had my own caterer and that they are providing Bartending services and Dawn said that was fine. The week before my event they changed everything, not only everything but booked more events on the same day of my event. We were told that we would have the whole venue to ourselves via the contract. Now Venus doesn t want to honor that.

I had the worst experience with Dawn, not only is she very rude but she seem to be very Forgetful. I called and spoke with her personally about a showing and then when we came she claim she had no idea we were coming (I drove from Dallas) then she said you can look but I m leaving ( Other words, please hurry up I have to go ). I thought that was very unprofessional and will never recommend them to no one.

Had my graduation party here and my mom and I loved it. My mom made my brothers graduation party here too 4 years ago and we knew we had to come back for mine. Venus (the owner) remembered us and was so happy to have us back. She really took care of us, and made sure that the party was a success. She made sure that we had everything we needed while being so sweet. The hall its self is great and always so clean, big enough to host my big party. Definitely would recommend to host whatever event you need!!

Manager of FHCCC Venance is SUPER RUDE ARROGANT and down in-professional not only to me but some others that was standing outside for a different function on 10-21-2017 Being rude to customers is never necessary. I will never use rent or work another function at the facility so long as she is the manager there.

We have hosted three annual shows at the Forest Hill Civic and Convention center, and I can not speak highly enough about the support we received from the center and city. Personnel were happy to help and made the Center our first choice for conventions, shows, and meetings.
