Grand Homes is one of the least professional businesses that I have encountered. They left large ruts in my yard while building a home on the lot next to me. They said they would repair the damage, but failed to keep their word. I made repeated attempts to resolve this issue with them directly, but they continued to lie and kick the can down the road. It is now a year later and the courts are my only recourse. I will never purchase or recommend a Grand Home to any potential home buyer. Homes are major investments. It is a necessity for builders to have integrity and strong customer service. Grand Homes employees exhibited neither in my experience.
