Cajun fries had good seasoning, and they toss in a lot of fries, but I don t understand where the soggy fry trend came from??? First time going in blind and I asked for a combo, but the guy didn t even tell me that basically doesn t exist. No flavor in the actual patty, and I didn t taste the grilled onions like you d think you would. From all the comments I ve heard for so long how good the place is, pretty disappointed at price and quality.

Made fresh and hot to order their burgers are 100 beef and full of flavor. The Cajun fries are the perfect seasoning (with a little kick). Free roasted peanuts while you wait also! The interior is clean with high top tables, standard height tables and standing tables. The youngsters serving and cooking were clean and friendly. I love that you can watch them prepare your food. It is pricy for a burger at $11.00 plus and everything is an add on (fries separate, drink separate) but the serving sizes are well worth the price (burgers have 2 patties).

Very, Very disappointed with Five Guys. I was going to order a cheeseburger when I walked in. But a guy dressed all in black told me We are closed. I then pointed out that his open sign was on. He then just ignored me and did not care... Well I got the message clear, Ill never go to any of these places. I was going to try their burgers for the first time, since the location in Downtown Fort Worth, Closed down. Anyway, from now on Ill just continue with In and Out. At least I have never been inside of one of their restaurants with the open sign on and told that they are closed... I took a picture of their open sign as I was leaving to post here and prove what I said is true.

*Allergy Alert** they have peanuts and the fries are made in peanut oil. Not going to lie I was expecting more from their fries, being that thats their catch. The burger was delicious I ordered the cheese burger and was wowd that it automatically came with double meat, added bacon of course. Even though it looked small it was a nice stack. Everything was amazing just that it was a little dirty being that they have free peanuts(salted) to snack on while you wait, there were shells on the floor and table, and ketchup packets. Over all I will be going back. Im not going to lie, I expected more from their fries since thats their problem. The burger was delicious. I ordered the cheeseburger and was surprised that it automatically came with double meat and of course with added bacon. Although it looked small, it was a good pile. FIVE GUYS OFFERS PEANUTS IN THE SHELL TO ALL CUSTOMERS, DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU HAVE PEANUT OR TREE NUT ALLERGIES!!! This is a higher end hamburger / French fry / milkshake restaurant that is more than a typical fast food place, but less than a sit down type restaurant like T.G.I. Fridays. If you go the full nine yards, that is purchase a burger, fries, and a soft drink, expect to pay from $17 to $25 per meal. Add $5 and up if you get a milkshake, which is outstanding and very flavorful. I have not ever had a milkshake as good as I had at FIVE GUYS. You pay a high price here, but you really do get what you pay for. If anything ever goes wrong with your order, dont hesitate to let a manager or staff member know. They should gladly take care if it promptly, no questions asked. A few important things I want to mention are that the hamburger bun is bakery fresh, and well toasted, fries cooked in 100% pure peanut oil, and complimentary peanuts in the shell are available for you to enjoy during your visit. Also, the French fries are from Idaho grown potatoes cut fresh and washed right in the restaurant, never frozen. The only frozen item here is ice cream for the milkshakes.

Let me tell you something about this five guys spot . I ve been to many five guys locations in the dfw area but this one takes the whole five stars. Customer service was top level. I went around 8pm on Friday the 13. I was greeted kindly and respectfully by this gentleman serving the cashier. I placed my order. The burgers were delicious and overall great but the thing that impressed me the most was their work ethic I was watching as they made the food and that s something I look out for. Hard working crew in the kitchen and overall afternoon shift shoutout to these guys

We get there, 2 families are eating. We placed our order, 2 burgers, fries, shakes for $50. Got to our table and cleaned it off. The music was so loud we never heard them call our number. 20 minutes had gone by, so I went to check on the order. They said we called your number like 5 times. We were the only people in there without food, you couldnt walk it over to us??? Burgers were almost cold & the shakes were melted. I asked they be remade & the kid gave me attitude, saying it was our fault they were melted. Wont be back. Really should just get my money back!

The experience was fine, nothing special. The regular burger is a double meat burger which is not clear on the menu. There are no combo meals you have to order each sandwich, fries and drink. They are extremely overpriced for what you get. I spent $40 for two burgers, two small fries and two drinks. I have had burgers at gas stations that were just as good and a third the price. I ordered the cheesebuger all the way. This was an absolutely messy burger. There is no way to stay clean. The meat needed salt it had little flavor. The fries were good.

It got busy just as I arrived. The wait was just a tad longer than Id like, but not too bad. The food was very tasty but $18 for just a burger and fry? I used my Bank of America card because they had a deal (10% off), so that helped price-wise. While it was expensive, it was good and Ill be going back when I have a taste for a good burger. Sorry the photo wasnt better; it was a double cheeseburger with everything (the works = cheese, lettuce, pickles, tomato, raw (instead of grilled) onions, mushrooms, ketchup, mustard & mayo) and cajun fries. I had Coca-Cola at home, so it paired well with the meal.

My food was so bad that I threw most of it away. When I unwrapped my burger, there was creamy colored water just running out of my burger. I m assuming the lettuce was wet when they added it. It was so watery that some of the bun had disintegrated from the moisture. The whole burger was a mushy, watery, flavorless mess. Even the meat had absolutely no flavor. My fries were mushy and undercooked. Most still had a raw potato flavor to them. I paid over $20 for gross food that ended up in the trash can.
