We received horrible service ,cold food, mean glares . And on top of that the food wasn t handled with the care that is always advertised on TV . The fact that I get out of my bed on a gloomy Sunday night to come up to my favorite restaurant and receive not only the worst service in recent years I can recall but an all out robbery too place . My enthusiasm was taken and will never be given back . (When I opened my quesadilla wrapper the amount and cheese and steak that was completely all over made me repulsed and feel a strong need to strike the nearest wall )

So I get that craving and Taco Bell is there and open for business but you must pay attention to the service at the window as they always seem to be preoccupied and its on you if you leave without all your order being correct. They smash the mexican pizza, the nacho fries are always cold and the drinks are flat or just a large cup of seltzer because the machines are not being serviced properly. I will try to stay away

Just want to say this location is always great. The items are made so huge I was surprised, the customer service is always good but especially tonight. I was feeling down and went to get some food at this location, and its employees picked my night up. They were all positive and kind, and gave me so many extra sauces now I can dress up all my meals for a while. It s silly but it really made me happy.

I hadn t eaten at Taco Bell in literally years, but randomly I was craving some type of chicken burrito but didn t have time to look for a local authentic restaurant. I went through the drive through and had no idea what to order I must have asked 11 questions and the gentlemen who I later met as Rolen WAS SOOO HELPFUL. I have never in my days experienced such a helpful drive through person. He was informative and wanted to ensure I was aware of my options. I m not big fan of Taco Bell, but Rolen made me feel better about going that day. Thanks Rolen.

When it comes to customers, the priority is the following. ALL drive thru customers, delivery pick up then and only if they have the time, walk in customers. Your wait time is anywhere between 20 and 40 minutes. This is not fabrication it is the gods honest truth. And it is NOT due to staffing issues.

I ordered the steak grill and cheese burrito. Its the worst burrito I ate in my life. It didnt have steak but ground beef. The rice was gowy. The whole burrito looked like diarrhea inside. It didnt have the crispy chips either. I also ordered the cinnamon sweets, which tasted horrible like old frying oil.

I usually have good experiences here ever since the remodel happened. The lady with the tattoos on her arms who works the drive thru, shes super chill and always does a good job. The lobby should close at midnight. There is no reason the staff should have to deal with imbeciles after then. I was in the drive thru and could hear several animals screaming at the staff. There was a lady worker who did not want to take my order, she wanted me to order via the kiosks system. I informed her I was not comfortable ordering that way she then got an attitude towards me about that. Luckily a fine young man stepped up and said Ill take your order sir, which really meant a lot to me. Senior age people like myself are not very comfortable with all the new gadgets. This young man recognized that and took control of the situation and I left happy. The young girl probably needs some training on customer service

Im curious if they stored the food here during the months of renovating? Everything I ordered was sour, stale or disgusting. The chkn Enchilada burrito $2.49: the chkn was so hard and inedible and the sauce was sour. The Cheezy dbl beef burrito $2.49: was decent but the crunchy tortilla strips were stale and rice tasted weird(as it did in the chkn Enchilada). The spicy pot soft taco: tortilla was stale and pots were very dry. The lady at the window was amazing though. Very kind, so thank you for that, because before the renovation yall had the rudest person on that intercom.

Worst fast food location I ve ever been at. Being a fan of Taco Bell, I was excited to see this location open up. I order here an average of maybe 3-5 times a month. Ever since they opened up, they ve screwed up my order at least 3-4 times. Some times the screw-up isn t such a big deal and I just eat whatever I got. They once gave me the wrong order but it wasn t disgusting so I still ate it and moved on. Today, however, they screwed it up 100%. It wasn t even slightly close to what I asked for, AND it was disgusting so I couldn t even just bite my tongue and eat it when I got back home. I had to return it and get my right order, and the lady at the window even though I was not rude to her in any way, shape, or form and she was the one who somehow screwed up my order, she was very rude to me. Here are more details I put in a mobile order as I usually do, and told them my name at the speakers. When I got to the second window, the lady at the window was getting ready to hand me a drink which I never ordered. She was asking if I got so and so order, and I said no, I had the mobile order with the spicy potato tacos. She asked if it was for Tina, I said yes. She s like, OK, hold on and stepped away. So I held on Then she came back and gave me a bag of food. Thinking no way in hell she screwed it up now because she JUST asked for my info and confirmed it back, I drove home. When I got home, I realized the tacos were really cold and hard tacos (mine were soft), I was really irritated, but didn t want to waste time and gas driving back. So I continued to take it out. Then I realized the actual contents of the taco weren t only what I didn t ask for, but were everything I HATE. So I couldn t even do what I normally do and just proceed with eating whatever. So I got pissed off. I decided it was worth driving back to at the very least get my correct order. When I got to the window, I told them I don t know why they can t get orders right and told them the situations. I didn t say anything else and I did not disrespect anyone in any way further. They told me to drive to the window. The lady there (who was not capable of finding, lifting up, and handing over to me the correct order the first time around, handed me my correct order. I gave her the other one to please trash because I am moving and am not able to trash it at my place. She asked me to trash it at the trash can further up, saying it s right there baby (I m 26 about to get married) in a rude tone I looked back at her trying to figure out why she can t just take it, and before I could even respond or proceed to trash it, she snatched the bag very disrespectfully out of my hand and shut the windows, giving me a nasty look as she was closing the window. Finally, when I get home pictured is how my new taco looked like. I guess they put the fillings in first then throw the taco in there as a side. Disgusting location. Thank God I never have to go there again.

Constantly moving, getting things done, helping other staff, and attending to the customers with a great attitude all at the same time. They close before the time they say they close online 100% of the time. Ive also gotten a hair in my food multiple times and once found visible spit in my baja blast. This place needs to be bulldozed.

Employees are generally rude. There are a couple that are great, but the others dont speak speak close the window in your face while youre talking. Weve had the same girl two different times just hand us our food and close the window while I was asking if that was it. Didnt get a thank you, have a good night, nothing.
