We go here frequently for vanilla shakes for my 80 year old mom and ultimate cheeseburgers. We have gotten to know a lot of the workers and most go out of their way to be friendly. There is an older male hispanic manager who honestly doesnt seem to care about anything, unfriendly, looks like he just stands around like a lump. That is my only less than stellar feedback. He could stand to be replaced but the workers function well in spite of him lol. Parking: Corner of Garth and Rollingbrook. Three entrances to get onto property. Never have seen all parking spots taken but drive through line gets backed upnat times. They work hard to clear it down though.

I went to this jack in the box for the first time tonight and went through the drive through. the polite young man that took my order was very kind! The food is ok the staff forgets almost half of my order half of the time. The atmosphere seems cold and unfriendly. The place is mostly clean but the bathrooms are not that clean. Now we only go when we need. When its so late at night. Its a shame I like jack n the box.

We came in town for a funeral had dinner here through drive through got back to the hotel and most of our food was not in the bag but went back and the manager helped us out made it quickly! This was my 1st and last time at this location. Everything about this location needs WORK. I ordered online. I get there and had to go inside for pick up. The floor was dirty, food and discarded condiments were all over the floor and tables. The drink machine is broken and full of sitting water in the drain pan. I walks up to the counts and no one greeted me even after the young lady saw me standing there. When the young girl finally acknowledged my presence she had an attitude, not surprised. I could tell by her demeanor she would be rude. I finally got my food. The drinks were watered down so bad the cups were soft, the food was cold and low and behold my burger was wrong. I went back inside to let them know. Of course a few of them had an attitude. The lady that remade my burger asked like 3 times how I wanted it. Finally my burger was remade after about 10 mins. Whoever owns this location needs to really train the staff and do a DEEP inspection and clean.

Clearly they don t care about fixing any of the issues that are being addressed about this location because I went the other night around 7 and it took 30+ minutes to get my food and that s not even taking into account how long it took them to finally take my order. Seeing past reviews tells me the issues aren t fixed and they don t care to do so. They have some bot auto replying to these reviews which doesn t fix the problem here.

It s insane how long your order will take to come out. We ve been waiting for 30mins in the drive through. It s rare that their system isn t down too. I ve had that issue various times. Only reason we even come here is because it s close to our house and is kind of a last resort: I always dread sitting in this drive through though. Rude person at the registered. I asked her what was on my chicken sandwich and she was ugly rude and said whatever I ordered and would not take the time out to see if my order was correct.. then I asked the lady at the next window and she couldnt even answer. She did not speak English, and that was not the problem. They had to get a 3rd person to answer. Original 4a is not just a Mc crispy. She kept saying Mc crispy. I did not say a Mc crispy. 98% of the time, in the latter parts of Friday and Saturday nights, this location has issues. For example, our system is down, we are only taking cash, we only have one computer working at the moment,. This location, on a consistent basis, has something wrong either with the employees per shift or complete negligence from the owner/management, I cant actually determine the result. Care about your restaurant. Its losing money. And those of us that are driving up, willing to pay, are backing out and spending money elsewhere because of either the laziness of staff or inoperable equipment at this location.

This was the first time i got speedy and good service at this location over the span of 2 years. Jimena is litterally gold. She was fast and friendly and was very organized how she packed the bag. She must be experience with how things are placed on a plate. My sauces were bagged and overall i felt like i got the best service iv had in years in fast food. Jimena is going places and I pray yall take notice of this employee. Shes a keeper. The number 11 homestyle chicken bacon burger was served hot and fresh. Went through the drive-through, and my food was cooked promptly. It was hot, fries were fresh, however the croissant was a little hard on one side of the sandwich, and the lady working the drive-through lacked social skills. No smile, no emotion what so ever.
