Hamburger was fabulous. I hate to say bad things about family owned restaurants but.... 25 minutes to get our milkshakes. 10 minutes after we finished our meal. Management might want to drug test the front end help. This person was definitely on something. During the course of making our shakes they had to go to the back numerous times plus tested their heads on the paper towel dispenser.

This was my first visit to this restaurant. Located in a lovely shopping center it was easy to find. Ordering was quick and easy, done at the main counter as you enter. They have a wonderful selection of sandwiches/burgers. I got the original Rockin Rolla burger with the Johnny fries! They were outstanding! A++++ We thought we were having an unusually long wait, at first. However, it was a very busy Saturday and we were Hangry. The food came out promptly and delicious!!! There was ample seating! The customer service was phenomenal!!! Parking: Large shopping center with lots of parking. Kid-friendliness: Decent kids menu. Open family dining atmosphere. Wheelchair accessibility: Easily wheelchair accessible. Large dining room with easy maneuverability.

Food was delicious with great portions! Will come again! Parking: Parking is in a shared lot for the entire strip mall. Easy to find parking, easy to access, and handicap parking available Wheelchair accessibility: Lower tables have chair or movable benches. Large space between tables. Entry has areas that looks maintained well enough that chair users wouldn t have excessive issues accessing the door. The front door doesn t have a wheelchair button or anything to assist.

The food was good for the price. The shoe string onion rings are excellent. The ability to customize your burger is a big plus, as well as their signature burgers. Ranked their service low due to us going in an hour and a half before they closed. They were out of sweet tea, I asked if they were going to make more. Low and behold they never made any. I can handle if you tell me that youre not going to make anymore due to how close to closing you are. But to say something to a customer and then just not do it, really disappointing.

This is the second time Ive been but it secured me for coming more often! We got to the restaurant around 8:15 and ordered 2 chili burgers and chili fries. They let us know that they only had one serving of chili and in lieu of not having chili for the others offered us: 2 orders of shoestring fried onions, a milkshake, replacement fries, and a discount on a new burger. We appreciated how the staff handled the set back and how quickly our food came out! The ONLY issue was that our table was very sticky even after being wiped down.

First time customer, as you walk in the door youll see vent intakes full of dust that need a vacuum. Staff was super awesome and attentive. The fries were still flimsy and not cooked their 2 min 33 second, appeared to be pulled out 1 min 40 seconds so Im thinking the staff feels rushed. After talking to four other customers, their fries werent cooked all the way either, and they felt like they were soggy. My burger was really great, it could be the best in Abilene. Unfortunately they cant make a tasty fry with the ones theyre using. KFC, and Taylor Country Tap house are still a tie for first place.

Stopped in for lunch on a whim while working in town for the first time (ever in Abilene) and everything was great! We ordered the daily special and a kids burger and then split the crispy onion strings. Asked for the jalapeno ranch and wow, so delicious with the fries. What a hidden gem! I got the McLovin special and it was incredibly flavorful and SUPER juicy. I love a juicy burger. Nasty Sauce is really similar to thousand island and paired perfectly with the burger. Fries were the cherry on top. I also appreciate the fair prices for fountain drinks. You can tell the burger was really cooked with care. The service was also very nice :)

Its a little wacky, but the Nutty Professor (burger with peanut butter, strawberry jam, potato chips on it) was one of the best burgers Ive had in a long time. Loved everything about it. Fries were small and not greasy for maximum ketchup uptake. Wish wed have had room for a shake -- they looked delicious.

Food was absolutely incredible. Fries reminded me of In n out. The buns were really good here. The chicken fried burger patty was something I will definitely eat again!!! They were out of the one bottled soda I wanted and then also out of the one shake flavor I wanted which meant getting a flavor that cost less without a refund for a difference, which was frustrating. The wait was also incredibly long for the food. Id go again but Id probably aim for an off time to hopefully get faster service.

amazing Gotta stop and try this place if youre in the neighborhood! Poppin Johnny is basically a jalapeño popper burger with thick bacon. Its hard to decide what to eat. It all looks good! Servers are friendly and helpful

So, I m super picky about burgers and don t think most places are good, as they all seem the same. But this place had very different burgers. I got the Rockin Rolla and it was great. Heard about it in the bucket list tv show. Staff were helpful, slightly pricey but I think you get what you pay for, my husband was impressed with the quality of the bacon and other ingredients. Definitely give it a try if you are in Abilene.

Ordered this via Door Dash. The fries were limp and way overcooked. The burgers were bland. I was excited to try the food after eating at the original Twisted Root several years ago where I experienced one of the best burgers I have ever consumed. Maybe it would have been a lot better eating at the restaurant. I dont know. I door dashed from rock n rollerz previously and the food arrived hot, fresh and cooked perfectly, so my standards were set high by them. To clarify... Rock and Rollerz food is always great and arrives hot and fresh. My bad exp was with Twisted Root.

This establishment was good! When you walk in, you order your food at the register & sit down (no signs). The associates were very friendly & nice. I ordered a burger & it was good, however, there are more condiments on the burger than the thickness of the burger.

Passing through town and stopped for lunch. All our food was delicious! I had a chicken sandwich and the chicken was fried perfectly and was super juicy. My husband had a burger and it was great. I loved the truffle fries and the entire place was super clean!! Will definitely have to remember this place when traveling through next time!

Friendly service. The lady that took my order was really helpful in explaining the menu and helping me decide what I could get for the amount of money I had. The burger I had was a mushroom swiss but they called it something else ( sorry I cant remember the name of it). It was gr8. The fries were on point as well. Ill probably be back in the near future.
