BUT I, AND EVERYONE I HAVE ASKED says that they get stomach problems and the shets every time we eat food made with ingredients from this costco. I dont like the idea that we all are MAYBE eating food that is not stored correctly, and getting sick from it.

I have been to many Costcos in the US and even overseas and this was a terrible customer experience. Their cashier made a mistake so I had to go back and wait to checkout again. Staff didnt even care or acknowledge that this was their fault. Horrible service, training, and management.

I would give this place negative stars after I was in Im a 6+ year member not anymore I cut my card up an will not return customer service is a joke very rude needed assistance at self check out waited 10 min for them to help everyone after I needed help had to go to a register and ask someone to come help me was extra rude and seemed like it was an inconvenience for them to help restroom was a complete disaster the chicken I bought was raw had to return it as well not a good experience

First visit ever to a warehouse store like this. If it meets your needs, and you can actively stick to a budget/plan, this place is pretty terrific. Saved about 40% buying beef in bulk, then butchering it myself into vacuum packs and storage. For me and my time, this made sense. Even found 2 items Ive always bought on Amazon, but for 30% less. Ill never enjoy self checkout, unless Im getting an additional discount on my purchases, but there were managed checkout lanes, albeit a little backed up.

Took my car in yesterday to try to get my back left tire fixed. Was told that if the tire could be saved, it would be. When I got a call a half hour later to tell me the tire couldn t be saved due to a valve stem separation, I went back in. Come to find out that tire was never checked and the rep tried to upsell me four new tires after looking only at the front two. Nice try, not pulling that with me. Probably didn t even think I d to let others know about it. I ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future, and would recommend others do the same. Clearly not the A-Team working on Mondays.

Updated 8/11/24 I decided to get another cheese pizza at this Costco location a few days ago to see if there had been any improvements since my last review. Unfortunately, the cheese pizza has gotten worse. The cheese was completely burned, and the pizza had no taste. 6/26/24 I have been a fan of Costcos cheese pizza for quite some time, often enjoying its delicious blend of cheese and sauce. However, my recent experience has been quite disappointing. Firstly, the cheese to sauce ratio was off. There was an overwhelming amount of cheese, which completely overshadowed the minimal amount of sauce. The balance that usually makes Costcos pizza enjoyable was missing, making the pizza taste one-dimensional and overly rich. The crust was another letdown. The area around the center was extremely thin and soft, lacking the sturdy yet chewy texture that I usually look forward to. This made the pizza feel floppy and less satisfying to eat. Additionally, the slices were not cut proportionally, which is a quality issue and shows a lack of attention to detail. Overall, while I have had many good experiences with Costcos cheese pizza, this recent one did not live up to expectations. I hope this is a one-time issue and that the quality returns to the high standard Ive come to expect.

Trying to phone the optical department to see if my new glasses are in was unsuccessful. Going thru the main number, pressing 1 or 2 at least twice I listened to it ring for about a dozen times. Then the auto answer system said goodbye and hung up. So I have to spend 20 minutes driving there to find the status? And then if my glasses are not in I must come back again. Ridiculous. Come on Costco get your act together.

Had a flat tire at 8:00mpm, called Sebastian and Tom, they took us in right away. They told us we did not need a new tire, fixed our tire and we were out in less than 30 min. They both did a great job, very honest and dependable employees! Thank you!!!

I have NEVER been the type of person to be a nuisance to customer service anywhere, ever. To experience bad customer service and rude employees floors me when I would do absolutely anything to make the next person smile. We get at least one deli chicken every week! They are delicious and you cant beat the $4.99 price - cant even buy a raw chicken for that! The chickens are brined before cooking, so they are very moist throughout and very flavorful. Even the breast is moist!

It feels weird to leave a review on Google, but I didn t know where else to go. I just wanted to say that Kenny in the tire department is AWESOME! Not only did he NOT make me feel stupid for not knowing how to inflate my tires by myself, but he also walked outside in 102-degree weather and did it for me while being exceptionally kind and cheery! The cherry on top is that he wasn t content to have just done his job welll. On his way back to the tire counter he went above and beyond, grabbing spare shoppingcarts that were haphazardly placed throughout the parking lot. Kenny went above and beyond his job duties, and I wanted to ensure he got the recognition he deserved. People like Kenny are the reason why I keep coming back to Costco. Thanks, Kenny!

I go for the meat, milk and eggs mostly.. But theres far more. Interesting enough, if you are putting together a bug out location out in the rural areas, Costco has many things youll find useful.. Like propane electrical generators, garage ready freezers, tons of canned goods in #10 cans, commercial size sacks of flour, sugar, rice and beans. It was because of Costco that I endured the Covid insanity in 2020 so comfortably. I got wind of something bad happening in China that looked like Stephen Kings The Stand. So in early January to late January 2020 I was filling up two spare rooms with supplies mostly from Costco and the Mormon Provident Living stores. My wife, me and 7 others never left my rural property from February 3rd until August 2nd when we decided it was survivable. As for the Georgetown Costco, well stocked and well maintained as well as brand new.

It s a Costco. Great selection. I buy mainly some groceries here. Fish, chips really like their vegan and GF options. Bought tires here recently. Great experience. Quick and easy install. They were less here at regular price than buying at dealership on sale. Also, I get my gas here. Always cheaper than other stations. Really happy I have a membership.

*** tip*** If you are getting tires here plan on dropping car off and leaving it for half day. Now back to story. Although prices are mostly nice. Getting tires put on is not! I had to wait in line to enquire about tires, only to have to wait almost a week due to them being ordered. Then had to call several times to find out when they would be there. Then was requested by them to make an appointment to have them put on, okay I understand appointment. However day of appointment was told it would be 1 hour to an hour and half wait....no where to sit....and about to pass out from the texas heat! The floor was the only place to sit!!!!!!!!! WHY? Dont they care about their customers??????? Incredibly MAD !!!!!!!!! I do want to give a big shout out for the ONLY young lady working there that cared enough to get me a bottle water. At least she had a heart Update: I finally got my car finished. Four tires. It only took almost 3 hours and thats with me having an appointment. Honestly I dont believe it mattered. Walk in got theirs faster. Unsure why. I ended up calling someone to pick me up so I wont have to wait on the floor any longer. When I picked up car I asked why it took beyond time told to me. Was told they were short help. Asked if they could pull from another area to help out but was told no person has to be certified. There was only 1 guy out front and 2 in back when I was there. Asked about sitting issues. They claimed they have nowhere to put any but I couldve waited in food court. I told him it was busier than the rest of store. He said I couldve waited in lawn area. Sooo it just seems like a lot of excuses. Bottom line. Dont go to Costco on weekends and dont expect good service if you do. Oh 1 more complaint. There is no acknowledgments when you walk up to counter. Like be with you in just a moment . Would have been nice. A water fountain would have been nice as well. Its the little things that make the biggest difference.
