My wife and I met with Katlyn yesterday for a tour of the Oscar to learn about the costs for various care levels as well as their amenities to evaluate our Long Term Insurance options. A very striking facility with excellent design and finishes. Katlyn answered all of our questions and gave us an overall tour which was very impressive. We are not ready yet but will certainly consider The Oscar when the time comes.

We had an amazing visit at The Oscar this past weekend. We are looking at it as an option for my father-in-law, where he can maintain his independence but have some more structure and community. The facilities are beautiful and well thought out, and the residents we met were so welcoming and fun. Highly recommend taking a tour and considering for that special senior in your life.

Looking for a place for my mom, I had the pleasure of meeting Katlyn, who generously took time out of her busy day to show me what the Oscar had to offer pre-opening. She had so much kindness and clearly had a love for what she does and where she works. She went out of her way to pick up mom and take her to an Oscar social event and also gave us a tour when the facility finally opened. Very impressed with every aspect of the facility and the staff we met. When the time is right, I m sure this will be the right place for one to live in an environment that will enrich, encourage, and provide a welcoming new home.

We recently toured The Oscar at Georgetown and got to spend quality time with four members of the management team. Brian, Mandy, Katlyn and Eleanor are friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and honest. We met a bunch of residents and they are so excited with their new home. The facilities are beautiful. The Oscar at Georgetown has all of the amenities that we could want and they are all top of the line. What a great place to live!

If you have ever had the pleasure of meeting the walking ray of sunshine named Katlyn you know to her The Oscar is far more than just a job, the community and its residents are her pride and joy. Having the unique opportunity of living with her as her husband, I can proudly say she beams every day when she walks through the door. The Oscar is practically her second family, I am constantly inundated with stories from her residents told with as much fervor of someone catching up with an old friend. I know any one who is lucky enough to get the opportunity to live at the Oscar will see this for themselves. I attended the Open House at The Oscar at Georgetown, TX on May 22, 2024. The facility was very nice and the food outstanding. RESIDENTS: Several residents took the time to mingle with us visitors. They enthusiastically shared the things they liked about the Oscar; how it contributes to their physical and mental wellness. STAFF: The staff seemed relaxed, confident, and team-spirited (cooperative), which made us feel welcome and comfortable. More than one person said that Executive Director Brian Haddock plays a big part in this good vibe, and that there are both residents and staff who followed him when he took the position at The Oscar, due to his leadership skills and heart.

I may be a bit biased as an employee of The Oscar, but this is a beautiful community run by a talented and experienced management team. The amenities are amazing. Heated indoor salt water pool? Got it! Sports Bar with indoor mini golf? Got it! Three areas for dining? Got it, and the list goes on and on.

We were one of the first depositers and we wait, wait and wait to see if senior living facility will ever open. Atlas would have been very smart to have hired a different project supervisor as the current supervisor, sad to say, continues to battle personal demons.

We made the decision to move to the Oscar and chose our apartment in July of last year. We are looking forward to the day we move in and all the Oscar has to offer. During this time the management team has has done an excellent job in keeping us informed regarding the building process and planning fun and enjoyable events as we await our move in. I have been following the construction of The Oscar and, as both a Georgetown community member and as someone who has worked in Senior Living in the past, I have been so excited for this community to come to fruition. This is a game changer for the quality of life of our seniors, it is taking the concept of (what all communities hope for) joy, security, and luxury and making it accessible through modern, yet familiar, concepts. Things like a beautiful café, that actually looks like a cozy café you would want to attend when meeting with your friends, is going to make the experience so much more enjoyable. I truly believe that this style of community is going to revolutionize the industry and, honestly, its a push I am so thankful to see before my own parents reach that age.
