Great value here. #3 burger is double patty with no extra bread.. with Jalapenos was only $5.45 ( sandwich only). They claim their fries are 100% Canola oil fried, and cut on site before preparation. . My wife enjoyed her Chocolate shake. We ate for under $15 today. Please try it out!

As a SoCal girl, I was raised on In-n-Out. I recently moved to the area, so I was looking for quick eats while I unpack. This place picks up where In-n-Out left off. The fries are actually crispy and the meat is SEASONED. I love it. Service was fast and the prices are amazing. Ive found my new last minute meal place!

I ve gone to this p terry s location since they opened. I used to love coming here, but every time I go now the order is completely wrong. Wrong entrees, wrong sides, missing parts of the order. Not only that but the service is just disappointing. Even if i return with my receipt it s a battle to get my order corrected. This time they gave me someone s pickup order. We ordered through the drivethru. The order was COMPLETELY different. We ordered two double cheeseburgers with fries each. Instead we received a lettuce wrap, one order of fries, a veggie burger, and chicken bites. Not even remotely in the ballpark. There seriously needs to be some fixes here, these issues have gotten worse each time. We called and they picked up then hung up within five seconds. I ve been a long term P Terry s fan, but it s genuinely not worth going here anymore. Edit: John the GM was very nice in helping us. He s helped us with a solution, but the mishaps from before still stand. I m grateful for him!

Food is always great! But today the service just wasn t great. I ordered usual cheeseburger all the way, read my order back to me and it was what I wanted exactly. When I got to the window my coat was cheaper than usual. When I go to take a bite of my burger I notice I have no meat. I let the woman at the front know and instead of making a new burger, she just hands me a box with a patty and cold cheese..I m a little disappointed

I ordered a double cheeseburger and fries. The friendly female voice over the speaker confirmed my order, gave me a total price, and asked me to pull forward. When I got there, a young woman said my total was less than I expected. No wonder - there were no fries! I want to think I got someone elses order, but the burger details were spot on. Next time, Ill make sure I get my fries. They have really good fries here, and I love the burgers!

P Terrys is superior to In N Out because of their consistent quality, and great value for their meals. I moved from CA over two years ago, and the few times I ve been to the aforementioned California chain it just doesn t do it for me anymore neither the quality, but especially not the prices. Always friendly and terrific food. There is someone always working the cleanliness of the dining area (they do a great job!). Also like that you can get your own little cups of ketchup. Burgers are small, so if its your 1st time here like me. Get a double! Ingredients were superfresh even tho I didnt get pickles or onions on my burger. The chicken sandwiches are fabulous and dont taste like penicillin Fries are REAL fresh potatoes! Service was fast but could listen better to execute accurate orders. Overall it was Great. This was my first time at P.Terry s and it was good. Had a cheeseburger and fries combo and a vanilla milkshake. The burger was juicy and tasted fresh, I didn t get their sauce but added mustard, which is my preference. I liked the fries which came out hot and fresh. The milkshake was soft serve ice cream but tasted excellent which surprised me. The prices are pretty reasonable for 2 of us it was around $20 with the milkshake. Will definitely come here again.

I love the customer service. Putting hot sauce on a chicken sandwich does not make it a spicy chicken sandwich. When a customer ask for a spicy chicken sandwich we mean our chicken fillet was drowned or doused or marinated in some kind of spicy sauce like mango, habanera, hot sauce, buffalo sauce, etc. I know this will be my last visit to p. Terrys solely on the fact that their sandwiches are very small compared to what Im used to. Meaning it wasnt feeling it was more like eating something to hold you over until dinner.

Have never been before, but made a stop while taking a road trip, and it was a great decision. Went through the drive thru, so I cant speak of the inside of the building, but the outside looked well cared for and clean. There was no line, and the service for our order was super quick. This was my first time visiting P. Terrys Burger. This is a really nice restaurant inside and out. Very clean inside and out. The bathroom was very clean, and thats always important to me, but the floors were a little bit slippery. The restaurant had a nice smell to it when you walked in. Doesnt smell like old/dirty cleaning supplies. My family ordered cheeseburgers and hamburgers with fries, pink lemonad, and water. My daughter really liked the pink lemonad, and she definitely recommends trying that. The burgers all come with lettuce and tomatoes. I ordered the veggie burger, which is made in the store. It was the same size as their traditional burgers, but I wasnt sure how I felt about the consistency of it. It had a good flavor, but the consistency was like mashed beans in a patty. Im not sure if Id try it again or ask for it to be cooked a longer. The fries were a little soggy and salty. The prices are decent. If my family wanted to come back, I would give it another shot. Vegetarian options: They have an in-house made veggie burger.
