Would be a really good burger if the patties were bigger and if they tasted like they contained beef. Service was great, the place was spotless, fries are awesome. They patties were the only issue but its enough of an issue that I wont be back. My first and last trip to In-N-Out. I was in that area today and theres a Whataburger right across the street.

Not a big fan of In & Out. Our French fries were stale and shakes had no taste. Braums is our jam. Kid-friendliness: The restaurant was very busy. The language being used in the restaurant was not suitable for kids ears. Lots of cussing and loud conversations that were not kid appropriate during our whole meal.

It was crowded it was dirty.. My order was wrong I ordered 3 doubles NO cheese no burger sauce. I also ordered. 1 Fries and 2 large drinks.I wanted the sauces on the side with mustard..i told her 3 times no cheese...i never got my 2 large drinks and she put cheese on my burgers..after I told her NO cheese and she responded no cheese...i already waited 20 mins for my order..

Drove 3 hours for a truck deal but owner didnt have title... At least it wasnt a wasted trip, still got my double-double animal style, fries, and root beer! Food is always fresh and exactly as ordered. Im glad I live 3hrs away from In-N-Out... Id be 400# if I was within 30 minutes of one. The burgers at In-N-Out Burger were great as usual, and the service was exceptional. We were greeted by the staff just like at every other location, which was nice. However, lately, the fries have been a soggy mess. They taste as if they are recooked multiple times, which is disappointing. Compared to the location in North Dallas, the fries here definitely did not taste fresh. This inconsistency in quality is frustrating, and I hope they improve the fries to match the quality of their burgers and service.

My family operated a burger stand on The Strand at 42nd St in an unincorporated area of Los Angeles County for over a decade from the mid-50s to about 67. We who lived and surfed there still know this area as El Porto. In-N-Outs double-double cheese burgers, while not exactly the same as our cheese burgers were always take me back to those days, especially to the two summers before my junior and senior HS years when it was me, a bunch of guys with whom I surfed and played football and baseball as well as a couple of cheerleaders and song girls from our HS. Its great fun to revisit your youth whenever the mood strikes you.
