There is usually a line if you go during lunch hours, but they move it through quite fast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is clean and there are people busing tables nonstop. This location has minimal windows only in the front, so it s kind of dark, but I guess it adds to the calm atmosphere. The food is consistent Jason s Deli. Fresh and yummy. Vegetarian options: Salads galore. Parking: It s a little tight at busy hours. You can always find parking, but you might have to go further away.

Management needs to properly train staff on taking orders. After ordering with one simple detail got the wrong sandwich and sternly told, did you see that on the menu? Youre a deli, you have this? Yes You have this? Yes I assumed you could make a standard deli sandwich. Mgr refused. Would you like your money back? If you have to ask, no. Bad customer service. Were customers not the food youre preparing.

Cashier argued when I called an item by the wrong name got frustrated when I tried to explain and gave me the wrong item anyway. When I stated that it was wrong he lost his mind and yelled. We drove off with the wrong item.

I got a half mufaletta and a to go salad. My wife got the beefeater and a to go salad. The salad bar was nicely stocked with everything we love. The items were fresh and everything was full. The mufaletta was fantastic, and delicious. My wife really enjoyed her beefeater. Over all the quality of food was great! I highly suggest the salad bar

The quality of the service differs from how busy they are, but no matter what the employees are always happy to greet us, and the one time something went wrong, management were very understanding. Most of the time that me and my wife dine in we get our food pretty fast, although once or twice weve been left waiting a while... However the wait was always worth it, if it meant the food would come out right everytime. Vegetarian options: I believe they have a vegetarian pasta, and panini. Dietary restrictions: I think they have a gluten sensitive menu, aswell a vegetarian menu. Parking: A decent, but minda cramped parking lot. Kid-friendliness: They have a great and reasonably priced kids menu.

I do not think I will be returning to this Jason s Deli for a good while To begin, my journey at this location began with a girl at the cash register who was clearly not a trained employee as she struggled with every step of our order, and she was, well let s just say, not all there In contrast with other Jason s Deli locations I have dined at, Georgetown wins first prize for being the slowest to make orders. I think the drive thru makes things much more difficult, and when I would see the workers behind the counter, many just stand there looking confused. I, for one, was confused as well. Nothing on the menu at Jason s is challenging to prepare. As our food arrived, I realized that there was a mistake on my sandwich, prompting me to notify the employee who brought us our food, however, she kept pointing out the order receipt on the tray. I noticed the cashier had rung up part of our order incorrectly, but no one working understood that the problem started at the cash register! No, I was not changing my order after receiving my food. Perhaps this location has better service at lunch, but I am disappointed that each time I come to Georgetown Jason s it is a disappointment. It is best that I go to a different establishment when I am in the mood for a sandwich.

Hopefully just an off day. Place was super hot. No one would think to lower the blinds. It was packed. Thankfully the line flowed well even with just one cashier, and they were focusing on the food line for fast turnover. But the heat had some staff in a bad mood and answering aggressive to simple questions. Long line also makes it impossible to add to your order if you forgot something or need help. At least the food was quality.

First time at this location. Great location right off the interstate and nice space. Parking was tight at the time I arrived around 6:30 pm, so i had to park on the end just around the corner. Service was fine. I had the chicken salad sandwich, which Ive hundreds of times at other locations. This one was not good. Croissant was toasted and tasty, but the chicken salad itself tasted very off. Im not sure there was even pimeapple in it.

Good food here most of the time, but they dont seem to know how to handle curbside orders. I have always had issues with orders taking longer than expected and the notifications through the app being unhelpful, but specifically this time there was a lot of confusion, the workers were not listening to me and were rude.

The chicken was mushy and gritty. I hope I dont get sick tonight. The gumbo was questionable. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken & Avo panini. The blue chips were the only thing palatable. The hibiscus tea was very good. I was very hungry after driving a bus for 5 hours and got a big disappointment for my first time eating at this Jason Deli in Georgetown, TX, for a $20 meal. Got here for lunch at 2:10, not a single clean table at all- but about 12 dirty tables and no place to sit without cleaning your own table. I told the cashier where you place your order and she responded yes, I know. Still no clean tables by the time we got our order, so I asked for the manager and he said they were short handed, but were working on it. No apology,- nothing. The workers taking the food to new customers, only delivered food, but did not clean any tables at all, even though they hD nothing in their hands after delivering food. Very poor management skills! Had a great experience at Jason s Deli in Georgetown yesterday. I didn t feel like cooking because I had been up nursing my dog Duke back to health for the last four days. I was so tired and when the vet said he was doing great and we could relax a bit and sleep I decided I d pick up a delicious Rueben sandwich and a bowl of chili and some fruit for the next few meals. Of course I wasn t disappointed. For lunch I had a huge portion of corned beef on sour dough bread (didn t feel like having rye so they happily switched to accommodate me) which came with chips and a pickle. I only ate half because it was so big. I delicious bowl of chili and fresh fruit covered my dinner. By the way if they ever ask you if you want the dipping sauce with the fruit say YES! Sooo delicious and decadent without tasting too rich or heavy. The young lady was kind and professional and I got my food rather quickly as it was still early (around 11 am). All that food kept me fed and happy for the next 24 hours. I m so glad I stopped by Jason s Deli on my way home. I ate, caught up on some sleep and woke up ready to tackle my dogs health issues as this new year starts off!

The most boring JDs Ive ever been in. We ordered the salad bar and guess what there is no longer fruit or pudding on the bar for a dessert option. Ive been a fan of Jasons Deli since the the early 90s. I know covid took its toll on a lot of franshises and chains, but this Jasons was one of the saddest ones Ive ever been to. The most enjoyable thing about it was the peacefulness that we were able to enjoy while we ate... but this was due to the fact no one was there... and there may be a reason for that. With all the great dining establishments in Georgetown this is definitely now at the bottom of our list to frequent.

The food was fine, standard for Jason s deli but the place was so dirty!! We we dined in - 4 tables were dirty and not bussed for at least 20-30 minutes, the floors had so much junk at no point did I see anyone come out to sweep after people left . I saw a full lettuce leaf with crumpled napkins under an adjacent table it was there when we sat down and there when we left. The beverage station was covered with straw wrappers and liquid, never addressed while I was there. Not coming here again.

Biggest RIP OFFS IN GEORGETOWN AS FAR AS DELIVERY FEES. I HOPE THEY LOSE TONS OF BUSINESS CHARGING HALF THE COST OF A NORMAL ORDER FOR TWO. $10 DELIVERY FEE IS OUTRAGEOUS AND DISGUSTING. I had a extremely great experience at this Jasons deli. Abraham was my cashier he took my order and was very knowledgeable of menu. He told me the entire ingredients for the potato soup with a smile. Thanks you Abraham. Keep up the good work young man!

The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was okay. Went at 1:30, after lunch rush & the tables and floors were very dirty. They didnt seem to have anyone bussing tables or wiping them down. The floors were sticky and covered in food crumbs. Vegetarian options: Excellent salad bar

Wasnt that busy, but it seemed to take longer than it should have to get the food out. The New York Yankee sandwich I ordered, which should have been served warm, came out with cold meat. The pasta in the Chicken Alfredo my daughter ordered was way over-cooked and mushy.
