We recently bought and sold our second home with this company and Carmen Colon. The first time was great, no issues at all. They were amazing which is why we used them again and recommended her to others we knew. This time, when we were doing the final walk through on the house we were selling, the buyers asked where the mower was. We were confused. Bottom line, make you read EVERY SINGLE THING before you sign it. Our relator went over what our offer was and NEVER said a word about our riding lawn mower being in the offer. It s our fault for not catching it when we signed, but we get a relator to go over what we re signing ..anyways our relator admitted that she missed that once we were at closing (when it was too late). Mistakes happen, we get it, but we believe the mistake should ve been corrected. Instead of replacing our $3,500 mower (or even half of it), they gave us $900. $900 doesn t buy us a new mower. They told us they already comped enough for us. Those comps were agreed upon prior to the mower issue and we were told were for using them again ..if you decide to use this relator/company, you ll be okay as long as you read every single thing before you sign it and make sure you re okay with them not correcting mistakes.

Bottom line: verbal agreement was made between the agent and I for the real estate agent to find a tenant when buying rental unit but did not keep its promise and did almost no work to deserve the full commission. The broker Avis, who is the agent boss, also did say the agent did nothing wrong and will continue and get the commission that nor the agent or the company deserve. The handshake agreement was not upheld and broker only demands the commission they are entitled to when the deal is closed. - I recently worked and still working with Keller Williams for a condo purchase in Austin and had a disappointing experience. Initially, I was assured by the agent, Scott Stout, that he would assist in finding a tenant for my rental property. However, after the earnest money was deposited into the title company, I was informed that he no longer handles rentals, which was a key factor in my decision to proceed with the purchase. During the process, we wasted two days viewing condos because Scott was unaware of the rental cap. Additionally, I had to independently find out the rental value for a storage unit I purchased based on his recommendation, as he couldnt provide this information. I ended up doing all the groundwork myself, which was frustrating and time-consuming. Despite these issues, Scott promised to help find a tenant, but later stated, I dont do rentals anymore. This lack of follow-through has left me questioning the value of the service provided, especially considering the substantial commission involved. We are closing this fall/winter, so the deal hasnt been finalized yet, but this experience has been far from satisfactory. If Scott had informed me beforehand that he wouldnt assist in finding a tenant, I wouldnt have signed the deal with him. The overall experience did not meet my expectations, and I feel the service provided does not justify the commission awarded to Keller Williams and Scott. I hope this feedback helps others in making informed decisions.

Absolutely loved working with Ashley and Kris on the purchase of our first home. They were thoughtful, and understanding of our needs in a housing market that was not always the easiest. They were available and friendly, and made us feel at ease in the process. Highly recommend!

Our realtor for Life Steven Simmons talk to us about buying and selling our home in Central Texas. After that meeting we all realize that we could not do this without him and that his affiliation with Keller Williams seal the deal.

Realtor Yohana Balladares performed a splendid work, she was able to sell our property fast and swiftly, her vast contacts in the area and out of the area were crucial for us to sell. Thanks Yohana, great job, now off to bigger and better things!

Yohana Balladares the BEST!!!! I lost a home in 2008 during the Recession in 2008. I was worried with purchasing a home. I had contacted other realtor agencies to try to help find a home. I felt as if they were on there own time line to purchase. I was then recommend by a friend to work with Yohana Balladares, when I first spoke with Yohana I felt like she understood that we needed a home but we were not getting pushed in to something we didnt like. After weeks of working with Yohana we felt a sense of family around her. She we never pushy and always wanted to make sure we as the customer were satisfied and not overwhelmed. From start to finish Yohana help keep us calm and comfortable with he whole process. Since starting this journey last year and jumping relator to realtor; when we found Yohana it was a matter of less than 30 days she found a home that fits our style and budget. We have closed on our home and are excited home owners again, I will definitely recommend Yohana to anyone looking for a home.

Scott Williams took the most wonderful care of us! We were moving from out of state and had limited time options to come see homes. Each time we were able, Scott took countless hours and showed us homes in every area we were interested in. He helped point out different things in several homes that helped narrow our decision down. He had great suggestions on different neighborhoods and areas of town. We could tell right from the start that what mattered most to him was that we find a home we would love, not that he get the biggest commission possible. He is kind, genuine, caring and responsive. He kept us posted on everything all along the way. He negotiated for us to be able to get the home we wanted at a price we were comfortable with. As we were out of state during this process (and buying during the holiday season), Scott was extra amazing in helping meet every possible need. He went to the home for the inspection, advocating for us throughout. He let us know that the home could use cleaning after the buyers had moved. He opened and locked the home for a cleaner to come. He was willing to help in any way possible. When we arrived, he had a beautiful housewarming gift for us. I had become ill on the trip and he checked back to see how I was feeling. Scott is not only an amazing agent but a terrific friend. We can t recommend him enough and will definitively use him if the need arises again in the future!

Where do I begin? I was called by a realtor named Pamela coindreau and was asked to give access to a property Im helping show for someone...to be transparent Im not a realtor...Im there to give access only. The client of Mrs. Coindreau was mentioning something about countertops to which I replied that I knew of a place in town that Ive used before that does great work that I can refer you to. Apparently this was over the top to Pam who proceeded to accuse me of trying to take her client and budding in to her sale and decided to do this in front of the client. Id like to also point out that on more than one occasion I mentioned that I was not a realtor which Mrs. Coindreau missed numerous times. Naturally being mild mannered I apologised and backed away. Far be it from me to deliver any knowledge about a property that I know to help everyone in making a decision. The unmitigated gaul I had to speak!!!! Of coarse after everyone left Pam decided to call me back and dress me down again over the phone!!!! Maybe she burnt her eggs this morning? Or possibly discovered that she ran out of shampoo. I will never of coarse know what made her so ornery or that it was ok to behave in such a manner in front of buyers who were made uncomfortable. I understand everyone wants to feel important but pretending to be tough is not the way. Hopefully all the other agents of this office are different. Although Im not an realtor I am in real estate. I apologize to all those who have dealt with or will deal with Pam. Common courtesy and decency is not part of her daily routine.

Kelly Glass sold two houses for my family. She is a master negotiator and was never anything but professional. She is knowledgeable, and worked tirelessly to help us get the best deal for our house. In one of the sales, the buyers lender was less than forthcoming regarding issues with their loan and cost us an extra month waiting. Kelly negotiated for appropriate compensation for us. In the process, the buying agent began to swear at Kelly, and Kelly remained professional (at 11 p.m.!!) She even completed some of the work that the buying agent was supposed to do! Kelly was also my neighbor for 5 years and I can confidently say that the previous review by Amanda Roberts is an attempt at defaming Kellys character by a disgruntled remote relative.
