This Agency had/has the listing for 103 Cattle Drive in Sun City Georgetown Texas. we put in a full price offer via our agent and was told verbally that it was accepted. 10 days later when the offer wasnt signed and executed (While this Broker and his agency was not communicating with us at all) we were told he had not has the Trustee of the Family Trust sign the agreement but the 91 year old that was the original owner. Know we knew it was in a Trust because its public and in the tax rolls, and all trust have an executor that has power of Attorney, we were told the Owner and the Trustee were discussing it with means the Trustee was in the loop. But this Agency did not have the Trustee sign the agreement to sale. Well I would think its common sense to get the person with authority to sign the agreement to begin with, not somebody else. That is like getting the 15 year old child to sign and assume that is the authorized signatory. As far as I am concerned this agency is unprofessional and incompetent at best and should have there license revoked. They are deceitful and untrustworthy at the worst. Im not sure if it is deliberate or just incompetent.. Stay away from them if you can.

Joseph Aubin is one of the finest professionals that I have ever met in the real estate industry. Having myself bought and sold likely 85 properties in the last 30 years as investments abroad, I have met my share of realtors. From the moment I made my first contact with Joseph right until our closing on our new home in Georgetown I knew I was dealing with somebody who was of excellent moral character, responsive to questions and concerns, professional, detailed, Extremely knowledgeable and showed That he truly cared about his clients throughout the entire process. You can t go wrong in selecting Joseph Aubin as your designated realtor for a purchase or a sale. This man went above and beyond to get us into our new home even helping us with insurance services recommendations for local escrow companies, financing solutions, always willing to lend a hand and meet us at the property at various points with contractors. Thank you Joseph, we certainly appreciate all you ve done to help us throughout this process and will continue to recommend you to everyone we know either buying or selling real estate in the local area.

He has a sign on some land in Granger that says for sale. I called the number and he informed me indeed he had the property for sale. I asked him the address so myself and realtor could go look at the property but he said he was driving and would get back to me. Didn t hear back so called him the next day. Again he said he was driving and would pull over to text me the address. He never did. I then texted him asking for the address and he said he didn t know who this was as I wasn t in his contacts. I informed him who I was and we ve been talking about a specific property. He never responded. Tried texting him two more times with no response. If there is actually property for sale I feel sorry for whoever is having this agent represent them. Or it s just a ploy to get you to contact him and he will try to defer you to other properties as the one in question doesn t actually exist. My realtor informed me the latter is likely. Avoid this guy at all costs.

We recently went thru the process of selling our house in Georgetown, TX. Since we were relocating out of the area, it was very important that we select our realtor carefully. We were proud to have Joseph Aubin representing us in the Georgetown real estate market. His professionalism and business acumen were always evident and reassuring to us. I dont normally like to write reviews or provide feedback but I feel I must share my experience with Joseph Aubin as my listing agent. He talks a good game but came short on delivering. From my experience, he did little to promote my listing, seems to be reactive instead of being proactive in promoting or doing anything for the property. I had to request that we hold open houses or suggest marketing ideas. I dont believe any marketing was done for the list except having it on the MLS listing. I truly believe that he was hoping to list the property on the MLS and pray that a buying agent will bring the buyers. Joseph seems to have a reason or response for everything. My communication literally takes days before receiving a response only after numerous follow-ups on my end. He later told me he was busy working on his own properties to get them market ready. This review is not about whether or not my house sold with J. Aubin Real Estate but more about the professionalism, efforts, and commitment of the listing agent - Joseph Aubin.

As first time homebuyers, we were apprehensive about finding a realtor. We called several and got a very car salesman vibe from most. They would offer to put us on mailing lists but wouldnt really listen to what we were looking for. Then came Joseph. He was the only one who made us feel as though he was looking for a house for us, and not just a commission for himself. He took the time to listen to our wants and never made us feel that they were out of reach. He was with us every step of the way and went above and beyond our expectations. We truly believe we would not be homeowners if not for Josephs help. We will recommend him to everyone we know and are grateful to have found such an amazing realtor.
