Marbach new Little Caesars the breading was thick, hard, dry and not enough cheese the pepperoni was good. when we told them they wanted pictures and receipts which we provided they replaced the pizza but with a bad attitude. We wont go here again and go back to Potranco. Buisnesses should appreciate feedback so they know whos messing up on duty.

Waited for over an hour was charged incorrectly. Had to go back get refunded and then wait again. Once I got home it was the wrong food. We ordered a cheese and one sausage and got a pepperoni and sausage. Its almost been a week and still have not received my refund. Hopefully it was processed correctly. Parking: Parking can get tight during rush hours

Horrible experience at this georgetown location. Ordered on line, confirmation stated pickup time 5- 5:05pm. Came to location at 5pm. Staff couldnt find my order. Told me it would be ready at 5:38. I told them that was unacceptable. Staff said because it is a deep dish pizza they take longer, still unacceptable. Received pizza at 5:15pm.

Order took over 25 minutes from the time I placed my order, and I was told to park in the back of the building and person at the cashier took my vehicle information and I was forgotten about had to walk inside after 30minutes and look for my order. Was told it would be ready in 5-7 more minutes. I was not happy. Felt like customer service wasnt taking there jobs seriously and that they had a lot of growing up to do, or training issues not we exactly sure which one is the issue.

Gave one star bc the girl was nice that took our order. The pizza and cheese bread was awful, I don t know how anyone with brains thinks it was ok to have this leave with a customer. We waited 27 min when I was told 10, so I expected it to be fresh. Well it wasn t , it was dry and hard. That definitely isn t a good combination. For $35. I mean i get it it s not top rate chef skills that are required but at least learn how to cook the only thing that is sold most at this pizza place. I guess it would be smart to check pizzas before leaving this place.

This is the Best little Caesars Pizza Ive been to since I was a kid in the early 90s! The pizza is never raw or under cooked, they never over sauce the pizza and they actually put enough cheese and topping without having to order extra! Food

So I know mgmt doesnt care because after reading all the horrible reviews something should have been done to change fire every one and get real workers. I spent $40 on 3 pizzas 3 large pizzas and got one ok pizza. One large was a reg medium crust stretched out so thin because it was not the right crust that the crust had missing gaps. And my last large had paid for sausage pepperoni green peppers onions and mushrooms but got a veggie smeared into the lid. We ate them in anger because we were so hungry to eat what we wanted and didnt get what we paid for because after working all day having to call a store that literally NEVER answers the phone is all we could do never will order from here again. I used to work for their competition pizza restaurant and our manager would call randomly to see if we answered the phones 3 rings is what we got and believe you me we made mad $$$ this owner definitely has dropped the ball and doesnt like money. Better luck somewhere else. Papa Johns here we come.

Staff was very friendly. There really isnt parking. It is set up as a drive up and go (not a drive thru) but I was in a company vehicle and we couldnt fit so there was a small area they let us park at and after we placed our orders they brought it out to us.

Ordered thin crust pizza with just three extra toppings on pizza. What I received was a pizza with absolutely everything on it. I never order pineapples, hot peppers, nor black olives on any pizza that I eat. Never had this happen while ordering pizza. Person taking order had to ask me several times what I wanted. Ordered online & it was only crazy bread & cheese bread, along with a drink at 6:13pm. Pick up time was between 6:33-6:38. Didnt have my food ready until 6:54 (40 mins after ordering) all because they hadnt made any crazy bread? Guess I wont go to this location again, plus the spot its in the parking is horrible & its a pain to even get back on the road depending on which way you have to go. I really have grown attached to Little Ceasars ExtraMostBestest stuffed crust pizza and lunch combos. Sure wish there was a personal extra most bestest stuffed crust. I can only eat 2 pieces. I usually have a problem with most companys pizza sauce. I even eat my crust now that it is stuffed with cheese. You guys should branch into calzones. Extramostbestest pepperoni stuffed calzone! Georgetown University location Caesars Did online order pick up and scheduled to pick up my pizza at 12pm. I get there and my order isnt ready. As far as little Caesars goes, this location was actually the best Ive been at. Although the location is kinda awkward, parking is small, they have a drive thru to make up for that and with how busy they were when me and my friends went to get our food, I was shocked in seeing the quality we received and how timely the staff remained. I didnt interact with them personally, but no complaints were said and lets be real, this pizza is for those who are on a budget or need a lot for less. Flavors arent amazing but the price and speed is what brings you back, this location provided quality in a timely manner as well. Im jealous this isnt the location that I live nearby.
