I ve never been to a more disgusting restaurant in my life. The bathrooms were honestly worse than a truckstop. The toilets look like they had not been cleaned in months or more, growing mold and everything else barf. There was used paper towel and toilet paper on the ground, the toilet bowl cleaner was just laying in the middle of the room, the floor was covered urine. It was FILTHY both men s and women s room. Below the tv in the corner there was HUNDREDS of dead crickets. It s too bad, this place could be cute but if everything else is this filthy I just wonder what the kitchen looks like.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and received a pizza with hair in it. I tried calling the store and it automatically goes to a call center that can t help you with issues with your order, all they can do is place new orders. They tell you all they can do is transfer your call to the store because refunds are only issued at the store level. What s the point of a call center if it s not to help with customer satisfaction?? After they transferred me to the store I waited on hold for over 30 minutes, and nobody ever answered. so I m disputing the charge with my bank. Food Quality is awful, Customer Service is even worse. Order Delivery somewhere else

I ordered my favorite veggie pizza; the Tastemaker (large, thin crust, well done with mushrooms, onions and black olives). Normally, I ve had really good experiences with Pizza Hut, but this one was terrible. Placed delivery order through app. Somehow, the app/system changed order to carry out. Had to call and follow up. They finally delivered the order 2 hours after it was placed, but they forgot the extra sauces we paid for and gave us the wrong salad dressing. Pizzas were over cooked and flat with little to no sauce. Looked and tasted like those 7-11 pizzas that they leave sitting out all day. Salad was poorly put together and we found a piece of a plastic bag in it (see photos). Makes me rethink continuing to order from them if this is going to be their new level of service.

I ordered for delivery and 30 minutes after the pizza was supposed to arrive I called in to wait for 7 minutes on hold before learning that my pizza was still sitting there and they had forgotten to send it out. That sucked but it sucked even worse because of the attitude of the person on the phone. They offered no compensation and I wont be back.

Update (3/22/2024 - 5 stars): has quite a few more visits since the last update, with the latest being dine in (This was the first done in experience at this location) and the nostalgia hit hard. Fresh pizza and soda in the plastic red cups with the stained glass lights above the tables. I wish the buffet was still a thing, but its long since vanished. The two pizzas were ordered were delicious and the whole experience was great for me and my family. Update (5/31/2020 - 4 stars): After several bad experiences, management reached out to make things right. There was a little miscommunication about some things, but the staff stuck by it and compensated me. I have since been back a few times and everytime I have ordered from this location I have been pleased with the results. I hope the quality of service remains the same or improves after all of reduced capacity restrictions are lifted from the pandemic. Update (4/22/2020 - 1 star): I decided to give the ol Hut another try. Not only did the Ready in 15 min order take 28 minutes, but they managed to screw my order up in two different ways. Ordered a dinner box with extra sauce on the pepperoni pizza, and requested 2x bread sticks and no Cinna sticks. I did receive the 2x bread sticks, but there were no maranara dipping sauces included, and the pizza was regular sauce but extra cheese. Downgrading to 1 star, and will never visit this location again. Its sad that I need to drive to Round Rock to get decent service from a national chain. (The RR location on University is amazing) Original (Dec 2018 - 2 stars): Always slow. 15 min orders are usually at least 25 min. If you really want Pizza Hut, make the drive to one of the Round Rock locations.

I have been ordering weekly, for the past 2 months, w/great customer service. Tonight, Tasha, the manager was very rude! Ive ordered many times from here and after many times they never get the orders correct. Its really the small things that count the most. If pizza hut is going to use door dash to deliver then pizza hut needs to verify the correct orders with the dasher before delivering the food. I dont understand how hard or difficult that can be. If someone is managing a business they need to learn to pay more attention to detail then trying to push the orders out the door. I do not recommend ordering anything from this location cause there is no guarantee they will make things right if they screw up. A $5 coupon isnt the right reward for their screw up.

The gentleman who waited on my almost 5 year old son and I, tonight(8-13-23), did an outstanding job. He went above and beyond to be friendly and accommodating for us. We had a great time and it literally took me back in time to when I was my sons age. Personal pan pizza for the kid, meat lovers pan for dad, the red cups, the table cloth. When you think of Pizza Hut, this is what you have in your mind. We were here after watching the Ninja Turtles movie in the theater, and to end our great night the young man gave my son the Big New Yorker box that had all the characters. Give this man a raise!!!! Had the best time here today! I haven t sat and eaten in a Pizza Hut in maybe 20 years? I had seen someone post about it on Facebook and how it had a retro feel! Well it did not disappoint! Excellent service, everyone working there were so kind and kept asking if we needed anything. The restaurant itself was clean and definitely had the nostalgia feel with Flinstones playing in the corner, the lamps, the tablecloths, it was perfect! And the wings and pizza were delicious. Would absolutely love to come again!

Very mad! Food was as to be expected from pizza hut. What angers me is the bate and switch on prices. We tried to order online but it wasnt working well so with frustration called in order. We ordered 3 large pizzas all of which should have been almost 20.00 cheaper per online prices. It ended up being over $65.00 ! Trust me it wasnt worth $65.00 ! While the employees at this Pizza Hut seemed very nice, the restaurant itself left much to be desired with regard to cleanliness. The air conditioning system was extremely loud, the bathrooms had dangerously scalding hot water and the booth Windows along with the tables obviously hadnt been cleaned in quite some time. We ordered the big New York Pizza but the crust was overcooked and the pizza was extremely greasy. I would have given it 1 star if the employees had not been so friendly. Sadly, I cannot recommend this particular Pizza Hut.

This was the coolest experience ever. This Pizza Hut is one of the last pizza huts that you are able to dine in. Such a nostalgic atmosphere to be in with their iconic chandeliers/booths. And for as old as it seems, it was actually pretty clean. Our service we received was amazing as well.

Normally I don t have many bad experiences with Pizza Hut delivery, but tonight was horrible. I ordered a 6 pc Buffalo wings and Cheese bread in which I was notified door dash would suddenly be handling my order. Which is fine, it s happened before, but tonight I got the text my delivery was arriving, and I saw the car getting close on the map, but nothing ever arrived. I tried to call the door dash number to see if they were lost and it kept going straight to voicemail. I tried to call the Pizza Hut I ordered from after I saw the car starting to leave on the map from my order tracker, and they basically blew me off and said it would be here soon. Well I eventually got a door dash photo of my food by the laundry Care center which I had to walk all the way over to pick up, and by the time I got my food everything was cold and I didn t even get cheese bread- they sent garlic bread! I m so disappointed and hate that I spent $27 on cold food and half my order wrong.

A beautiful pizza pie and perfect employees Id love to have if I ever had a fast food chain period. One of very few sit down pizza huts in the world, this one is a true experience that one must take the time to enjoy and remember when pizza hut truly king! Not only was the place clean, but the place mate on the table did not stick to my arm at all or hardly ever like I remember(yall know haha). The cups were cleaned up as well, I had a cracked one but thats was ok as it held the test of time and shall continue to make a new fun memory for me. The cutlery ....guess what yall, clean enough to eat with and see yalls beautiful selfs in. The pizza we had was beyond my expectations as I have had bad pizza hut pizzas before from round rock, VERY sad stuff, but the georgetown location makes it up and makes my head happy from depression. Oh and the service was simply 11/10! No words really, I suggest people feel it rather then me explaining it, you will feel the same way as well I hope. We came to this location to be able to dine in and enjoy some pizza. The place was dead and at first and kind of scary but MY GOODNESS this was probably one of the best pizza experience Ive had, we have 3 kids and they also enjoyed their visit a lot. We ordered from the Pizza Hut app, and I guess now they partner with door dash for delivery. The door dash driver dropped off shrimp tacos instead and there was no way to contact the driver to correct. We called the store, and store manager Chris was incredibly helpful and professional about the whole situation. He coordinated with Door Dash and got us squared away. The pizza itself was fresh, delicious and wasn t light on the toppings. Definitely ordering from here again. Chris is a rock star!

No acknowledgment walking in literally had 4 people (employees) look at us and I finally asked (do we seat ourselves?) sign said wait to be seated 3 other people in total at 1 other table and they said they had to seat themselves. The young man said yeah uhh I guess so ??? We waited 20 min no one came to the table so we left. The place was ice cold And every employee looked mad to be there (except the 2 outside smoking) and they could not care less. Some of the worst service I have ever gotten. I wont come back again. Ive come 3 times in the last few months and EVERY time has been a disaster. Food has been good, but the lack of management and communication within the crew is pitiful. This time, I waited a hour for my pizza to find out that my order was canceled due to lack of communication. Then had to wait for another pizza to be made. I worked at this location for 9 months as a driver. Katrina the old store manager was fair and the hardest working boss I ve had. After Katrina left Pizza Hut, the general consensus of the employees was that the new manager was hostile and discriminatory. I reported the harassment I experienced and reported it to HR. The area manager texted me after hearing of the report Do no play around the system and I was terminated for insubordination by our area manager.

Pizza was average. More importantly, the honey BBQ sauce ir ordered extra was open and spilled all into the bottom of the bag with the other sauces. Everything it that bag was swimming in BBQ sauce. It was a mess. Driver did not offer to replace or make it right. Responded... opps, sorry. Have a great night. Disappointed.

There were wood splinters in my cajun-seasoned fries. When I called to report this to the restaurant, the man who answered the phone yelled at me and hung up. I have no faith that there will be anything done to prevent future customers from eating splinters. I have reported this to the health department and customer service.

Burnt pizza was told it would be remade. 30 min later I get a pizza, get home and its the burnt one. Called and promised a credit on my account for the inconveniences. Called a couple days later to redeem and was told credit did not exist. Guy on the phone could care less tried explaining that we were told an oven issue occurred that day, but he claimed to be unaware. I used up all of my hit rewards on the order, pints earned from purchasing pizza from them. Dude on the phone today, you need to grow up and show some customer service and responsibility.

We never received our food. $28.71 and never received it, and when I called to let them know we never received it. Katrina the general manager argued with me for 30 minutes that I was lying. Absolutely the worst customer service ever and she the GM!!! Wow! Thanks for hanging up on us Katrina!

Ordered online through the app. Totaled out at $83.68. By the time I got there, total went up to $113.00. Asked why the app differentiated from the price at store. Employee got the manager. From the start of our conversation she was yelling. Trying to attract attention from the few guests that were there I suppose. She said she didnt know why. I asked for the total again. Due to frustration used 1 curse word. The screaming elevated and continued from the manager. I asked for the total again calmly, before asking her to calm her voice. Canceled the $113.00 order that was ready. Drove to A.W. Grimes Pizza Hut in Round Rock. Paid the original $83.00. Recieved excellent customer service. Apparently Georgetown doesnt offer the same service or menu items as the app. Never again. I doubt they team will comment or reach out. Seeing as how they only comment on positive reviews.

Last delivery they missed an item and the young girl told me oh well, too bad so sad, cant have a driver go that way and cant get your money back or any discount. It s not you, it s me. I ve seen the recent commercials for Pizza Hut and growing up with BookIt made for a nostalgic moment. None of my kids had ever had it before, so I had talked it up and related it to some of the best memories of pizza as a kid. Dining in, playing arcade games, retrieving a free personal pan for reading books, etc. I felt sad to see the dining room was closed and probably never going to open again. Brought home the supreme pizza, cheese pizza & bread sticks order and it wasn t the same. Pretty basic, nothing wow, nothing blah. But my kids said never again, so sorry to have to say goodbye, but we re at different points of our lives and it s time we go our separate ways. Thanks for the memories.
