I love escape rooms and this was no different. The room was great, it was two stories which was a first! However, the room was soo hot. They had a portable AC unit in the room but it was not helping. Walking into this place I was hoping to escape the 100+ degree Texas summer heat, but instead we walked right into it when our escape room was supposed to be stuck in a snowstorm in Alaska! Very off brand lol. Besides the heat, it was a good escape room, the instructor gave a bit too much information in the beginning during his speech in my opinion.

Horrible experience. Zero stars. We reserved the White House for a birthday party. Listed as up to 8 people... no way! We had 6 kids and the first two rooms were incredibly small. The worst part was the AC was out. One of the workers said it had been out for weeks. Nobody called us to warn us of this. It was so hot!!! We would have changed our plans if we had been given notice on the lack of AC. Clues were hard & confusing and some props didnt work properly making it impossible to solve. Overall, complete waste of money, my son even said I feel like I wasted my birthday by going there

Hated it! I booked a room as a part of celebrating my 12 yo daughters birthday. We were a group of 6 & none of us enjoyed the experience.There was no warm welcoming greeting, the game master was not friendly or inviting. He seemed busy & frustrated. The place wasnt clean I noticed dust & hairballs. We did not escape! Upon arrival it would have been nice for it to be vocalized we had chosen the most difficult room(Moffianos) It just seemed like there was no rhyme or reason! We were just flying blind. Money wasted!!Terrible ending to an amazing day.

HOT and not in the good way. If you wanted people out of there, you were doing a fine job. Seating out front was dirty and uncomfortable. Not very inviting to relax after escaping. The room itself could use an update, difficult to read lock numbers from worn down. Lastly if it is going to be that hot at least provide some water.

I have been to at least a dozen escape rooms with varying but generally very good experiences. I like escape rooms, but not this one. The service and game masters were fine. The main entryway was kept at 77 degrees which was a little uncomfortable for me but not a deal breaker. We were in the Gallery. The puzzles were actually good, but the maintenance of the room was terrible. Despite understanding and solving several of the puzzles, poor design or maintenance prevented several of the buttons from working properly despite ample effort in pushing. There was chewed gum stuck inside holes where you are meant to be feeling for clues with your hands. There was a malfunctioning door that kept opening (I think to a different escape room) with minimal effort. It was bad enough that my family left after 30 minutes. There was no effort made by staff to try to ameliorate the situation. Disappointing and frustrating family night to celebrate Father s Day. Tried booking at another place but unable so overall a bad ending to a great day :/ Management called a couple of hours afterward to better understand our issues. They also refunded our fees. So, I raised the rating from one star to two stars.

This review is not for the the story or the challenge, but for the facility. We did Maffianos and the room is horrible and not well maintained at all. Parts of the room did not work at all. Bread feels real gross. Room is poorly put together. Pictures have writing in them that shouldnt. I would not recommend this place at all.

This was the worst escape room I ve ever experienced and I ve done at least over 20 rooms. I m never the I need to talk to your manager type of guy, but this was the closest I ve ever felt to needing to. We completed the Cabin Fever room and enjoyed it last year so we figured returning here would be a safe choice. We first get there and they were unable to accept our payments, their card reader was broken. I was told that I needed to go get cash since they couldn t get any of our cards to charge - totally okay with me. We were given a small discount to attempt to make up for the inconvenience. It brought it down from $44 a person to $36 a person. We found it really strange that the employee walked to the back with the cash I gave him and did not provide us with a receipt. The employee was also dressed in pajamas, slippers, and dirty socks.. not a good look for any business. We eventually get into the room and it was a disaster. Nearly ever single puzzle was not working properly. The smoothest part of the escape room experience was entering a password onto a computer. The touchscreen was a little annoying to deal with - having a mouse would make the process much more user friendly. We called for help multiple times but we were set on the wrong walkie channel at the start. Eventually our game master notices and comes in to help and adjusted our walkie. Out of respect for future visitors, I will not post specific details that include spoilers; at least 5 puzzles had serious issues. The sensors need some real overhaul. Don t even get me started on the major puzzle in the middle of the room. The latch to the door that we need to open looks like something we shouldn t touch - the wires are showing and it barely looks like a latch, it more just resembles a block of wood. It was also already exposed prior to us solving the clue, which reinforced our initial thoughts that we shouldn t be touching it. A little halfway through the experience, I heard our game master tell us on the walkie that we have 3 minutes left. Puzzled, I asked my friends if I heard that right. Some of my friends reasoned that he meant 30 minutes instead and that we might have misheard. Sure enough, 3 minutes later he walks in telling us that we were close but unfortunately ran out of time. We were truly confused and told him that we have been in the room for 40 minutes maximum - he then apologized and said that he must have set the timer wrong and gave us 15 extra minutes. We expressed our frustration at the end of our experience and our game master candidly said that they have been having a ton of issues with this room in particular and said that it was functioning better today than usual. He basically tried to downplay and justify our terrible experience. If this is the case, this room should not be sold at all until it runs smoothly. Not a single person in my group enjoyed the experience. Upon completion, we were not offered a picture of us to be taken. I honestly would ve expected some type of refund because of how disastrous our experience was. We were so disappointed and frustrated, we decided to do a room at escapology later that night. Thankfully, that experience was enjoyable. As a business, if you re going to be charging $44 a person, this room better run smoothly for at least 95% of the experience. This price point is higher than any of the other rooms I ve done. Also, they charge a fee of around $25 for booking rooms online - I m not sure if this fee is also included if you book it in person. But that s just truly ridiculous.

Terrible. We did the Maffianos room. Lots of clues that didnt seem to belong in the room and appeared recycled. Very little interaction with the instructor who just seemed busy. Probably the worst one weve ever done. I dont know if we just picked the worst room or they were not properly staffed during the holidays. We obviously didnt escape because we were working on red herring clues apparently that the instructor didnt even seem to know about. Will not go back.

UNACCEPTABLE!!! The extra star is solely for the nice guy that checked us in. The room was fun but it has come to our attention that key puzzle elements have been broken for at least 6 months and they have known about the items being broken and still have not been fixed. WHY ARE YOU STILL SELLING THIS ROOM?! When we brought up the broken items it was shrugged off. If I recall the woman s response was Oh yeah that s a bummer What is a bummer is spending $70 for a broken room. That s the bummer. Oh also when their elements did not work we called for help and no one responded. Brought my friend in from out of town and I won t bring another back. Bummer cause it would have been really well done if they kept their location in shape. The room that is broken on at least two elements is The Gallery be warned! Also was not offered anything for them selling us a broken escape room. Fool me once Edit: they did contact us and gave a refund which I appreciate a lot.

Amazing!!!! Ive never done this before. So cool. They do an amazing job, not cheesy like I expected. Cool technology. Awesome team building. The people are amazing, and the escape room we did was so well thought out! I will do this several times again! It was fun to see how different team members utilize different skills working as a group to solve the problems. Such a wonderful experience!

I really enjoyed the first room I did here on Friday, the Cabin - a good challenge, Sebastian and the new trainee gave solid clues, and had an awesome time chatting before and after the game. But man, came back to try the Gallery room and like half of the puzzles were broken or malfunctioning. An early puzzle was never reset so we accidentally skipped it, a door was stuck so we thought we were doing something wrong when it just wouldn t open, a correct solution didn t release a clue, the bad soldering for a puzzle meant only 1 of our 3/4 correct guesses even registered at all for one puzzle, a correct answer didn t register as correct for the very final puzzle overall really disappointed in the second room I did here. It really felt like it should ve been closed for repairs until it was fully functional

A couple of days ago, my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. I attempted to schedule a game here but the online reservation minimum was 4 players. When I called, the person who answered the phone said they would reduce it to 3. So, instead of selling the room to two, they received NO money and the room sat empty. If you are looking for escape rooms for 2, please know you will not be allowed to only pay for 2 at this location. They will charge for at least 3 players. So, beware!!

I booked this as a teambuilder for my work team. I had seen all of the good reviews and thought it would be a great way to problem solve together. We booked The Gallery room. Unfortunately it turned out to be a disappointment. 3 of the puzzles in this room didnt work correctly. Our game master would nonchalantly mention oh, this one is glitchy, or this one sometimes doesnt work. We lost time trying the suggestions multiple times. We asked for a clue when we got stuck and lost 10 min of our time waiting for an answer as our game master was not available. We got there 15 min early as requested but then when asked were kind of rudely told we are waiting until your appt. time so we started 15 min late. It just wasnt as fun as expected given all of this. Maybe the other newer rooms are better, and perhaps Sherry or another game master would have made our experience better, but I would not recommend based on our experience.

Very unique kind of escape room here, and I really enjoyed it. We did the caban escape room and not giving anything away, but it used elements that I had never seen in an escape room before. I recommend this for after a dinner as it is quite fun after you are all filled up and have some energy. I do find it a little annoying that you cant guarantee a room for just your party, but with some careful planning and decision making, you can make it solely for your party. The rooms themselves are also very fairly ranked, and if you are new to escape rooms, make sure you choose the easiest one if you want a decent chance of making it. Overall, I fully recommend and hope to do more of their rooms in the future.

My sister bought out a room for us as a Christmas gift to me and we had a blast! She unknowingly picked the hardest escape room, but we powered through and ended up timing out with two puzzles incomplete. The room was well thought out and the storyline was creative and fun! Our only complaints is that some of the puzzles had been torn apart by previous players and could really use a refresh as parts of them were peeled off and confusing. Also, when our room was reset prior to our session, one of the clues to the lockbox we were trying to open was actually inside the lockbox. We would never have been able to solve that particular lockbox code as the missing piece was inside of it. We were early to our time slot but the group ahead of us was running behind so they had to, very quickly, reset our room which probably added to the mistake. Otherwise, I would give them a perfect review! We will definitely go back to try another room in the future!

We had a great time!! We actually enjoyed ourselves so much we ended up coming back twice in one day! The staff was really nice and helpful. If you have a smaller group you should go with the smaller rooms- we had a team of 4 and did the Cabin Fever but we weren t able to escape because there was too much to do (max is 12 people) so if you have at least 6-12 people you would probably be more successful! If you re a smaller party like 4 people- you should do the White House room. Overall great experience !

I did the zombie outbreak with a group of 3 friends. The room was a blast and definitely made us think! Laurel, Wes, and Nia were awesome and very helpful whenever we got stuck. I will say the room was a little less scary than we were expecting (which was a good thing!). Overall a fantastic experience, I definitely would recommend this room!

This is our second room at this location and we enjoyed it so much! It was my friend s second escape room ever.. my husband and I have done 70+ and we really thought this one was top notch! This place uses all the traditional escape room tricks and some really interesting ones! Megan, our game master, was really sweet and made our game feel personal to us. played mafianos on 4/10/22. before starting game, gamemaster sebastian paused to reset one of the puzzles and then ensuring my team room was ready. room was not ready at entering room 2, 2 puzzles were not reset resulting in a pause in our momentum. gamemaster came in and reset the room and once completing we entered the third room and room was not reset. my team asked if we could redo the room but was denied. we were offered to do another room at another time for free and receive a f/u call from mgmt. a week later, no phone call. highly disappointing, considering we have played all other rooms except for 1 at this location. since room is relatively new, we also had some comments to make room better..no f/u from mgmt

Had such a fun time! I went with my husband and a couple of friends and this is not the first time weve done escape rooms. We did white house diffusal and it was difficult and challenging however our game master, Sebastian, was awesome! He gave some good clues and was a fun part of the experience. Horrible customer service!!! Website isn t up to date which lead to us being double booked. Was told they need to run it by the manager and call back. They didn t answer the phone for Hal hour and then was told management often makes mistakes. So after we already were half way there they (40mins ) we were told we couldn t come. Called before purchasing tickets to confirm their was opening during the DAY was told they had multiple bookings available. Purchased tickets and went to book and only had night available. Was told by employee that it was the owner who I talked to and he has the phone routed to him and he doesn t have any idea about availability because he isn t even there. They don t even have phones in the actual place of business. He just wanted to make a quick buck because we had a very large group. Be aware. Employee was super helpful and nice though. Our main issue with Project Panic was the number of clues that were broken. Our game master had to come in the room three times to either fix a broken clue, tell us oh thats not working but its no big deal or to adjust something that we had the right answer to, but was just not opening the box. For the price, there shouldnt be any broken clues, but three is definitely unacceptable. The facility was also extremely dirty. Dust and hair balls under all the furniture. If they arent able to even run a broom through the place, there is no way they actually wipe down the items that multiple people are touching as they play the games everyday. The bathroom reminded me of a truck stop- if youre going to play here, make sure you use the restroom before coming in. Truly disgusting. We played the Gallery room, and the room was pretty basic- definitely not as high tech and well designed as many other facilities weve visited.

Im only giving 4 out of 5 stars since one the clues in the room had a slight malfunction (morse code machine) which made it difficult to progress without asking for a hint.

5 stars for Cabin Fever Sabrina was a great gamemaster! 2 1/2 stars for White House so splitting the difference overall.
