I went to this burger establishment for the first time after looking at the reviews on Google. First, I want to say that I was leery walking and not properly greeted by the cashier that took my order. He totally could use some customer service classes. My order was incorrect: Little burger easy mayo and fries (that was so old that some of them were hard and over cooked). Specifically requested fries NO SALT. Then after checking to see if everything looked good after spending over $12.00 for a tiny hamburger and very over cooked French fries. I asked the cashier, where are the rest my fries. He says, well if you didnt order the coke (very flat), then you could gotten more fries! After literally handing this terrible restaurant my $12. I was highly upset and disappointed and walked out and will NOT go here while working in the Missouri City area. I cant even give this place a star. Parking: Do not eat here. Food is old and customer service is TERRIBLE

Server spilled our drinks twice and played it like it was our fault. Huge cups, tall straws. Pass the food around the drinks, not low and directly over the drinks. Burgers and onion rings outstanding. Fried jalapenos outstanding. Prices very affordable.

This place advertises provolone cheese on the menu for a Philly Cheese Steak, but puts American Cheese on it then says that s all they had. I made them give me a refund and I kept the rest of the orders I ordered from these crooks.

We ve ordered from Stomp s multiple times. The food is consistently delicious and the order is accurate. The employees that work in the front are great! Friendly, polite and hardworking! I always leave with a smile on my face thanks to them. I don t know if it s great training or picky hiring, or both either way great job! Highly recommend!

At the time of this review, Stomps is still relatively new in Sienna, having opened about two or three weeks ago. Apparently there was some pent up demand in the neighborhood for a burger joint, because from day 1, its been relatively busy. Lunch on a recent Thursday filled every table. Stomps offers a variety of typical American options similar to Becks Prime, but specializes in burgers, and does a pretty good job of them. The first burger on the specialty burger menu is my favorite so far, the Big State Burger. Its claim to fame is a topping of Philly cheesesteak shaved beef. The rest of the specialty burgers are ok but nothing to write home about. The fries are crispy steak fries, or crispy curly fries, and are very good. The burger meat is dinner style patties - thin but not as thin as smash burgers, and wide. A regular single patty burger is usually filling enough. Overall, a nice family restaurant option right here in the neighborhood, especially for lunch, at reasonable prices. Will be a better dinner option once they start serving beer and wine.

The burgers are tasty, as are the onion rings and curly fries. With the fried mushrooms, I recommend the chipotle ranch sauce. But best of all the service was just so friendly and professional. Kudos to the management team for putting together such a good team.

I enjoyed my burger. The meat quality of the burger was good, seasoned well, and tasted like it was homemade. The fries were good too. They provided good customer service. The restaurant is a good size and they have a few tables to eat in a secluded spot outside. This will be my go to place for burgers.

I love burgers. But I LOVE Stomp s burgers. The new Sienna location is a big winner: great burgers (the buns are to die for), fantastic staff, and reasonable prices. I recently tried the Sunny Side Burger at this charming family-owned burger joint, and it was a delightful experience! The buns were incredibly soft and buttery, adding a perfect texture to every bite. The combination of the egg with the burger was a flavor explosion, and I couldnt get enough of it. Another fantastic Stomps Burger Joint just opened today! The 4th in this family owned chain is just as great as the others if not better. Everything was on point on day 1. Get yourself here for the best burgers, best fries (10 different kinds) or anything else off their eclectic menu. *Somewhat limited menu for the first couple of weeks. - My personal reco is the Southern Belle dressed as the Dynamite.
