Edit 9/29/24: 2/5 stars. Order was accurate (minus the toy in the kids meal) but it was still a 13 min wait once I arrived to pickup the food. Was also instructed to pull around to one of the mobile pickup spots, likely to pad their drive thru timer. Edit 10/18/21: 1/5 stars. I tried to use my rewards points to get a free Daves Double, along with a few other paid items in my order. After a 10 min wait in the drive through, I finally received my orders and there was no double Im the bag. I let the employee know that I was missing an item, and he said that their monitor showed the double, bit it was crossed out and they were not to make it. And that if I should contact the app support. I wasnt able to pull the app up while at the window because it kept crashing. So I didnt get the food that I was rewarded for being a loyal customer, and I lost the points spent on that food. While I may still stop at a Wendys every now and then, Ill never visit this location (my nearest one) again. They just keep finding new ways to upset and frustrate their customers. Edit 10/2/21: 2/5 stars. Order accuracy has been falling lately. Had 4 Jr cheeseburgers as they come. All four did not have mustard or onions, and one didnt have pickles. 4 of the same burger. Original: 3/5 stars. Tasty burger, usually pretty quick. The restaurant is still the old style Wendys and not the newer modern ones. The front sign has been broken for months and they dont seem to care to get it fixed.

Absolutely a disgrace of Wendy s restaurant. What idiot just puts egg and sausage in a container. When a sausage and egg muffin was ordered as clear as day. Your employees need proper training. Do your jobs correctly also missing the cholula disgusted with the incompetence.

I ordered a 10 piece crispy chicken nugget through delivery and was given a 10 piece spicy nugget. I reordered the food and tried to call them to ask them to please make sure it was not spicy and after 15 call attempts I got no answer from the store and my delivery driver had to get them to correct the order after a 2nd time of them giving me spicy nuggets

Something needs to happen here. I am a big fan of Wendys because of their healthy options when it comes to fast food. I order salads regularly. My favorite is also the cold brew and whenever possible, I support any donation efforts they are doing to raise money for a good cause. Typically, we use the drive thru but decided to go in. There were flies everywhere! We left. Theres no way! My mind went in all the wrong directions. The things we dont know about by using the drive thru. As a rule, even if only to use the bathroom, I try to go into an establishment to get a quick peek! Praying this situation gets fixed.

The cashier either did not understand English well enough or did not pay attention to my order, as I repeated it clearly three times and it was still incorrect. Additionally, the store was advertising $1 Frosties, but they were not available for purchase. Despite these issues, there were some good deals available. My husband and I and 3 kids ate for a really good and affordable price , once they got every right. Still had to pay for the food they got wrong!

I work late and pulled up here after work Wed the 15th for some quick dinner to bring home for myself and my family. The Hispanic man working the drive thru has very poor English to the point where you can barely communicate properly. Not a huge deal, I can deal with that, but as I began to order for myself and my family, the man let out an annoyed sigh of frustration, interrupting me as I was speaking. I was the only customer there at the time. Wendys, I can overlook your insane prices in exchange for an occasional quick dinner late at night, but I wont have you spit in my face while I do it! That was disrespectful and unprofessional. People have rough days, I get it. Whether or not youre having a bad day, professionalism should be a standard 101 practice. Why would I spend my hard earned money where I feel unwelcomed? The poor attitude of your employee is a direct reflection of the quality of your product. You lost a customer that night. I drove off and took my money elsewhere. I wont be back.

This is absolutely the worst Wendys ever! Every time I come here, there is either a delay with the food (even with no line) and/or they get my order incorrect! I asked for a refund last time when they messed up my order. Lastly, the workers there are extremely rude and the manager is clueless! Ill no longer be going here!

Incredibly disappointing. I have never felt compelled to write a negative review but today has changed that. 20 minute wait when it was not busy, rude service, and dirty food. Found a long strand of black hair in my fries and my burger was missing pickles and lettuce. Wendy s was one of my favorite fast food places in NJ but I will not be returning.

Saucy nugs are very disappointing. Quality is no better than frozen that were thrown in a microwave and too much sauce dumped on top. Additionally, the last time I dined in, the employee did not understand English. Despite repeating my order 4-5 times, he still got it wrong. There were also flies EVERYWHERE in the dining room. Disgusting. I would not recommend this Wendys.

English speaking guy in the drive through understands customer service. Have gone to this Wendy s in the past because it s near where I live and the service was terrible. my order was messed up so I went inside to get my order fixed and no one spoke English . Went yesterday to Wendy s and was relieved that the person who helped me spoke English and on top of that his personality was so vibrant and kind and he understood what I wanted. Have gone to this Wendy s several times in the past year and this is literally the first time my order has been 100% correct. I pray that they keep the English speaking worker.

First customers in line (was not busy) and it was breakfast time. We were ordering breakfast for one breakfast burrito and coffee (breakfast menu still up) when they said sorry we are switching to lunch. We said that it was fine. We placed order for one cheeseburger and two large coffees with sugar and creamer. Took them over fifteen minutes and they screwed up entire order. Gave us two small coffees, sugar in a dip container (guess they were out of packets) and forgot the burger. After that long of a wait for a small order we just took what they gave us. P.S. a heck of a line had built up by the time they finished our order.

Stopped by for a quick lunch before heading out to Austins Pizza and Entertainment. Figured it was easier to come here and eat vs there, one for convenience and two for the price. We had a pretty big order for 10 people and everything came out in a decent time and they got the orders right the first time. This was nice and clean establishment. First car in the morning literally no one else. Yet Im sitting there for 6 minutes with no one at the speaker, even after saying hello? So I pulled to the second window. Asked if they were taking drive thru orders but they had no problem taking the person who came through AFTER I GOT TO THE WINDOW. then the manager or whoever the lady is has an attitude with me saying The headset was off so turn it on and stop playing on your phone. I watched you leaned over the food station on your phone for 2 minutes till you walked around and saw me. Really horrible people at this Wendys. Always someone with an attitude.

Worst experience I have ever had at a fast food place. I work around the corner and decided to order food on the app and pick it up. When I arrived the employee in drive thru handed me my drink and told me to pull forward. I asked the employee if the drink was a peach sprite as that was what I ordered. She took the drink and told me rudely to pull forward with hand gestures of frustration. Then they proceeded to have me wait over 4 minutes for my food. Worst experience and will NEVER return. How can you treat a customer that way when your the one who messed up.

I cant rate the food as we didnt get anything. We got in the drive-thru line behind about eight other vehicles. They were very slow and after three of the vehicles were waited on. The fourth one set at the speaker forever. As it turns out, they quit waiting on anyone after those three vehicles and left the other five of us sitting in line with no explanations. It appears that they closed and they wouldnt even turn off the sign or have the decency for someone to come out and say they were closed. We were very disappointed.

Excellent service and very clean. Please work on the self serve soda machine for customers. These high tech machines are always the best option. They might be cost efficient but they don t always taste like the true taste of soda. Keep these simple. Customers don t always like too much change. I just drove 10 miles to the Wendys off of Rivery Boulevard in Georgetown for a Dave Double and the new Ghost Pepper Chicken sandwich only to receive the order wrong... twice! I had to get one sandwich remade and then received the bag of food only to realize that they didnt give me the Ghost Pepper Chicken sandwich, but the original sandwich I asked the to remake as it wasnt supposed to have pickles and mustard. I tried calling them over and over with no response. I called another store to see if they could help me get transferred only to be hung up on. I will never ever go back to a place that cant make the order right the first time only to upset the manager because the sandwich was already made (incorrectly).

I went to try the new snack wrap meal and blueberry pomegranate lemon, as well as get 6 nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. We ordered four chicken sandwiches and one sugar cookie. One of the sandwiches was a completely different sandwich and my sugar cookie was terribly burnt on the bottom. I tried salvaging it and there wasn t much left to save.

My wife ordered drive-thru with the app. Was told at the drive-thru to pick it up in the lobby. There was no order there. She called and was told it was ready. Was told again at the drive-thru to come to the lobby. My wife called again and was told it would be brought out. It never was.
