First things first, DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want your car broken into and the owners won t even let you know because they don t know who the car belongs too because they don t take down tag numbers when you check in. There is no security on the property which causes CARS to be BROKEN into or STOLEN 3 times out of the week and every weekend and the owners won t do anything about it because it s not their cars!! Literally the worst 2 months of life I do not know if the owners are not paying housekeepers or what but they have an issue with putting dirty bed sheets on the bed and NOT cleaning properly!!! I have been taking pictures my entire stay because I knew I was gone leave a review when I leave! When I first checked into my room, the microwave was dirty and someone s hair was in the bathroom tub . The hotel it self has only been open for 5 years and already needs repairs, the building is literally falling apart from inside to outside!! The hallway floors are just disgusting there is a roach infestation problem also. The washers are awful, they are always dirty in the inside and outside. There isn t really nothing good to say about this hotel since it got bought out by the new owners ( Indians ). There is mold in the building which they have their maintenance man paint over which was the LAST straw for me to check out and will NEVER come back the owners take no accountability!!

So, to start with the person at the front desk was great. She was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is good as its right off of one of the main roads. Now for the okay but not so great part. The hallways had an unpleasant odor. The room was clean but very dated. The lighting is pretty dim, and the water pressure is extremely low. No house cleaning was done during our stay. The air conditioner worked well. It definitely was not worth the price they charge to stay here.

Wonderful, love this place!!!! Christy id wonderful and Stacy the maid is great!!! Mel makes a great breakfast on Friday I dont care the other girl who makes breakfast her meals arent very good... Ozzy and Brian is great too ....and Jamiah..she is great as well as the other girl Val at the front desk...I forget their names...thanks for making me feel at home.... Noteworthy details: Everything was great the only complaint I have is the internet service isnt good but Everything else was wonderful

Location is not so great just because there is nothing really within walking distance and they are a bit lacking in the breakfast department, but everything else is fantastic. The rooms are nice and clean. I love the full-size refrigerator and dishes in the room. Good cable TV. Soft beds.

Everything is great except the grill outside. Its an old gas grill, but instead of fixing or replacing they want you to use charcoal. Plus the grates are filthy and rusty. Spoke with general manager by email but issue is still not resolved. The rest of the staff is great, super friendly and helpful.

Looked nice, but that beauty was only skin deep. I have no desire to return to this hotel or chain ever again. Checked in and the room they gave us smelled of cigarette smoke. Asked for another room, but this one smelled of animal urine. Just decided to deal with it. There was some unidentified red liquid on the table. We booked this hotel specifically for the third bed pull out, but the mattress was dirty, stained and we had to call to get linens for it. There were two towels in the bathroom, for a three bed room. The door to the bathroom didnt close fully and jumped its track, locking my son inside until we could fix it. Meanwhile, the ice maker room had piles of rotting garbage in it. Breakfast was fine, not going to knock your socks off but it was decent. The bathrooms in the lobby varied - there was urine on the floor and the toilet when we checked out.

I stayed in room 205 on 7-25-2022 because the plumbing in my house was being worked on. I found many problems with my room: the fridge didn t work- toilet stopped up- T V hanging from wall face toward the floor. Anyway front desk told me maintenance will be back tomorrow. What about tonight. Spoke with manager on Thursday and he told because I went thur third party he can t refund my money so he advised me he would give me enough points for a free night. A thousand point fall far short of a free night. I still haven t received the thousands points promise to me.

Rooms are relatively comfortable and semi clean (no bugs). Ive had an extended stay ( a month) and I almost have to beg to have my cleaned, I only ask every three days and even then I have to be specific about what I want cleaned i.e leave fresh towels, wipe down, vacuum. Most of the staff is nice, professional and attentive. However, the women who does breakfast in the morning is rude and acts like she hates her job. And, the young man who works second shift is completely unprofessional, rude and sarcastic. I will update with names when I get them.

We lost our daughter and the funeral is at Danieldale Baptist church next door to this hotel. Our whole family stayed at the hotel. My husband is wheelchair bound. The handicap room was so inadequate that he was unable to shower. The air conditioner is broken. The room is not clean. The family met for breakfast at 8:30am and the attendant had already picked it up even though breakfast is supposed to be served until 9:30am. This happened 3 times during our stay. After the third occurrence , we asked why the breakfast was put up early and, the attendant replied you re lucky we are even serving breakfast . Three of my family members are allergic to diet sugars but there was never real sugar in dining area for our entire stay. I was chased down while pushing my husband s wheelchair in the lobby by the attendant to clean 2 coffee cups off the table. I can t even repeat the harsh words she screamed as we headed to our room. My family is so devastated right now, and I can t believe the treatment we received here.

This was one of the nastiest places Ive ever lodged at. There was hair in sink and tub. Fork left in sink. Makeup brush in the fire detector. The stains and smell were horrendous. Couldnt get another room so I had to deal with it. The room should be immaculate especially during COVID.

This was a good choice for an extended stay. It is very close to KLLM truck driving school where i had to attend a class for 5 days. The room i stayed in had a full fridge freezer, dishwasher, 2 burner stove top, toaster, coffee maker and a huge microwave. It also had a few dishes and a couple potsto cook in. The phone and alarm clock did not work in the room but other than that the room was great. It had Direct TV which was nice. Also has a desk with chair and a pull out couch if you need more sleeping area. Mine had a king size bed also that was very comfy.

The staff is awful. Rude, unprofessional, and totally unacceptable. They yelled and cussed at my better half when she alerted them that the shower head fell off and struck me in my temple. They accused us of ripping it off intentionally to try and get free stuff. Dont stay here ever.

Stayed at the hotel while traveling for work. The room was clean, bed comfortable, and shower had good pressure. I appreciate the patience of Patricia after checking-in and Joseph during check-out as I pointed out being charged the $50 deposit twice and was concerned about only being refunded once. Staff books rooms they dont have available at a certain rate then when you show room is not available and give you another room that does not match the reservations and charge you the same. Management lacks customer service and no help basically deal with it attitude with no willingness to fix their mistakes. Hotwater takes forever before it gets hot rooms are undepar.

June 3, 2021 I booked a stay at this hotel and the quoted internet total was $95.54. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was told there is a $50 incidentals deposit required which is understandable, so I handed the desk clerk my debit card, which she ran through the hotels payment processor. Immediately a $50 charge was processed through my debit card company and I received the notification. But then about 30 seconds later, I received another notification that Mainstay had charged my card $145.54, which is $50.00 more than the quoted amount. So I inquired why the hotel charged this amount. The desk clerk seemed agitated and began to tell me that she had already gone over the $50 incidentals fee with me, but was surprised when I turned my phone around for her to see the notifications that proved she not only charged me the $50 incidentals charge separately but also included it in the total for the nights stay. There was a scene when the security guard said she did not do it and I would have to get with my card issuer for a refund. The scene escalated because I wanted to know why this security guard knew she didnt do it because he was watching her process my card. The very tactic identity thieves use to gain credit card info for later illegal activities. . After a minute or two of words being exchanged, I was ordered, with my fellow Lodgers, to leave the property, to which I refused without my money being refunded. So Lancaster PD was called and We left after promising not to return. Today is June 18th, 15 days have passed and I still have not received my money although the hotel says they cancelled the transactions. I did get the $50 charge back just minutes after driving off but the $145.54 is still in someone elses pocket. And I am starting with this review to warn people about the shady activities at this hotel by the desk clerk and her security guard accomplice, who have basically robbed me at gunpoint because as I was being ordered to leave the property, the security guard walked directly behind me at only a few steps from my heals despite the Covid19 pandemic and he kept his hand on a weapon holstered at his hip.. Now tomorrow I will call Choice Hotels who I am a platinum member with and see if they can do something about these bandits .

I like the fact that they have a tiny kitchen ready to cook and a fridge, so you can take with the leftovers from the restaurant and heated in the microwave or buy some groceries to cook. Theres not any background noises at night, so you can sleep peacefully. Everything is clean and all the employees are following the Covid-19 safety procedures to make our stay safe and pleasant.

I am a choice privileges diamond member and this is the only location that charges me incidentals all the others greet me politely and hand me my room keys when I make a reservation. But here I am treated poorly a fit thrown when I ask for two room keys pretty much resist me on everything making it a horrible time on top of that the room was messy stuff in cabinet trash etc. So Im sure this time Ill contact corporate because as a preferred member this is unexceptable

I liked the room because it was very spacious and clean. However, the bathroom has a sliding door that doesnt close all the way. Our shower was somewhat clogged so I had to turn the water off every 30 seconds so that the tub would drain. This hotel didnt serve breakfast. Other ones that I have stayed in (Hampton Inn) at least gave some to-go items.

Kimmy and Candice from the kitchen were amazing and hospitable. Christy and Crystal were other staff who were kind and resourceful. The rooms were clean. The staff REALLY made the stay though. I stayed here last summer for a family reunion. There were a lot of us, and all of the staff were helpful and smiling! The food at breakfast was excellent and always stocked! Ty again guys!!!

This is a fairly new hotel. I stayed on the mainstay side, upon arrival I had paid a certain price and when I checked in I paid an additional price. The room had a musty smell, cool i sprayed air freshener, there was only one face towel and two small drying towels. I called the front desk, and was told thats what comes in the queen suite ok! I asked, is it OK if I get more? With an attitude the front desk guy said yes bring the old ones.... that we hadnt used yet mind you. Then they have a pest problem, there were dirty dishes, , when I asked to switch rooms due to all of the hiccups Id incountered just upon arrival, the front desk guy stated I have a full house and I cant do anything tonight, speak with the morning crew... OK I spoke with them on the last day of my stay and to my discretion they had no kind of knowledge about my issues. The front desk lady was very nice and did apologizes, but were not able to accommodate me! Please fix this the front desk is the first representation of your business the people see...

I checked in and was going to stay for two weeks. After one night and kids running up and down the hall and not being able to get any cell phone service I decided to check out the next morning. I gave my two key cards to the guy at the desk and got my receipt for $84. In the next week my account was hit for approx $600 worth of charges. After calling them they said that they still showed that I was still occupying my room ven though I got a receipt showing I checked out. Very inconvenient and my bank wont refund me the money and it takes 5-6 days for the hotel to give it back to me

Because the staff and their friendliness make it that way. Queen Lateefah was awesome if you don t know who she is then you need to come and introduced yourself to her. She will greet you with a big smile make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. All the staff care about you and the experience your snout yo have when you enter the doors here. A must stay place. It wasnt a plan to get a hotel on the trip that my boyfriend and I were going on at the time, but there was an intense storm that hit when when we were passing through, and we couldnt drive any further in it. The staff member, Jessica, I believe, was super friendly, especially since she was the only one there. Water started coming in the doors and started to flood the foyer, but she kept calm and handled all of us customers in a timely manner. The beds were waaay comfortable, and we only paid around 70$ for one night. The rooms were very clean, and the stand up shower had good water pressure and kept a comfortable temperature of water. Definitely a good choice we made staying here, especially since there werent many places to stay in the area. Definitely recommended!

They double charged my card for 2 different rooms. Then when I called back to get it corrected the day manager Kristy hung up on me twice. I do not reccomend this hotel at all.

My stay here was nice! My family and I stayed here because it was a hotel close to our family reunion. The hotel had phone issues when we first arrived. I couldnt contact them to ask them about a charge on my card or inform them that we would be checking in late. Other than that, the rooms were very nice and clean, and the free breakfast was pretty good also! Most of the staff members were friendly and helpful!

Absolutely modern new luxurious hotel in Lancaster off of 35!!!! Only full suite hotel in the area brand new....feels like a newly built home!!! Staff are the greatest and very friendly! Enjoying my staycation!!! Huge rooms and plush spacious bathroom!!! Cleaner than the Board of Health and smells lovely throughout hotel.

We arrived after a long and exerting move and front desk was friendly and so helpful. Lateefa, Simone, and Christy we met first and let me tell you they know there stuff. Our room was clean, fresh, and just all over excellent. Then we were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast with such variety that it accommodated all of use. I will continue to recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. They are the best.

My family and I was there for our family reunion and what I thought would be a great weekend turned out to be an horrible experience d/t unprofessional staff..My TRASH was not emptied the whole stay there was lied to about towels being brought to the room I was then told to bring dirty towels to the front desk which I refused to because that is very unsanitary to do so with no bag to put them in..The family returned from our event to find out the breakfast area was taped off with yellow tape with them stating it was safety hazard because of hole that was there when we arrived but it was ok for the staffs children to be there.The same area that we were told was a safety hazard was reopened Sunday morning for breakfast to be served. Tha hotel was nice but your staff need to be retrained on customer service because theyre slacking in that area .

This stay was not what I expected we came for our family reunion we were not allowed to sit in the meeting area after we had been there a whole day they decided it was hazardous to be in that area then the hotel smelled of gas the gas man had to come out to check on the gas the manager attitude was very rude she had her kids on the job and she was just very unprofessional the hotel is very nice but the customer service was terrible you have to go and get your own tiles and tissue

Very large rooms lots of space. Separate kitchen area with full fridge and 2 burner stove. And microwave. Didnt get to try the breakfast because we slept in. Soft beds but not too soft. Very clean hotel from the moment you walk in. Would stay here again.

It is still fairly new. The suite are roomy with full refrigerator, dish washer, stove top, and microvave oven. The bathroom had sliding door that dont lock and slide open. The staff was great.

I was extremely pleased with my stay at this hotel. The GM is awesome! She definitely exceeded my expectations with excellent customer service and went above to make sure she accommodated me. The staff was great! They were very helpful and accommodating when I needed to extend my stay. The beds were very comfortable. I love the decor. The property was clean and well maintained.

Staff members Lateefah and overnight Clyde really made my stay worth it ! They where super helpful and polite always went above and beyond . The other guests was nosey which made my stay slightly unpleasant. I informed Lateefah and the noise calm down . The beds was extra comfy pillows felt like you where sleeping on feathers! Real clean and nice place to stay I would highly recommended this hotel !!!

I was privileged to stay at the Lancaster location and it was far more than I expected from courtesy and efficiency to professionalism and personality, the desk staff was Awesome and then some. I absolutely adored my room and the amenities therein and the quality of sleep in the best...what can I say...Magnificent! I will definitely stay there again. Thank you RMJ for putting me up there. The stay made me feel like I was on a mini- vacation.

I arrived and checked in with Lateefa. This beautiful spirit was so refreshing after a very long drive. She got us in and when we entered the room we were extremely surprised. The room was clean, carpet clean, bathroom clean and the air smelled clean. The floor was quiet and relaxing. We had the unfortunate experience with a nearby hotel, Magnuson, and was not sure what to expect but this was wonderful. As a former hotel manager I check everything including the condition of the mattress but got nothing! That in itself is a 5 star rating. Anything we needed was provided. Mr Joseph who works in the hotel also took care of us when we required a new trash can. Simple, but when people are smiling while providing a service makes you consider coming back. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and this is the FIRST time we stayed at a hotel and didnt have a back ache after a few days. My hopes are they keep up this location and keep the clientele you would see at the Magnuson away. Rest and relaxation! My only request is to offer Turkey Sausage since some people dont eat beef or pork. We look forward to returning and to management, Ms Queen Lateefa was the reason why we came back. Please thank her for room 209.
