Great place to eat if you like waiting 30mins for a simple burger. Dirty restaurant and no napkins available to even wipe off your own table. To be fair it seems like there was 3 workers working The night of 9.7.24 and one of the 3 employees was actually working around the restaurant but 2 kids that worked there sat behind the counter talking and procrastinating while me and 4 other customers waiting a ridiculous amount of time for a simple meal! This location obviously needs involved supervision or management. Unacceptable

This was my first time having Five Guys and Ive heard nothing but good stuff. Guy working the register was rude, and when handing our cups to us, put his fingers inside of them. It was a mess everywhere, only three high chairs and two of them were being used by a girl with baby dolls. Just a cluster of negativity. Food was amazing but we ate it in our car because of how bad it was. Will try another location to see if this is the norm.

Great burgerscand fries, and they know it. Prices rival that of a full service experience. In other words, i can get a burger, fries, beer and a waitress for same price, including tip. Great food, but pricey. It was appx $20 for a burger and fries in a bag. In their defense the portions are huge. There is too much for 1 person to eat, so whats the point?

This is, by far, my favorite location in the Austin area. Its clean, the staff is friendly, and they are hyper cognizant of keeping CLEAN! A member inadvertently handed my drink to someone else. She took it and then handed it back. That member then started to give my drink to me when the manager stopped him and said, No, make her a new one. That person touched her drink. This is my kind of place.

This place is always a safe bet. The burgers are huge and loaded with toppings. Its very consistent and never had a bad burger here. They are on the pricey side, but when you need a huge burger, this is a good bet. Fries are also very big portions and usually overflowing in the bag, easily shareable. While its not my favorite place for a burger it is always good and a very convenient spot and better than most.

This place is awful, they cant even get a simple order right. Its like they dont even try. I guess thats what you get, when you have a bunch of children working there. I asked for a Cheeseburger with Mayo and Ketchup only... pretty simple. Must not have been, because they gave me. A Cheeseburger with Ketchup and mustard. For some odd reason, they always do this. My husband and i went into Five Guys to get a hamburger. We ordered our hamburger and fries and was ready to enjoy our meal. We asked for pepper for our fries and the guy frying the burgers said they were out. Im thinking this is a hamburger place and they have no pepper. Wow We then decided to take our order home to eat. The fries were extremely salty that we had to throw them away. Definitely do not recommend eating there. We both had a horrible experience.

There are days when you are just jonesing for Five Guys Burgers. They always hit the spot. A ice cold fountain drink, Cajun fries and that delicious built to order burger; with all the juices running down your fingers. Amazing! Always come back for more. This location does an excellent job. Dining room is clean. Attendant regularly spraying down and wiping up customer areas. Food prepared to order. Correctly, the first time. Was a 10/10 experience. August 2023: location still spotless. Service still excellent. Entire service team fantastic.

This is a hard one to post. Ive have always been FG biggest fan. $20 for a kids burger and regular fry. Come on.. then my burger didnt taste the way they used to. Must have changed food sources. Fries are always on point, except I had no seasoning on them? Is this something that needs to be requested now. FG is known for their fries. Still over all good but seriously not for $19.88 for a little cheeseburger and reg fry and drink.

Probably the best fast food option for vegetarians, as Five Guys has an actual veggie sandwhich on their menu (with mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, tomato, lettuce). This was my 2nd time eating at Five Guys. The first time was years ago in a totally different city. But as far as this particular location (Georgetown) I will say the customer service was stellar. My order was shy of $20 and that was just for a plain and dry Grilled cheese with a patty and a large Cajun fry. Dont judge me, Im really plain and simple when it comes to burgers. I honestly hated the fries and threw them into the disposal. They did give me a lot of fries and I mean alot. I got what I paid for with the fries. The fries were overly seasoned and a tad bit spicy. I just couldnt find a liking to them. The burger was good but not worth the amount that I paid. The burger was about the size of a McDonalds cheeseburger. I will not ever eat at another Five Guys again simply because I can make my own food (I was just being lazy today) or I can go elsewhere and get the full benefit of the amount I paid. Again, the customer service was good and everyone seemed nice. The manger was doing an interview I believe when I was there but he took time to acknowledge my presence. Oh, the restaurant was pretty clean. I did end up waiting about 5 mins for my order since they were waiting on the fries to be completed. I had placed this order to go via online, so Im glad I didnt wait long at all.

Wow! The best burger in town, HANDS DOWN! The cheese/hamburgers complimented their fries! These burgers almost taste like the ones made in my own home!!! If the burgers and fries were so delicious I d say that this place is over priced for a burger and fries but I d pay theor prices for another taste of that delicious burger and ketchup dipped fries! So usually I love going to this restaurant but last night wasnt to great. 4 young men working on the line. #1 the music was so loud I couldnt hear what any of them were saying. #2 one of the guys yelled at another customer. What do you want? #3 no greeting welcome to five guys maybe yall dont do that. Idk! #4 it took forever to get my food. The guy kept saying in a few minutes I think I heard that probably 5 times. Last but not least SUPER RUDE TO CUSTOMERS!! My goodness is this what we have come to hiring people that really dont want a job. Clearly these were either having a bad day or just didnt give a care. Burgers are great! Friendliness of service not as nice as usual. I order five guys ALL the time and when your pay 8.32 for a large fry I expect a large fry. I got the EXACT same amount as I would a regular fry. I said something and was given attitude. So I ordered a 2nd and of course the 1st order were now cold. The burgers are excellent! I love the Cajun fries too, and they always give SO MANY! The only thing I would change would be that my food is actually ready when I get there. If you order online or over the phone for pick up, they don t make the fries til you get there. I am all for food being fresh, but I feel like they should give the option of fries being made at same time as burger or not. We don t live far from there, but I know I always have to allot at least 10 additional minutes to accommodate pickup. Also, if you re making the burger beforehand and it s just sitting there until someone picks up, and then you have to make the fries, doesn t that kind of defeat the overall purpose? The burger sits for the additional amount of time too doesn t make sense to me.

When Im craving a burger and to nom on some french fries, five guys is my go-to spot. Staff is always super friendly, You know your burger is going to be made on the spot and its going to be fresh, And how can you say no to Cajun fries.

I went with my wife and my son, we ordered at the register, our turn was #70, we took our seats, and more orders came out, #71, #72, #73, etc. I approached the preparation area since we had too much order (pregnant wife) and asked for my order, and they said they had lost my receipt. The truth is they didnt know what to say. I just asked for my money back and we left. It was my first time trying a 5 guys burger. Now I will not return to this store again. Terrible service in my experience.

2 or 3 people stood around as if they couldnt push buttons on a keyboard and take an order. They kept saying someone was coming someone was coming. How long do you have to make it impression when you leave someone standing there before you take their order?

Food was great. Sales people were super helpful as it was my first time to visit a Five Guys. But the PRICE for two was over $27. We had two burgers, one milkshake and one regular fry. I guess I should take off a star for that price. They had pkgs of Mayo for my fries (dont judge me) but no spoons for my shake.

I have always wanted to try a Five Guys, but they were quite a distance. Earlier today I took note after I saw there was one in the Wolf Ranch shopping plaza. I had planned to go here another day, but poor service at another establishment earlier led us here. Promptly we were able to order our food, and drinks as there was no line. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, and loved that you are required to select what you want. I went with lettuce, pickles, onions, and mustard. It only took ten minutes for our number to be called out. The burger was really good, and the fries were amazing. Only complaint I had was we had to clean off our table. Food: 5 stars Hot, delicious and fresh. Highly recommend! Will definitely have to come back one day. Service: 5 stars Fast, the cashier took our order quickly. Our food was called out quickly, and everyone was very friendly. Cleanliness: 4 stars. The bathroom was clean, as was the drink station, and condiment station. They were a little busy, so we had to clean our own table. A minor annoyance, but I am not going to dock them too hard on it. Overall: 4.5 stars Fresh hot food, clean facility, amazing service. I vibe with this, and will absolutely return!
