I used to absolutely love bringing my daughter here, it had become an oasis for us. It was clean, quite, peaceful & advertised as a safe place for my Autistic daughter to be herself. Unfortunately that is no longer the case as it is crowded, noisy, messy and no longer a safe place for my daughter. Finally a place where you never have to say Im sorry is no longer a promise this place lives up to. Our last trip here I had to repeatedly apologize to one aggravated dad because he didnt approve of the way my Autistic daughter was playing. He gave us dirty looks & mumbled horrible comments under his breath the entire time we were there. I understand special needs kids have neurotypical siblings, so they will be there but this place is just overrun with them now. And while this is a place for all kids, lets be honest, they can play anywhere else. Literally anywhere else. My daughter can not & now she cant play safely here either. Ive been bringing her here for 3 years but now it looks like we wont be back Heartbreaking & disappointing.

We had the best time at We Rock The Spectrum! The new owner was absolutely amazing and out of this world kind! She was very attentive to the needs of the children. The kids were sad to leave as I had to pull them out the door!

Sadly I will never go here again. The facility is amazing, the staff is so kind. Theyre amazing. But time and time again I would bring my child to this playground and the other children there would be mercilessly cruel to my child while their parents sat in the lobby playing on their phones. I dont mean that they had underdeveloped social skills, no they were blatantly cruel and bullying him while he very politely would try to interact with them. This happened day after day. New kids. I dont know who advertised this as a great spot to take your kids and ignore them for a few hours but this is supposed to be a safe haven for kids who literally never get the feeling of belonging anywhere. I know its an indoor playground for ALL and I know its cheaper than most so its highly attractive but if you dont even have the decency to watch your child, please dont come here. Of course Im asking for all future patrons not myself. Ive had to pay to watched my son be close to tears far too many times. I will sadly NEVER come back here again.

Extremely disappointed. It was so hot inside, we were all sweating and miserable. (77 degrees!!) We ended up staying maybe 30 minutes. There was no music playing. The front desk girl said no need for socks if we trusted that our feet were clean, WHAT?? WOW. Just nasty and extremely unsanitary. Just as another person said, the place is dirty. I want my money back!

I was very excited to try this place with my 2 year old & 1 year old! WRTS does not require socks, due to sensory aversions - I thought that would be a good thing, however the floors are very grungy (stained, dirty appearing). There was a great variety in swings, climbing and jumping things, however they re all very crammed together. I was constantly worried about swings colliding. The trampoline was nice though! There is also a rule that kids can t be in the jump pit while the zip line is in use; there is no one there to monitor the zip line so we would be playing and suddenly a child would swing right in. The kitchen and art area is SUPER cramped and overstuffed with toys. I liked the variety there but, it s overwhelming and messy. They need someone on the floor to monitor and clean, while the receptionist sits on her phone texting. To add to my concerns of cleanliness here . I went to use the hand sanitizer and it s cute because there s legos stuffed into the bottle. I m not sure if it s from the legos or if our hands were just very dirty from the facility - but we had bits of plastic and dirt all over our hands after using hand sanitizer upon leaving. Gross!

I went today and the lady working this morning was so nice and my sons had so much fun! The place was clean and I liked that they had hand sanitizers everywhere. The only thing I wish they had was wipes to clean the changing table, it was a bit dirty. Or I might have not seen the wipes? We had fun and will be coming back !

I was so excited to take my daughter here for her first birthday. I checked their FB page for hours (as recommended) and saw they were open until 6pm. I purchased a day pass online (also recommended) to save wait time. I arrived a little after 5 and theyre closed - no sign, nothing. The hours on the door also indicate they are open until 6pm. I was so incredibly disappointed to have our birthday plans ruined, especially when there are limited options for a one year old on a rainy day. I just noticed the pass is only good the day its purchased, so Im out that as well.

We had our daughter s 4th birthday party here this weekend. She absolutely loved the place and so did all the other kiddos especially the zip line. The team is so helpful and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. My daughter is autistic and having the place to ourselves for a private party was so amazing for her. They even have a calming room which I thought was so neat! I would definitely recommend this place.

Finally, a place where you never have to say I m sorry. I love this motto. My children really enjoyed this place! This location also has a side room to allow for a birthday party seating. You can reserve a specific date and timeframe to have the private birthday party.

Recommend to check their website, call or check their social media. Cute, air conditioned place, great for hot days - limited for two hours, for 3 kids $43 for semi clean still saw small dust balls at the park, while girl in the front chatting and looking their cell phone.

Very disappointed today. I took my 9 yr old grandson to the playroom today and it was closed to the public because of a private party. He was so terribly upset and did not understand why we had to leave. When I called earlier in the week for the hours for Saturday, the girl could have told me not to bother driving out there because they were only opened for a private party.

Call before you go - especially on a weekend. This location was closed for an all day party and they don t have a calendar of events letting customers know that it s booked and there s no open play that day. Annoying.

Definitely a hidden gem of a place, almost dont want others to know about it haha. Our toddler will stay for almost 2 hours, which if you have a toddler you can imagine how engaging that is. Great indoor place for those very rainy days we have sometimes.

My daughters went to their Thanksgiving break camp and had the best time! Very impressed with their facility. It is thoughtfully set up with different interactive stations and age appropriate gym equipment. Our girls loved the zip line and trampoline and getting to make Thanksgiving crafts in the art room. The gym was very clean and the staff was so welcoming and engaging with all of the kids. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Today my friend and I took our toddlers to We Rock the Spectrum Gym off FM 1488. We absolutely LOVED it!! Neither of our kids are on the spectrum. It is an indoor gym open to kids of all abilities. The girls had a blast. There are various gym equipment like swings, a rock wall, enclosed trampoline, monkey bars, slide, and a zip line that drops off in a crash pit. They also have arts and crafts, chalk, imaginary play (dress up costumes, play grocery store and kitchen, etc), and a calming room. The calming room was a nice space where our kids could wind down after all the play. The zip line was a big hit. Our kids were too little for the zip line how it was so one of friendly staff hooked up a baby swing to it. So much fun. Before we left, we bought a multi visit package. We will definitely be back. Things we loved: its indoors so we could leave the house but beat the heat, toddler was engaged the whole time, friendly and welcoming owner and staff (locally owned), not just an open gym but other things like arts and crafts and imaginary play, discounted ticket price for siblings.
