I attended this venue for my niece Kisha Williamss 40th birthday party. It was so nice. The decorations were on point, and there was plenty of space. I was just a quest, but I was impressed with location, area, and, of course, the space. There were hotels and AirBnB close by for her out and in town quests as well. The red carpet as you entered the venue was awesome and had the birthday girl as well as her quests feeling so special! The two bathrooms were very clean and well decorated with plenty of hygene products. I most definitely will be having my next event here.

Great venue spot. There was no outside lighting at the venue for the nighttime as promised. No place to change/get dressed if you are having a performance of some type.

On a scale of 1-10 I rate it a 5 customer service was mediocre from the lady over the event space she was rude in the beginning but later on was ok, the decor was nice but average, the restrooms need work, it needs touch up painting on the walls, they need to have basic equipment like a microphone, also they need a full service kitchen, unfortunately I would not recommend this event space for that reason alone also they said they would provide ice but didnt said we could use white linen for our food set up and later changed their minds and said No, the lights that were supposed to provide color on the wall that you had to manually turn on did not work, this experience was lackluster and I would not rent again

This is the best venue to host an event! Let me start with the event coordinator Gilda; the professionalism and attention to detail. The organization to understand the event, guest, and time frames. The walkthrough to familiarize us with the venue.Second the decor was breathtaking; the set up and special touches were definitely acknowledged. The event was beautiful and memorable thanks to the ease of doing business with this venue. Myself and guests were stress free and had nothing to do but walk in and enjoy!!! Plenty of parking and event space!!Lastly! We will be back for future events!

It was my husbands 60th birthday party and everything was amazing. The theme of the party was 60 Shades Of Blue. The event space was roomy, clean and safe! It was everything promised and more if you ask me. I was satisfied with the prices and the interactions I had with Stephen. I would rate our experience as a 5. Thank you for your services .

Mrs.Gilda decorated the venue so beautiful for my baby shower! Everyone complimented the venue the whole time and my photographer captured some beautiful pictures throughout the event! Had a great experience celebrating our pastors birthday at the Ballroom Surge. Great space for family and friends to get together and celebrate. My personal experience was amazing as always. From a photographer point of view easy access all the way around for great pictures and video. I have been here 3 times and the energy is always giving and amazing. The location is great and easy parking access. The owners Steve and Gilda very great people and always ready to assist you in any way needed. Let s not forget the decorations and I don t want to forget the luxury Red Carpet experience as you walk into the venue. Definitely recommending this place 100 percent!

I had my retirement party here. An Amazing place to have an event. The atmosphere and setting was Spectacular. My guests were stunned at how Beautiful the decor was. The side entrance made it even better for the smokers.I was really impressed. I felt like A Queen in paradise.

The venue was absolutely amazing! The space was just right. Everything was clean and functional (bathrooms, kitchenette, lighting, etc). The coordinator was very proactive and addressed every concern. All items on my checklist were fulfilled, things that I didn t even think of were presented and offered to me, which made everything even better. Special occasion decor was provided that made my event pop! My guests were completely impressed and I was satisfied. I would definitely utilize this agency again.

It was a true pleasure to have my 60th Birthday Party here at Ballroom Surge Event Center. They went above making my Party a night to remember. The decorations was the talk of the night. They were very nice. The space was acquitted for the number of guest I invited. The best part was I didnt have to clean up afterwards. It was all apart of my package I chosen. Gilda and Stephen are amazing! Gilda worked closely with my daughter to develop her theme. The decorations were just what my daughter wanted. Her sweet 16 was everything she dreamed it would be. We hosted my sisters 40 birthday party at Ballroom Surge Event Space and our guests were all so amazed with the convenient location, the ease of access (parking), etc. We loved the open space. Steve and Gilda were absolutely amazing and worked with us the entire time through our rental process! If we had questions, they were quick to respond. We loved the rental options that the vendor had available in their inventory. The pictures dont even do this cozy location justice. I would just have to urge you to check it out for yourself!

Gilda and Stephen are AWESOME! I had a Pop up shop on today 11/28/21 and both of them were so way to work with! Gilda gave me the full run down and all info needed. Communication was a Breeze! Met Stephen in person the day of and he was super helpful and friendly, made me feel very comfortable doing whatever I needed to do. He went above and beyond with setting up tables and chairs and even when he left the breaker tripped and he came all the way back and fixed the issue for us. You guys are a great team and I will definitely recommend using this venue to any and everyone and on top of that the venue is very clean, beautiful and smelled fresh when we arrived. Thank you guys so much, my event was a huge success! 5 stars

I absolutely love this place ! Highly recommend. As a serial event planner , I love the fact that they take so much of the load off. The place was so clean and smelled amazing when we came in. The bathrooms were clean. I loved the set up and the table coverings. The communication has been great from the very first time I inquired. 10 out 10. Highly recommended.

The Ballroom Surge by far is the BEST place to have an event. We had a red carpet Baby Shower this was elegance at its finest. The Owner is very friendly, accommodating and professional. He is a people person very pleasant personality. Renting this space is in a great location that is nice and quiet. I highly recommend this location to anyone if you want elegance that is not too pricey. The Ballroom Surge do not owe me anything!!!

Glida & Stephan were super easy to work with! I used their venue for my Class Reunion Mix & Mingle Game Night & It was perfect! Plenty of space, beautiful views, along with plenty of parking!
