Kids loved it and so did we. Good bar selection. Lots of different gaming options. Oldschool arcare and pinball as well as plenty of console games. My kids may have gotten a little addicted to playing fall guys! Great touch to have gaming at the bar so you can play with a big TV behind the bartender. Only gripe with our first visit was The food was pretty good, but the cheese sticks came with ice cold marinara sauce. Food was hot but the dipping sauce was nearly frozen.

My review has changed from a 5 to a 3. Only reason I m giving a 3 is because the kids had fun and the pizza was surprisingly good. Feeling salty over the 20% gratuity that was MANDATORY upon the end of my party that wasn t in the party package contract and wasn t told when I called or viewed the rooms. Also wasn t aware of it when I paid my deposit. What I was told by the person who showed me around when I made my deposit ended up being different when I showed for the party. I get gratuity is essential for big parties, but we literally got what was in the package. Other people were in the vicinity too. All of the parents paid for themselves to be there and went to the bar and ordered outside of the party room. We weren t waited on and we had no party host. I would understand the gratuity if we all came in on a whim and had table side service or were ordering out the wazoo.

Came here tonight with my boyfriend and it was average but we still had fun. We had some shots at the bar and played a few games. It s definitely not anything fancy, they have a lot of older games mixed in with some new ones. It s also pretty small. If you re eating at any of the restaurants on Main Street in Garland and want something to do afterwards, it s within walking distance so pretty convenient. They re very pro and make it very clear with their decorations and announcements (one of the workers said Stay queer into the mic after an announcement) so if that s not your thing and it bothers you, I would avoid this place. Very millennial-based. To each their own. I did enjoy how some of their decorations were Nintendo themed.

I m not a gamer myself but I love going to Infinity to hang out with friends, relax at the bar, and my new favorite is the new weekly Wed night karaoke. Employees here are all very friendly and there s a good selection of cocktails and beers as well as bar food. Family friendly and right next to the Garland square which is a great playground and little square park. Arcade also has room available to reserve for gatherings like birthday parties.

Our family came during spring break to try it out. The kids really enjoyed the variety of games including consoles of all kinds. The staff were over the top accommodating- even getting us some mini churros when we didn t realize the kitchen was closing. We will be back.

Celebrated my birthday here this weekend. We rented the party room to accommodate our large crowd. Everything was great! The owner was super friendly. The drinks and pizza were excellent. Me and wife were invited to come play arcade with my son and nephew. At first we were like an arcade almost decided not to go but we so surprised that we were actually being invited and didnt have to pay anything it was a change I was being treated and chaperoned around it felt good so we go walk in the establishment and me and my wife were like kids again as we looked at arcades that we hadnt seen in years got to meet the owner who was a awesome person very respectful even when I asked him same question I think 2 or 3 times he still politely answered he told me about some additions he was trying get done meet young man that was at the register as you walk in told us about their awesome homemade pizza and events and as we are there we learned there were actually 2 bars in walking distance and not offend the bars cause I never been to either of them but I was like dude I rather just come here that matter fact we actually went again the following weekend and only meeting the owner and young man at register once they remembered us felt like norm on the TV show cheers when he walks in lol but I recommend this place very nice pizza is off the chain we had 2 of them me I only wish they will get Modelo on draft or maybe even coronaritas for you that dont know what that is is a margarita in a mug dressed up meaning salt on the rim with a corona in it thats my wish lol

Went with kiddo to play 1st time. I enjoyed playing all the old games and the pinball machines. Kiddo had a blast playing the pinball right beside me. Good place to play if you like older games. Younger ones will like the newer options available there too. Food - Id give 3 stars. Plain Jane options. I see other reviews about the pizza. Might have to try that next time.

Infinity Arcade is my favorite spot in Downtown Garland. The owners are super cool, the atmosphere is really cool, and the food is really nice. I heavily reccomend the Taco Pizza! In terms of games, I could gush about pinball all day. I really dig the area where you can relax and play modern games in the back. Its a nice touch to have the classic and contemporary sides of gaming.

The burgers, loaded tater tots , pizza, onions rings and the alcoholic drinks are top tier Tastier food then Freeplay, Cidercade(which doesn t have food at all in their Dallas location), Nicklerama, etc. Owners are very attentive, greats plans for the location as soon as Garland Downown opens their park, open to suggestions, extremely safe space for all game lovers, anime/cosplay, sport fans and overall great place for the Garland community.

Very nice arcade. The owner is friendly, knowledge, attentive, and open to suggestions. It was a safe space for three nerds of diverse ages in my family to come hang out and play some retro arcade, pinball, and console games. The owner admitted the place has some room to grow. More events, a little more variety, maintenance on the games that have been loved a little too hard. But hes got as plan. Also, it always bears mentioning: the mens room was quite clean. Then Ms. Ashley pops up out of nowhere and was bullingly says that I cant take the cup outside which I never said I was going do that. Then she demanded we needed to pay entry fee of $12. This place was not good at all. First time going with my family. The place was over priced due to the fact that about 40 percent of the games were broken or just out of order. Not worth $12.00 dollars a person. Cidercade in Dallas is definitely a much better arcade. Not ever planning on returning.

This place is awesome the staff and other patrons were all super friendly. The food was great especially the pizzas. The games bring me back to my childhood days and my 11yo son loves them. The price of the entire visit was more than reasonable. Kid-friendliness: Most of the games are kid friendly there is a handful of shooting games but personally I dont have a problem with Wheelchair accessibility: New construction in the square is done for the sidewalk and there are no stars in the place

I hate leaving bad reviews, unfortunately this will be one. I walked in hoping to have a few drinks at the bar and and try some food at this new local establishment. I was stopped at the door and asked to pay $12 in order to come in. I asked if I would still have to pay the $12 just to have food and drinks, and NOT play the arcade games. Her response was yes, I still have to pay the $12. Sorry, Im not paying an entry fee to get in, so I can spend my money on your food and beverages. I hope this changes, because that pizza looks really good. My review will change if this policy ever changes.

We came to this place on a Friday night around 8:30, no problems with parking at all, came with a my 20+ and my 11 year old daughters,(girls night out!) paid $12 for each, unlimited play and was told bracelet would work all day, that was cool! We looked around first and the 11 year old gave a try to the pinball machines to which she kept coming back through the time we were there (8:30-11:30) we didnt eat as we had dinner before coming, they had a Friday special, 4 people and a large pizza for $50 (next time!) we tried a bunch of games, just 2-3 machines were out of order, we kept going to DDR we are truly addicted to it lol we tried the games on the tables which is a nice addition while u order food Mario Bros Nintendo is awesome! They have a beautiful bar and is very spacious, the lay out is great, you can walk around and and take a good look at all the machines, they have many with good games. Give it a try! Both daughters and myself enjoyed it a lot and are planning to go back on BOGO day to burn some calories in the DDR machine, yes we are addicted and play versus style and laugh a lot trying to beat each other lol!

Ive lived in Garland since 97 when i was 13.... I grew up in my teen years spending hours at Nicklerama or longer than needed at CiCis and Pizza Hut and now I feel I am reliving a similar experience with my kids. The fact we can come and go is a huge deal closer for me. The food is good nothinf to write mom home about but more than palletable and help with the good vibes. Staff is beyond pleasant and the game options bountiful. I dont drink so I cannot tell you how good the bartender is but I can say there are plenty of options.we had pizza, burgers and tacos and everything was beyond satisfactory. If youre not interested in games that are ticket based (LIKE THE MAJORITY OF NICKELRAMAS GAMES ARE NOW) Then this place is the solution and its right here in town giving us all the abilitity to game and be joyous like we were in the 90s and before. TLDR: FORGET NICKELRAMA AND OTHER ACARDES THIS PLACE IS WHAT YOU WANT....WHAT YOU NEED!

Loved the taco pizza! Havent seen it on a menu since we moved here from the Midwest! The entrance fee might seem steep but there was so much to do and theres no time limit. What a great place !!!! We went to let my cousin and is buddy play games. I think the adults had just as much fun if not more than the boys did!! We played games, had drinks and food it was all great !!! The staff was also great !!!! We will definitely be back and will be encouraging friends and family to check them out also !!!! L. Bryant

We took our daughter and a friend here on Friday and were blown away by how awesome it was. The kids had a great time running around playing all the games. The pizza was delicious and came pretty quickly. The adult drinks we very good and the staff were wonderful. Very friendly staff that was quick to ask what we needed and we had an opportunity to get to know the owners a little bit and what made them decide to open such a cool place. I definitely recommend this place and can guarantee that we will be frequent customers.

Really cool place. Price to play unlimited is a great deal. Lady at the front desk real nice. I just think maybe if you dont play because you are a grandparent or a parent it should be like 5 bucks or half price to come in. Twelve is a bit high to just come in and sit at a table. But the place is neat.

Had a lot of fun here. Will definitely come back. Arcade game selection was decent. They had a lot of console games as well which was fun and different from Freeplay in Richardson. Some good beers on tap. Food menu was small and kinda basic, but I was surprised by how good it was. We got the taco pizza and mozzarella sticks.
