I love this place! The food is delicious especially the tacos and if you re vegan they also have a vegan menu. Late at night when my husband and kids get super hungry we always door dash from here. Delicious!!! Vegetarian options: I buy the vegan fries and they re the bomb!

This used to be my favorite spot in the neighborhood to get tacos, but lately Im just irritated every time I get home with my order. Tonight was no exception. Upon returning home I found my order to be just meat and tortillas with salsa rojo/verde. I had ordered 5 tacos, no grilled onions, with onion cilantro mix with salsa Verde. I called to make sure they were just out before I returned for it, and got a little attitude from the person that took my call (same guy that had handed me my order a few minutes before) saying it I had asked for no onions. I corrected him and said its fine Ill just come get it. Once I made it back, he had printed my recipt and circled where it said: No grilled onion Onion cilantro mix and showed it to me to point out with I was infact wrong, only problem that it actually shows that I was right to begin with. He took a to go portion cup, used it to scoop up onion cilantro mix, popped a lid on and slid it to me with as much snark as I have come to expect from the service was industry as of late, and went back to other affairs. No sorry my bad, no taking accountability, no nothing. I went home and ate my now cold tacos with my cilantro and onion and a half a splash of salsa Verde. Theres another 30 taco joints within 2 miles, theres no reason to keep coming here to be let down. The foods decent, but modifications are never correct, and theyre probably going to miss something if you dont double check before leaving the building. I also dont appreciate poor attitudes from employees.

Had burritos, chicken & pork were both good. Lots of pork. It came with a small amount of red and verde sauce. Verde is spicy. Mandatory choice of chips or fries. Not near enough sauce for burritos and chips. Atmosphere? Its a gas station. Service was very good. They had ample and attentive staff. Burritos were not a choice in this reviews multiple choice form but I recommend them.

We have been eating Twisted Trompo tacos and quesadillas for about 3 months now, sometimes twice a week. They offer delicious fresh food. The meat choices are excellent. Today, on my daughter-in-laws suggestion, I tried the Twisted Fries. Omgoodness! The BOMB! I got the carnitas for my meat, my husband got chiicken, both were so excellent! I LOVE TWISTED TROMPO!!!!!

I read a review on Google that someone traveled 40 min to eat here so I thought it d be great. But it wasn t great, it was OK. The rice was cold, beans luke warm, and the tacos were the coolest on the plate. But the wait, not that it was extreme, maybe 10 minutes, it is like it s going to be some fresh hot tacos. The trompo was a disappointment to say the least, the steak was seasoned pretty good, but it was cold :/ and I ve definitely had better! Service was decent just the food was cold, rice is bland too with three small strings of cheese on the beans i eat tacos very often and it s just a no for me and i live 12 min away . Ps management - please tell the great kids in the back to keep the food hot, it ll greatly help the establishment. It is a cool atmosphere with great prices, but you don t want the saying to be you pay for what you get when ppl eat at your restaurant. LETS TACO BOUT IT :)

Worst experience ever, went through the drive through at 11pm at night,There was one car in front of me and I literally waited 30 minutes for my food and when I got it the food was cold, they gave us no limes and I had pieces of steak in my chicken tacos. Let me start off by saying you do not get what you pay for. The presentation made it look like it was gonna be fire, but it was not. The cup of corn tastes soggy and lot like you normally would get from a street vendor. The torta I was disappointed on the amount of meat that it had for the price that it was. Be aware of when youre ordering trompo/ al pastor. Not all of it is made by slow roasting the meat for 24. Just watched one of the cooks slice it raw off the rotating roaster to just grill it off the flat top. In response to your clarification, the meat on spindle that was being sliced off was not roasted at all. It was raw. I watched and observed, the heat element was not even on, you can easily tell it was not even cooked because meat that is cooked will be juicy when sliced. It was cooked on the flat top.

Food is excellent. Service always kinda sucks. Last time I was there they helped three people that came in behind me. Just to see, I stood there at the counter where you pick food up and the girl working didnt even look at me once. Just kept helping people behind me. Indoor & outdoor seating available. Conveniently merged with a gas station store you can get gas while ordering some nice tacos. Drive thru available & open all hours. Food: Great food, the tacos are filling, cooked onions were a bit cold but still good. Rice and beans werent to my taste but my uncle loves them. I personally wouldve liked the meat to be cooked a bit longer but was still very good. 4/5 stars. Service: workers are nice and friendly but because its not a restaurant where you have a waiter, there is not much interaction. I did like seeing a QR code menu. 3/5 stars as neutral service. Atmosphere: Nice holiday decorations and music being played. 4/5 stars, I think if it was separate from the gas store, it would feel more like a restaurant.

Food is delicious but the drive thru is so bad it s unbelievable! I waited for about 20 minutes before I even got to order then another 20-30 just to get to the window and get my food. I see the owner saying he will talk to his employees in other replies but obviously he/she/they have not. I ll probably go inside and order for now on and hope for faster service. Update- I got home and the food was wrong lol . Not only was it wrong but the steak for the twisted fries was either hard or super chewy, no in between, yea I won t be back and if I didn t live 45 minutes away I would take it back and get my money.

The first time I visited I loved it I had the twisted nachos awesome. The 2nd and 3rd truly lacking on the cheese sauce, so I asked for extra on the 3rd time. They placed it all in an cup and charged extra, which is fine. But, my nachos had nothing on them at all dry as the desert. The steak was also tough on the 3rd try, but plenty. Customer service is complete garbage. Food is good when it is hot. Atmosphere that is a laugh, its a gas station. It is what you would expect. I am a regular at this Twisted Trompo Garland. I get their twisted fries on a regular basis. I love them. The consistency of the food is never the same. Today, no cotiga cheese, the queso was on the bottom of the to go box, the fries were cold and flavorless, the meat was hard and cold. But the crazy customer service is consistent as hell. I have been having a hell of a time with their manager about ranch. Fries and ranch, they just go together, especially loaded fries. Their manager, Carlos, is ridiculous, he has spoken to me on several occasions about paying for ranch, he wants .50 per 1 oz of ranch. I dont have a problem with this. I am already paying $10.61 plus tip and sure tack on another $1 for some ranch no problem. But their online ordering does not allow them to charge for any ranch, it is not an option. My mom went and got our food today and he kept her there arguing with her for 15-20 minutes. I do have a fix for this problem. I will not be returning. I called today to speak to the manager, I was told it is Carlos. In the middle of the call, we will say that the call dropped, yeah sure. But I also got no call back from the manager after the disabled call. He acts like he knows me by name and that I am such a problem. My phone number is on the receipt. But still no call back. Bad thing is I really like their food and it is so close to our office. Such a shame.

We ordered through the drive-through. The girl who took our order was in too much of a hurry. We ordered things and made our preferable changes to our order only to get to the window and have it repeated back to us incorrectly and told those changes werent allowed. Their food is awesome, but some fine edge wreaks are needed. Probably return, but it is frustrating.

Excellent service, excellent ambience, excellent presentation, just the food lacks of taste, no flavor, we ordered two types of meat and both were missing flavor, maybe a little bit more condiments on the meat will help . We ordered the steak tacos and the trompo meat.
